There is some debate on whether or not miracle noodles and shirataki noodles are the same, as they are both made from konjac yam. However, many people believe that shirataki noodles are a bit more processed, and therefore have a slightly different taste and texture.
Shirataki noodles are a type of noodle made from the konjac plant. They are very low in calories and carbs, making them a great option for those on a low-carb diet. However, they are high in fiber, so they may cause some digestive issues if you are not used to eating high-fiber foods.
Yes, shirataki noodles are really healthy. They are made from the konjac plant, which is rich in fiber. This makes them low in calories and carbs, and they have a high water content, which helps you feel full.
Shirataki noodles are not slimy, but they are very chewy. They are made from konjac yam, which is a type of yam that is native to Asia. The yam is ground into a flour and then made into noodles. Shirataki noodles are low in calories and carbohydrates, and they are a good source of fiber.

I frequently order the Well Lean noodle options. When we first tried them, we were on a low-carb diet and thought they were the closest thing to spaghetti without all the extra carbs. Even though I no longer follow a low-carb diet, I still buy these since they taste fantastic and are very healthful. They are packaged in two layers: the exterior layer is papery (? ), and the inner layer is plastic since the noodles are in a water base. I thoroughly dry the noodles after rinsing them in water (just a quick shake in a colander). These noodles need just be sautéed in a skillet because they have already been cooked (I sauté them until there is no more water visible on them). After that, you can design your meal anyway you choose. These don't taste strange at all, and they actually absorb the flavors of the stuff you add. Even my picky eater kids appreciate eating them, despite the fact that they are a little chewy. Although I have not yet had the fettuccine, if they are anything like the noodles, they will undoubtedly be excellent.Additionally, I want to point out Well Lean's outstanding customer service. I contacted them since a recent order of mine was missing an item. They replied promptly, immediately delivered me a new pack of the variety pack, and also gave me a refund. Although I believe that nowadays good customer service is not always a given, Well Lean definitely exceeded my expectations.I heartily endorse!

Like many of you, I usually read the verified purchases reviews before making a purchase. I've been following the ketogenic diet since January, and I've been desiring some noodles like crazy, but I was hesitant because of those reviews alone.I made the decision to try these noodles and develop my own impression, and I have to say. I must admit, they taste really good!1st off. If you enter this expecting you'll get noodles like regular spaghetti, you'll undoubtedly be dissatisfied with almost every purchase you make, regardless of the brand or seller.Having stated that I'm confident most low carbers can find a place for them to satisfy your noodle needs if you understand what it takes to build a true 0 carb noodle and are willing to give it a try.I'll now discuss flavor, texture, and fragrance. They do have a little weird smell when you first open the packaging, sure. I'm not a chemist, but I think it's due to the yams' enzymes and the brine they pack them in. It is relatively innocuous, and with a little preparation, you can practically make it go away. For me, I rinsed these bad guys in 8 minutes of cool, filtered water, flipping the noodles once to make sure they were all thoroughly covered. I tried this, and the scent was almost completely gone.TextureThese noodles have a texture that is more akin to slightly al dente ramen than spaghetti, which is excellent for me because I miss ramen. These noodles had a soft consistency that wasn't too difficult to get used to, especially if you've previously enjoyed ramen. I microwaved them for around 2 minutes.Taste: Contrary to what some people had claimed, there was no aftertaste. With some grilled chicken and a keto-friendly red sauce made with fresh tomatoes, garlic, Italian seasoning, and a little bit of butter for extra fat, I thought they turned out really well. The only issue I've observed is that they do release some water, which causes your sauces to break down a little. However, you can make up for this by making your sauce thicker or by adding a lot of parmesan cheese.Final observationsPrice versus portion is the main reason I did not give it a perfect score of 5. For the price you pay, there aren't actually that many noodles in this bag. After eating one bag for lunch, my wife and I were left hungry and a little miffed that such a small bag would have so little food.A small increase in portion size from the manufacturer of these noodles would make a huge impact.Final observationsGet a bag and make up your own mind! Either of these will fit or they won't. This might be the noodle for you if you're like me and want to satisfy your noodle craving without feeling guilty or punished. They do cost a little more than you would typically pay for authentic Italian food, but not significantly more.

Make sure to account for weight when comparing products' prices. In general, this product costs around half as much as similar items found in supermarkets. If you just want the plain product, I do prepare them differently from the instructions on the box. I empty the bag and rinse the noodles several times in cool water, then I boil them for two minutes, drain the water, and then I put them in a skillet to dry them. Then I season them, and then I serve them.

Taste: 10/10. quite bland in flavor. The flavor of the dish was absorbed by the remaining stir fry, making it taste like it would with rice or pasta ordinarily. Additionally, there is no aftertaste.Cookability: 9/10, cooked in my stir fry as a regular Noddle would. Also excellent in noodle soupsCompared to Miracle Noodles, texture is a 9 out of 10. I would prepare this as a stir-fry or a spaghetti replacement.Contentment: 10/10 I finished a tiny bowl of vegetables, pork, and noodles and felt full.10 out of 10. This is a terrific product if you wanted to utilize the noodles in place of regular dishes that call for thin or spaghetti noodles. It would probably pair well with fish. Many diet products attempt to mimic whole recipes but exclude various ingredients. Since the noodles are the only thing you would need to change in this recipe and each bag only has 30 calories, you can dramatically reduce the amount of calories and carbohydrates. In contrast, a typical pasta dish I would prepare would have 630 calories and 120 grams of carbohydrates in the pasta alone. Afterward, topping the pasta with the sauce, meat, and vegetables. compare to 30 calories and 8 carbohydrates. However, the difference in the pasta more than makes up for the additional ingredients, even if I choose to add more sauce or meat.I'm quite impressed!

