Gel insoles are often used to provide cushioning and support for the feet, and they can be helpful for people who experience foot pain. While there is no definitive answer as to whether or not gel insoles are good for your feet, many people find that they help to reduce pain and improve comfort. If you are experiencing foot pain, it may be worth trying a gel insole to see if it helps.
If you suffer from foot pain, you may be wondering if insoles are worth the investment. While they may not be a cure-all, they can definitely help to improve your comfort level and reduce pain. Insoles work by providing additional cushioning and support for your feet. This can help to distribute your weight more evenly and reduce pressure on areas that are prone to pain. If you have flat feet or high arches, insoles can also help to improve your balance and alignment. This can help to prevent further pain and injury.
If you have ever worn a shoe with too much arch support, you know that it can be uncomfortable. It can feel like your foot is being forced into an unnatural position. This can cause pain in the arch of your foot and in your heel. It can also lead to problems with your ankle and knee.
Insoles can be placed in any shoe to provide additional support and comfort. However, it is important to select the right insole for your foot type and the specific shoe. Some shoes have built-in support that may make an insole unnecessary. Consult with a foot specialist to find the best insole for you.

These insoles (MENs size 8-14) caught my eye because of the brand name and affordable pricing. PRO: The pricing is unbeatable, the insoles are made of high-quality materials, and the workmanship is excellent (although these insoles are very thin-read below). Good size is used. I had to shorten my size 12 boots by approximately a half-inch because they were a little too long. I anticipate these to suit a size 14 without modification. CON: Your boots will cause your feet to "slide" inside. Following their installation, every time I descended an incline, my socks would slide down the slick plastic top surface of these gel insoles, pressing my toes up against the inside of my boot's toe. Blisters and painful toes started to appear as a result. Additionally, these insoles are incredibly thin, making the "gel" cushioning virtually invisible. They do not provide enough cushioning for a work boot on their own. No way. However, my feet were hurting from working all day when I bought these Dr. Scholl's insoles, so I needed something right now. Instead of returning them, I inserted them first into my boot and then added my old, original insoles on top. Wow! What a fantastic, cozy footwear I now possess. My feet don't slide around inside thanks to the ample cushioning and the original insole, which includes a non-slip rubber bottom and a top made of textured cloth. Therefore, it is advised that you use these UNDERNEATH your original insoles if you want to be pleased.

I suggest purchasing one pair of orthotics and trying them out before purchasing more pairs because everyone's impression of an orthotic may vary based on the specific foot issue they are experiencing. They are fantastic in my opinion. My midfoot and arch are severely arthritic due to rheumatoid arthritis. I continue to be quite active in spite of everything. Although I don't now have plantar fasciitis, I have in the past and am aware of how heel cups are used to treat it. The arch support and heel stabilization are the finest I've ever had, despite the fact that these orthotics aren't very cushioned, which I think is beneficial because they don't alter how your shoes fit. In general, I've found that overly cushioned orthotics don't provide enough support. My foot now lays differently in the shoe thanks to the orthotic, and it took me a day to adjust. It is clear that the arch compensation is meticulously designed to shift extra weight off of your foot's ball. I've never had anything like this before. I placed 4 more pairs on order. I don't know about you, but these are the best orthotics I've ever worn.

I've only had these for a few hours, so if anything changes, I'll write an update, but...oh my god. Because I'm about to say that I started feeling better the MOMENT I put these on, I'm afraid no one will think this is a real review. My foot and ankle felt better before my foot ever touched the ground, let alone before I stood up or tried to walk. I put them back on as soon as I got out of bed this morning after wearing them for approximately an hour last night. The limp I've been fighting for several weeks is gone, and the discomfort has been decreased by 90%. I can still feel a little twinge. My problems include overpronation, plantar fasciitis, achilles tendonitis, gastrocnemius tendinopathy, and hip instability. Basically, the connective tissue throughout my entire left leg is tight and inflamed, causing pain and limiting movement...and my right heel is beginning to twinge in solidarity. Good times. The Women's 9-9.5 fit exactly into my size 9 Sketchers, leaving no excess area for toe sliding or pinching, and the insole didn't bunch up. I tried them both ways and think I like it better with the original insole still in the shoes, but more time spent wearing them today will determine that.I sincerely hope these endure. If they don't, I'll be back to let you know.

