I initially purchased a 4-piece set of what I quickly learned was a less expensive "copycat" version of the authentic bullet shot glass. I was eager to get these and planned to give them as gifts at Christmas. They disappointed us greatly! The glass was lightweight and had no real feel, and the "308' rd" appeared to be composed of some sort of plastic. After that, I requested a test sample of the Ben Shot glass, and I was blown away by how real and substantial it felt. In order to deliver the gifts to certain friends, I quickly ordered 4 of these. These also etched beautifully, albeit I simply etched initials. I got the idea from everyone who received one that they saw these as instant collectibles. I certainly hope so, as that was my goal.

I only recently purchased these shot glasses, so I haven't had a chance to test their quality. I do, however, have a few initial thoughts. (1) They were transported in safety thanks to the adequate padding in their packaging. They arrived unharmed and were carefully packaged in Styrofoam. In comparison, I bought several whiskey tumblers that had hardly no padding (just sitting inside a cardboard box), and one of them arrived broken. So congratulations on your sturdy packing job. (2) The glasses themselves seem to be well-built. For some, this might be a negative. They are not fanciful, delicate spectacles. They appear to be more like reliable shot glasses. They are sturdy, and if I owned a bar, I may value that—they can probably be knocked over without shattering. Since I had young kids, I reasoned that I could use these glasses as regular drinking vessels for juice or milk instead of tequila. (3) They are fairly large. I would estimate that a typical shot glass holds 1.5 ounces. You should be aware that these are larger than typical shot glasses even though they are specifically stated as 2-ounce glasses. They appear to be fantastic so far, and I'm happy I bought them.

These stunning pieces of glass surely meet the criteria for a sophisticated presentation. The glass's bottom is substantial and incredibly tough. The product was ideal for the indicated use and the reason I had in mind when I bought it—jello shooters.The packaging is my only issue; the 50 were put into a clear zip bag, which was good, before being put inside a huge manilla envelope, which was then harmed during transit. Out of the 50 I received, 21 were irreparably damaged.I purchased 50 with the understanding that some might arrive damaged, but for the price, whatever. Sadly, I had a valid argument.

The glasses came to us in a package with foam inserts separating each glass unit. The shot glasses are rather substantial. They appear upscale. The one amazing thing about these is that they can be stacked and don't totter or even tumble over. They didn't tilt when we piled them 12 high.We use these for sampling in our place of employment (Commercial Business), and because of their wonderful size, we don't need to sample as much. However, because they are nice and wide, it appears as like you are serving a lot.We even made "Jello Shooters" out of some of them by freezing them in the freezer. They handled the freezer for us, but I'm not sure whether they can. Hope this was useful. Absolutely worth the purchase. Glass was spotless. No ripples, scratches, or spots, which I noticed on the ones from the $1 store.

These were 1000 times easier to make than regular Jell-O shots, which are already very simple, but oh this was awesome. I'm trying to think of ways to use these for non-Halloween parties. Checking how much was in each without pouring or spilling anything. I spooned out exactly 2 oz of my jello mixture into each of the four cups in my pyrex measuring cup. They are entirely safe as soon as the cap is on; no spills!I can't comment to how long they took to set because I left them to sit overnight, but I do believe this is a great way to prepare and eat Jell-O shots. No more fingering, wriggling, sucking, or squishing little cups. Eat cleanly and at your own speed. Even people who dislike jello can avoid the typical wiggly sensation by choosing how to inject their mouths.They also sent a number of extra caps! That's great because I ran out of caps after my party but now I can keep using them!If necessary, I do believe they could be constructed without the caps, but I'm aiming to keep as many as I can for convenience.