LOVE these noodles and have been purchasing them for a while. The secret is to rinse them first, then boil them for a while. Some websites advise frying them first before mixing them into your dish, but I don't believe this is necessary. I've used them in a wide variety of dishes, and because I cook them so properly, they never turn out rubbery. When cooked a little longer, they have a consistency very similar to ramen or spaghetti and absorb the taste of the meal's sauce.

They aren't spaghetti, but they also won't increase your waistline the way pasta does. I made the decision to pan dry fry them as part of my preparation after reading an infinite number of comments and advice. If you do this, they will taste better and resemble pasta much more. Simply drain them, give them a thorough rinse, and then place them in a medium-high skillet devoid of any oil or water. Spread them out while occasionally stirring them with a fork. Through "dry frying," much of the moisture in the noodles will be removed. They are prepared when the steam stops and they begin to squeak. It seems that the flavor of the broth or sauce you add to them will permeate them more fully the drier you fried them. Since they have a slippery feel, I advise slightly chopping them. The only ingredients in our initial batch were the noodles and a handmade vegetable/chicken broth. Although the taste was excellent, we were compelled to eat with a fork rather than a spoon because we hadn't cut them. These are excellent for my recently adopted Keto diet, and my 15-year-old daughter, who like Ramen noodles, also enjoys them.

I'm not sure how Kari Coon could even taste these alternatives to noodles because, well, they're TASTELESS.So, no, don't pay attention to her. She's a bulls' eye. *** LOL.These resemble shirataki noodles identically but, in my view, are much better. Even though they lack flavor, if you prepare them with a sauce, there will be flavor. And because of the components, the consistency of the noodles won't be exact. If the components aren't the same, nothing will ever have the same consistency as noodles, you guys. But these noodles are excellent at satisfying your want for pasta and making you feel full. They're 100/10 for me, and I'm currently eating a bowl of them with a handmade cajun sauce.Don't allow these dreadful negative reviews keep you from something you'll genuinely like. You can make a fantastic low carb dinner by adding sauce, protein, vegetables, and salt.

To create "macaroni salad," use these. came up exactly like macaroni salad! I get a different spaghetti-shaped brand locally. They are kept chilled. This brand's fishy fragrance (I know it's lime, not fish) is greater because it's not chilled. Rinse really thoroughly, then dry for a minute in a hot skillet. I can't wait to use them as Mac and cheese! If you can't eat anything with white flour, these noodles make a perfect substitute! It seems a little expensive, but I think it's worth it to occasionally eat "pasta" dishes!UPDATE JULY 2016: I recently used these to make Mac n Cheese. For months, I haven't had Mac and cheese. I dried them off after the pre-rinse, adding very little butter, dry cheese powder, half-and-half, and one slice of Colby cheese to the skillet. After allowing it to melt in the skillet, place it in the toaster oven, broiled it, and lightly browned the cheese. OMG! Was it great?

Because of the negative reviews, I hesitated to get these, but I did.No problems with my order, and I got them a week early.Since I was anxious as a result of the negative reviews, it took me some time before I really made them.I prepared baked spaghetti, and it was fantastic!!A fishy stench will come out of the Noodles after you open them. The Noodles' fishy smell fully disappears after boiling.I genuinely believe that some of the reviewers who left these negative comments prepared the food incorrectly or for an excessively lengthy time.Mine was boiled in a kettle with butter and water. The noodles were then drained and added back to the pot. To "dry" the noodles, I boiled them. After completing that, I added the meat and sauce to the saucepan of noodles.I then placed everything in a square casserole dish, sprinkled cheese on top, and cooked it. The same way I would season cooked spaghetti, I seasoned everything. I didn't know what to anticipate, so when I took my first mouthful, I was pleasantly delighted. I'll be buying these again, but this time I'll only buy the Angel Hair because that's the one I'll probably use.The pickiest child I've ever encountered is my oldest daughter, who is 3 years old. She didn't protest because she like these noodles!I divided the noodles into smaller pieces for my 1-year-old daughter, who also enjoyed them. Even though he's a finicky eater, my hubby enjoys these. These are excellent for anyone following the Keto diet. These noodles are ideal for ensuring that I get enough fiber and vegetables because for me, keto is a way of life rather than just a diet. Along with the recipe, I also included pictures of my baked spaghetti and all the ingredients I used. A serving size, in my opinion, is one to two cups. I'm not certain. Shirataki noodles are made from konjac yam, and they are very low in calories and carbs. Because of their composition, they can be a bit tricky to work with. Shirataki noodles are best when they are fresh, so if you have leftovers, it is best to eat them within a day or two. If you do need to reheat them, the best way to do so is to put them in a strainer and run hot water over them for a few seconds. This will help to soften them up and make them more pl

The noodles have a similar texture to pasta, but they don't have any of the starchy taste. I added some marinara sauce and it was a delicious, low-calorie meal.