These are the only flat insoles I could find. That made it possible for me to wear them along with (or underneath) a different set of moulded insoles. My boots and feet went together well with the outfit. They should last a very long time in my specific application, in my opinion.

I very never leave reviews, but this stuff really did transform my life. I've always had flat feet, but I have one that is so flat that after a long day of walking, it makes my ankles swell. People never understood why I moved so slowly or how much agony I was in because I am a healthy young man. Recently, the discomfort moved from my ankles to my knees, and my knees began to feel like they were grinding. I was in a terrible depression and thought I would soon require surgery. I also felt awful about myself. I scheduled an appointment with the Good Feet store in Northern California, but they informed me that the inserts would cost $400 plus tax. We didn't have a lot of extra $400 lying around, so I suggested that we try these to tide us over until we can purchase the other ones. My knee, ankle, and lower back problems were all completely eliminated by these inserts, which not only improved the issue but also completely repaired it. I wanted to cry the first few days I wore these because an issue I've had for 27 years was resolved for about $15. These have drastically altered my life, and they will now serve as the benchmark for all shoes I purchase going forward. If I could, I would rate with more stars!

I really had no idea at first what to anticipate from these insoles, but after doing some research, I made the decision to buy them and give them a try. The first thing I noticed when I opened the box was how the insoles felt and how well-made they were considering the price. My biggest concern was arch support, and I wanted something that would be cozy and durable. I really slapped myself over the head for not obtaining these sooner after I first slid them into my shoe and walked around for a while. I realized how much I needed these. The change was significant after relying solely on the fragile insoles that came with my shoes for years. My feet used to hurt at night, but these have significantly lessened that discomfort. These were excellent because I have high arches, and I will keep buying them when they wear out.

I work as a nurse, and during and after a shift at work, I experience leg and lower back pain. I knew I needed more support for my foot's arch and heel, so I tried a variety of pricey shoes to address the issue.I received the most fantastic support from these insoles that I have ever experienced. After my first shift wearing them last night, I had absolutely no discomfort or exhaustion. I put in 12 1/2 hours per shift. I'll surely make another purchase, and I saw that there is a satisfaction guarantee on the package.I'm 158 pounds, 5'9" tall, and have an athletic/slim frame. Here is my initial assessment. I've been wearing these for a week now, and the crippling foot pain has mostly subsided. miracle! I find it hard to believe. I'm thrilled to death.———-I'll update once I've had an opportunity to wear these more, but after only receiving them a few hours ago, I can't help but write about my excitement right away.I have incredibly flexible feet, ehlers-danlos syndrome causes all joints to be unstable, and my naturally high arches are collapsing as a result of dysfunctional posterior tibial tendons in both of my feet. Being disabled, I've been struggling for the past few months just to go around the house and run quick errands due to excruciating, punishing arch and tendon/medial ankle discomfort. My sleep and every part of my functioning have been affected. I've been trying to control the situation for more than a year (custom orthotics, physical therapy, hi-rice, etc.), and out of pure desperation, I've bought a ton of expensive shoes and insoles in the hopes of finding something, anything, to help so I wouldn't feel like I was making an already serious problem even worse with every painful step or every minute on my feet. They arrived tonight. I put them in my shoes, got to my feet, and almost sobbed with relief. My ankles are resting comfortably. I can actually stand and walk and feel reasonably supported in both my feet and knees for the first time in about five years, though my tissues are still tortured and aching from years of accumulated micro-trauma and will need time to settle down. I don't expect a miracle, but I am astonished to finally have real, deserved optimism for recovery. The instant I laced on my sneakers, it was clear that these inserts and every other gadget I've tried are completely different from one another. Superfeet, I AGREE.

