Good fit and nice coverings. There are two ways to install it; the first is to remove the back deck and use the snap-on one-way clips on the anchor studs; this takes a while, but I managed to complete it in under two hours. If you tear off the old cover and punch out the old plastic screw anchors in the car deck, you can do this in less than five minutes by just setting the cover in place using the old holes. Make sure you carefully vacuum up all dust from cracked or worn-out speaker covers. Find instructional videos for either technique online. Since it is an authentic Toyota OEM component without any aftermarket modifications, I advise watching online how-to videos before installing these covers. The earlier covers degraded and fell apart in just two or three years, but these replacement ones claim to have a lifetime warranty, but it's unclear whether that warranty is provided by the seller or Toyota. Bring these along if you intend to replace your rear speakers at a car audio shop and request that they use these covers rather than aftermarket ones since most aftermarket ones won't fit the area properly. When compared to new speaker covers from an aftermarket speaker manufacturer, these should be even simpler for the installer to replace.One year later, update: still looking excellent!

The casters are a fantastic feature, but low frequencies cause them to rattle. To keep them in place throughout your performance, I advise using gaffer tape. I recently performed outside, and the KW181 sounded enormous at 50% gain.

I don't often write reviews, but they really pleased me. Although the plastic is strong, it is yet sufficiently flexible to prevent brittleness. The wire mesh looks fantastic, and it is covered by what appears to be high-quality speaker cloth or mosquito netting. These were one of two pairs I ordered, and both pairs showed up without any blemishes or scars at all. These fit flawlessly over a sizable set of JL Audio C1 6x9 speakers that I had. The hardware that came with these grills appeared to be adequate, but I chose not to use it. Screws performed better for my application than the included bolts, washers, and nuts.10/10 would repurchase!

Therefore, use caution while using a drill or ratcheting device to avoid cracking the plastic.Happy that it arrives with nicely matched screws.I installed these in my camper along with a unique stereo I made.

Given that both businesses list their products as 6-1/2" mesh speaker grills, I think this is an error. Technically speaking, both goods may cover 6-1/2" speakers, thus no manufacturer is at fault in this case; rather, there is a systemic flaw that has to be fixed. In the future, both goods will have the exact same design. There is, however, a size distinction. The one offered by Parts Express has a total diameter of 7" and is precisely as stated, but it also includes mounting hardware. The one offered by ipodcarparts has an overall diameter of 6-3/4 and is delivered without mounting hardware. When determining fit, this kind of information is essential.
