Update: I've added one star because the customer service is excellent. They contacted me and offered to fully reimburse me, but I declined because I was already using the goods. They gave me a partial refund ($4) and assured me that they would give the manufacturer my criticism. I valued the attention to detail and the concern. A product really may make or break its customer service.Similar sets from another company that I own work incredibly well to maximize the amount of space in my closet. ForEVER, I have struggled to store my skirts in my strangely shaped closet. In spite of assurances to the contrary, plastic hangers kept breaking, so I ultimately made the decision to quit tinkering with them, even the multi-tiered ones. I have a number of velvet hangars, including the shirt and suit varieties, and like many other people, I've been utilizing separate clip sets or metal paper binder clips. The majority of my skirts fit fine with these. Although I haven't tried using them on my own pants, I have used them on my husband's slacks, and they work great. I would have given five stars, but I've found that some of my more delicate skirts tend to come unclipped quite easily. I believe that is a result of both the skirts' small weight and the material. Before they would stay in the clips, I had to fold them once at the top. It works pretty well to stack these with the small hanger. When I get dressed in the morning, I appreciate having the option to hang my matching blouse or sweater and all of my skirts on the same hanger. Even if it's an excellent purchase, some materials might unclip from the clips.

For the price I paid for them, these are excellent bargains.I was astounded by the variety of uses for these hangers.And unlike some hangers, there are no marks on the tops' shoulders this time. Some toppers only do this; not all do.And there were no problems when I used them to hang wet clothes directly from the bag.
