I chose to once again "scout" Prime Pantry last week. I used to be a member, but I stopped when Amazon added a monthly cost. As a result, I am once again a happy camper because the monthly price was eliminated and the need to receive free shipment remained the same.I rarely visit the store because I reside in a distant part of Vermont. My door is delivered by Amazon Prime Pantry, and the drivers are friendly.I also found a coupon for a further discount on this Diet Pepsi if I bought "x" quantities of the 6 packs. The flavor is fantastic, and the price is unbeatable. I do need to use scissors to cut the plastic holding the 6 packs together because I'm old.It is also time to start stocking my log cabin with some supplies for the impending winter, therefore, yes, I will continue with Prime Pantry.Most strongly advised. Once more, I adore Primeime Pantry.

I looked into erythritol and was pleased to see that, unlike sucralose, it does not have the typical significant issues with fake sugars.A chlorinated sugar that is largely deposited in biological tissues is sucrose, for instance. There is a recommended daily and lifetime limit for the consumption of sucralose set by the FDA. This information is available on various sources, and I also included a brief explanation in my review of the tasty but sucralose-sweetened Sparkling Ice.On the other hand, erythritol is a sugar alcohol. Although it contains carbohydrates (one bottle of Bai contains 16 grams of erythritol as carbohydrates), erythritol cannot be digested by the body, therefore the carbohydrates have no impact on blood sugar levels. Its Glycemic Index is 0, thus. No digestion of the carbohydrates results in a sweet flavor (albeit not quite as sweet as the same amount of sugar), but no calories or impact on blood sugar levels. In other words, this beverage appears to be ideal for diabetics.Being an indigestible carb, erythritol has the terrible consequence that if you consume a large amount of it at once, you run the chance of experiencing issues with gas, bloating, and maybe nausea. Evidently, 50 grams at a time may be excessive for the ordinary adult. One bottle of the flavors of Bai I've tasted contains 16 grams of erythritol.I'll list the net carbohydrates along with the carb breakdowns for each 18 ounce bottle. Net carbohydrates are the carbs that have an impact on blood sugar and calorie intake. There are two portions each bottle, and each bottle has information that is per serving. So that you can see how much is in a single bottle of the Bai drink, I've increased the amounts.Drinks from Bai are soy-free, vegan, low-glycemic, non-GMO, gluten-free, kosher, and glycemic. However, they do contain caffeine.I'm curious about how coffee might impact a diabetic because we have a family member who has Type 1 diabetes. My life depends on Diet Coke, and thanks to Pantry, I was able to purchase it for less money than usual. Since it was my first buy from Amazon Pantry, everything arrived without any problems or complaints. This is a 12-pack of 12 ounce Diet Coke cans, just as you would expect. For what it's worth, it comes in the 2016 "artistic" style cans, but other than that, there's nothing out of the ordinary. I can't really complain as it tastes great and contains no calories.

Why this product doesn't have a 5-star rating is beyond me. Negative evaluations shouldn't be posted by customers because the package was incomplete or otherwise flawed. The Pepsi has nothing to do with that. This is a fantastic deal for a tasty pop. Anything else isn't as good as Pepsi for me. My stuff arrived safely and undamaged in a box labeled "Fragile."
