I usually wear a size 7.5 to an 8, and after trying it on with my shoes, I can see that the bag is really roomy and has enough of storage for extra items. I think it'll be useful for organizing luggage and keeping everything in their proper places, which is what I'll use it for as well as for my shoes. Although a touch noisy, the cloth is of good quality, and the zipper glides smoothly; I have never had a problem with it getting trapped or having difficulties opening or closing. Most of my shoes fit in so far; the only ones I haven't tried yet are long or thigh-high boots, but I don't think that will be an issue because the big ones hold more and are really long, while the small ones allow me room on the side. To transport my shoes when traveling, I bought this gadget.My dress shoes and sneakers were handled with ease by them, allowing me to separate them and keep the rest of my belongings tidy in bags. They handled my size 11 sneakers with no problem. For once in my life, I didn't have to put my shoes into plastic bags and hope for the best.With boots, they weren't as effective. Both of my usual size 11.5 Timberland and Columbia boots struggled to fit comfortably inside these. The raised ankle parts in particular are to blame because this product is made well for breadth and length but NOT for height. The zippers strained, but when I slightly compressed the shoes, I was able to just about shut them. However, there was little reason to celebrate because the zippers eventually failed and tore when the tops of the boots put just the right amount of pressure on them. It has demonstrated to me the poor construction of the zippers.Overall, I believe they're a good and extremely useful product for people who wish to transport dress shoes, sneakers, and other low-profile footwear. However, they are NOT designed for boots, so you should use caution if you have any shoes that seem to be putting too much strain on the zippers.UPDATE: In response to communication from the seller, I have changed my rating from 3 stars to 4. The seller was very understanding about the goods and its shortcomings with reference to larger shoes and sent me replacements that were more sturdy and could easily accommodate my boots. I mainly use these for storing. I've used one to transport shoes to and from work and the gym, and it has performed admirably. There is plenty of room in there for larger shoes, even though I wear a women's size 9. I even wear them with very high heels and high tops. If you can fold the boots down, they will fit calf or knee-length boots; hard riding boots would not work well in these. Because my black bags make it difficult to see my black shoes, I just attach labels to the plastic glass (shown in pic). These are fantastic and really useful. When I first opened the packing, I could see that the item was of high quality. I actually just needed one mesh laundry bag, but these have a lot of other uses as well. I strongly recommend using packing cubes to organize your belongings when traveling, however these mesh bags are of equal or superior quality to many of the packing cubes I have previously used.Extremely strong and smooth, the zipper. The mesh has fine pores, which is lovely and gives the impression that it is costly. These two characteristics increase the durability.Instead of mixing delicates with my clothes and sorting them later, I hang one of these in my closet and simply dump my delicates in a mesh bag. I then zip up my mesh bag and throw it in with the rest of my laundry when I'm finished with it. This makes sorting extremely simple and low-effort. These washing bags are ideal for this overall.
