Our Heatilator fireplace developed issues after around ten years of use. It would first take some time before ignition would happen. After being used for a while, it might occasionally stop working later. In the previous season, it started doing this more frequently and quicker. We attempted turning the unit on on the first cold day of the year, but we had no luck. No matter how many times we tried, it would light up and then instantly shut off or not light at all.The igniter appeared to be in good condition upon inspection, so we chose to attempt replacing the module first. The order was placed on Amazon yesterday night, and the part was delivered this afternoon, saving the day. When I checked with the nearby dealer, they were asking almost twice as much and most likely didn't have any in stock. Once it arrived, moving the wire to the new module only took a few minutes, and as a result, the fireplace now ignites virtually instantly each and every time.Our old module was not marked "Rev B," so we're crossing our fingers that the upgraded model will be just as dependable, if not more so, and endure for at least another ten years.

Our Blue Rhino Endless Summer patio heater has performed admirably since 2005. Unlike the many "Made in China" products sold by most merchants, this item is Made in the USA and its components are of the highest quality. Unfortunately, these are no longer available.I've replaced the thermocouple twice, but the replacement parts are also unavailable.With a few minor adjustments, this thermocouple cost $12 and got our heater back in operation. I avoided spending $125 on a replacement generic patio heater. Expect our heater to last another ten years with this part in place!

When compared to the originals from the EdenPure dealer, these are a great value. Four days early than expected, they showed up. Their packaging is the only issue. These were sent in a clear plastic piece that only covered one side of the bulbs because they are extremely fragile. The other side was open and slid into an exact-sized cardboard box, not much heavier than a cereal carton. (They lay in wells made in the plastic.) We kept the bulb with the crack near the base because it was still functional. Due to the expense and complexity of returns, we rarely do them. Never touch the glass tube and exercise extreme caution when handling. Watch the bulb replacement video first; it makes the process incredibly simple.

My third purchase of space heaters. I'm unable to open the house heater in the winter since a member of my family has respiratory issues. A couple days I used. We have a Harman p68 pellet stove since 2004. I got this to replace the exhaust motor and double blade. The original motor started making noises about a year ago and occasionally froze. The replacement motor's wire is shorter, but they sent male connectors so it can be fitted on the existing wiring. Although the shaft appears to have a space between it and the housing hole, it is the same size as the original. Is a grommet or gasket supposed to fill this gap? The replacement lacks the fan that was once attached to the motor's end of the original. It was simple to uninstall and reinstall. While I was back there, I decided to clean out my distribution fan since, boy, had dust accumulated in that thing since 2004. Simply switch it back on; it appears to burn much hotter now, and the glass appears cleaner than it did previously, when dirt would appear immediately after turning it on. Shipping was fairly quick. Ordered on October 3, 2017, it arrived on October 6, when I hadn't anticipated it till October 10–13, 2017.

This was smaller than I had anticipated, but I was hoping that by warming the upstairs bedrooms, it would prevent me from turning on the heat in my house. It performs admirably! I adore the security measure In the event that it topples over, it won't operate unless the bottom button is held depressed. I don't think the front cover gets hot enough to risk burning my pets or older children. Even if it hasn't gotten too chilly here in the Northwest yet, I would still be using standard heat instead of utilizing low for less than an hour to create a cozy sleeping space. I've tried it in a few different rooms, and it works beautifully in spaces up to 300 square feet! I'll buy another one of these as soon as it gets a little cooler for my kids' bedrooms, and I anticipate that I won't have to turn on the heat for at least another month as a result!

I give this product a 5, but installation is a huge hassle. Since roughly 2007, I have owned a PDVC-25 with an igniter that has been ok up until this point. Both the product's vendor and the English tech support were very helpful. Had trouble removing the old igniter collar, and even after sanding it, the new igniter collar doesn't fit my stove. I couldn't remove the original igniter collar, otherwise I could have reused it. Still pursuing it It is pricey, but the quick shipment makes it worthwhile. The other problem is one that I am still trying to resolve with Englishlander. If and when the issue is fixed, I'll update. Another reviewer claimed to be able to utilize the original collar despite having the same problem. Has the heat from the stove distorted the region where the igniter goes? The typical 3/8 collar is nowhere near fitting.UpdateThe 3/8 collar's outside is broader than the original for some reason. Use the original by removing the set screw even though you don't know why. The original isn't straight, which is why my version is flawed. So far, I am unable to reuse the original collar.UpdateHad help removing the metal above the collar, and it came off easy after that. The cost-effective new igniter warms up significantly more quickly.

Since the pellet stove is nearly twenty years old, the auger motor was worn out when we received it as a gift from a friend. I compared costs for alternative motors, but they were wildly different because it seems no original parts were produced for our specific model. Fortunately, it is a perfect fit.