For issues with flat arches and weak ankles, I used to have custom orthotics. Years ago, I gave these a whim try, and I've never gone back to the norm. These are equally as good, if not superior, and much cheaper. Be aware that these are good, sturdy supports—not the ones with gel pads or other gadgets. They also purposefully stop short of the shoe's front, giving toes greater room to spread out in the toe box. These are ideal with a decent pair of ankle boots or sneakers if you need adequate orthotic support but may not be the best choice if you prefer a "cushy feeling" in the bottom of your shoe, especially if you are on your feet all day.

It's windy; please take a seat.I'm by no means a wealthy person. Job after job after job, all with the normal management situation, has made my resume for the previous three years of work experience a little too long for my 150% work ethic.I recently joined a new company that pays less than the previous one but claims to have more opportunities for promotion and lovely lawrdy the benefits. But the flooring is concrete. and a lot of motion. After about two weeks, I began to question whether this switch was a mistake. My feet are awful. My back, too. When you talk to your fellow minions, they will all agree that you need inserts.Because I'm an introvert and will accept deliveries if possible, please order these through Amazon. They arrived in my allocated mail slot today despite being sent to me yesterday. Woohoo! a bundle! (Insert a blues tune here)Trim the inserts to fit my shoe size after opening the excessively "user friendly" box and giving myself a tiny paper cut in the process. I put my feet into my Asics that I found at a secondhand store and crossed my fingers. On a saltine cracker, sweet baby jebus. It resembles walking on plush kush.I feel like I hardly have on shoes. My feet loudly moaned in relief. In awe, I took a few trial steps while staring around. beautiful heaven.took a couple hesitant leaps.exuberant celebration. These amazing inserts, which hardly feel like they should be this comfy given their wonder, are the only reason for today's frantic effort that is above and beyond what was accomplished last week.Doctor Scholl,I could squeeze you, if you were a real person.Take them.Feel better.
Do insoles help with shoes that are too big? Wearing shoes that are too big can cause a number of problems, including blisters, heel pain and instability. However, you can often solve these problems by wearing insoles. Insoles can help to fill up extra space in shoes, and they can also provide extra cushioning and support. This can help to reduce pain and improve your overall stability.
There is no definitive answer to this question as it depends on the type and fit of the shoe, as well as the type of insole. Generally speaking, however, insoles can make shoes feel tighter, particularly if they are not well-fitted to begin with. This is because insoles take up space within the shoe and can therefore reduce the overall volume. In some cases, this can lead to discomfort or even blisters. If you are considering using insoles to make your shoes feel tighter, it is important to consult with a shoe specialist to ensure that they are the right choice
If you're using new insoles on top of old insoles, you're not getting the full benefit of the new insoles. The old insoles will compress over time, which means they won't provide as much cushioning and support as they did when they were new. It's best to use new insoles on their own, or to replace old insoles with new ones.
If you have foot pain, you may need special insoles for your shoes. You can get these insoles at a drugstore or online. But how do you know which ones to get? There are three main types of insoles: 1. Over-the-counter (OTC) insoles. These are usually made of foam or gel. They’re not as expensive as custom insoles, but they may not provide as much support. 2. Custom insoles. These are made from a mold of your foot. They’re
There are a few things you can do to make shoes more comfortable. First, make sure you have the right size. Shoes that are too small or too big can be uncomfortable. Second, break in your shoes gradually. Wear them for a few hours at a time at first, then gradually increase the amount of time you wear them. Third, use insoles or cushions to help pad your feet. Fourth, wear comfortable socks. Fifth, loosen the laces so they're not too tight. Sixth, try stretching the shoes using a shoe stretcher. Finally, if all else fails
How long do insoles last? The lifespan of an insole depends on its material and how often it is used. For example, a foam insole will last about three to six months, while a gel insole can last up to two years. If you use your insoles every day, they will naturally wear out faster than if you only use them occasionally.
