Great bag that fits my clipboard, 12 Sz 4 soccer balls, a 50-pack of soccer discs, and 12 youth scrimmage shirts. To use as storage sacks for two Kelty Cosmic 20 Deg F down sleeping bags, I purchased two of them. The sleeping bags could be kept uncompressed in the 24" X 36" space. A self-inflating hiking pillow, a microfiber sleeping bag liner, and a compression sack used when the bag is packed for the trail were also included. This review is solely based on my initial thoughts since it just arrived today. It came swiftly and was packed nicely. A #5 ball fit easily in the netting ball compartment of the pack because of its large size. Cleats can be placed in the pocket compartment in the main compartment or on either side of the ball. The netted pockets that one might use for a water bottle are a little on the small side, but that's great because we used one for sunscreen and left the other open for a thin water bottle since we already carry a 1 1/2 liter jug. To hold socks and gloves, we assigned one side zip compartment. Cell phones are kept in the other pocket. Snacks should be placed in the top pocket on the lid to prevent crushing. On top of the cleats in the main compartment, we positioned a towel, a change of clothes, and a rain poncho. My 9-year-old still had room for anything extra he could want to pack after all this packing. Even my 7-year-old could wear the pack without discomfort. The pack seems to be well-made, and at this point we haven't noticed any issues with the stitching or seams. Although we've only used it once, our initial impressions were favorable. When compared to one of those enormous bags that drapes with one strap over one shoulder, my 9-year-old stated it was incredibly comfy and much simpler to carry. If this bag doesn't hold up over time and use, we'll let you know, but thus far, we're quite impressed.

This works well for balls that are sizes 3 or 4. Although you can cram a size 5 ball in there, it takes up too much space and is therefore not advised. My son places each of his foul-smelling cleats in the mesh pockets on the outside. Purchase a few of those shoe odor balls and immediately drop them in; it works. Fits a sweatshirt, additional shorts, socks, shin guards, and both of his game jerseys. Sometimes I even cram a water bottle upright in there. He has used it for two seasons in addition to soccer camp, and it has performed admirably. This should work for the majority of children up to roughly U10. I would probably then locate a larger bag.

These were purchased for a purpose other than what was intended. You may have thought, "hey, I should really sanitize and wash these," if you had a ball pit for your children at home or chose, during a party you were giving in a hotel, to turn the Jacuzzi tub into a VIP ball pit lounge and serve wine. Online advice suggests spreading them all out and giving them a bleach and water spray, but that will take ages. For the record, it is not particularly effective to wash a few at a time in a laundry tub and then spread them out on window screens to dry. I could wash about 1200 balls at once in my bathtub by placing the balls in these bags. I urge anyone else who needs to sanitize their balls to follow this advice. For anyone who thinks I'm joking, I've attached pictures.
