These beans are amazing! They are so compulsive that I have to keep them hidden from myself in order to prevent me from devouring them all in one sitting and turning into a Lumpini bean! The cheese is excellent. It's a guilty pleasure, too. I have to keep it a secret from my husband if I want to use it in a recipe or meal plan. Guess who discovered my buried treasure yesterday afternoon while rummaging around the pantry?This cheese has been gone for 27 hours. My husband was given this cheese to stuff in his face while eating my Mission Tortilla chips. Husband is hit with a fist.I was going to use this for what meal? Of course JJ's Potato Oles! Do you want to learn how to manufacture them? One of the best and quickest comfort dishes I could possibly recommend is here.JJ's Potato Oles: 1 bag, one pound Tempura Tater Tots1 pound of ground beef (93% is what I use). Drain the beef after browning if you wish to use fattier ground beef (more flavor).1 tsp of salt, pepper, oregano, garlic, and onion powder, respectively1-2 tablespoons of homemade taco seasoning or 1 packet of taco seasoning1 Cup V8 (lower sodium is fine) (lower sodium is fine)1 can of Jalapeno Cheddar Fritos DipsDesired Taco Toppings: I use whatever is in the fridge, including lettuce, diced tomato, black olives, and cheddar cheese. Red, green, or white onions (If you are into that kind of thing and diced jalapenos if you like a kick)Bake tater tots as directed on the package. Cook hamburger on medium-high heat with salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder, and onion powder while they are baking. Trim the fat off the hamburger. Add V8 and taco seasoning. Simmer taco meat until it becomes thick. Till the Tater Tots are done, keep warm.Tater Tots should be assembled in a single layer on a dish or bowl. Add taco meat and Jalapeno Cheese Dip on top.
