Since my old door hardware was worn out and breaking off at the same time, I needed these to replace it. I had no trouble installing these. They very securely lock into place.

StartFine T-Handle Lock kit Shed Door Lock with 2 Keys and 2 Screws, 4-1/2" Stem Barn Playhouse & Chicken Coop Door Lock Review:

My old lock/am broke and I had no keys, so Works perfectly, but screws have to be changed. Outside-visible screw nuts can be secured with epoxy or superglue. It wasn't too difficult to install, but having assistance would have been helpful. The lengthy camshaft was necessary for me to get the inside handle around the tailgate bed liner, which is not actually what its intended use is (chicken coop door lock). I think it looks good on my 2002 truck.

Shed Door T-Handle Lock Kit - Longer 5-1/2" Stem - Includes 2 Keys, 2 Screws, Square Bit, Allen Wrench, 5-1/2" Stem, Shed Lock, Barn Door Lock, Playhouse Lock & Chicken Coop Lock (Black) Review:

This set of T-Handles was a nice bargain because it was cheap, had an extra long stem, a keyed lock, and all the hardware was in black. The T-handle with stem and separate D handle were supplied in the same plastic bag as the kit, which was shipped in a bubble-padded envelope. Metal rubbing against metal during shipping led to paint pitting and scratches. I'm not whining about looks, mind you; the paint is crucial because it prevents rusting of the metal. We decided to keep it and install it, and we will take care of the rust as needed. This T-Handle Lock Kit was previously rated three stars, but I later changed my mind. It would be a strong 5 with better packing.

Black T-Handle Lock, 2 Keys, 4-1/2" Stem, Shed, Barn, Playhouse & Chicken Coop Door Lock Review:

I filed a negative review of Outdoor Hardware because they sent me a returned item with a key that had broken off in the lock this morning, which left me feeling very let down. They fixed the issue and are sending me a new one at no cost within an hour of my complaint.I want to follow up and express my gratitude for their great service. It was simple to install and an excellent product to replace the former door handle of the same type that I ruined by doing something dumb. does an excellent job of keeping our storage building secure.

Shed Door T-Handle Lock Kit - Includes 2 Keys, 2 Screws, Square Bit, Allen Wrench, 4-1/2" Stem, Shed Lock, Barn Door Lock, Playhouse Lock & Chicken Coop Lock (Black) Review:

I installed it in about 5 minutes. even without instructions. This is doable by anyone who has ever used a screwdriver. However, I did seal the joint where the handle meets the wood and packed the interior with bearing grease to keep moisture out. The original got challenging to use, so that was the only reason I had to change. I discovered the interior was completely rusted when I removed the original handle. To waterproof it, I did the new one.Additionally, Lowe's is unable to duplicate the keys. I had to throw away one of the keys because it was bent. Haven't tried Ace Hardware or Home Depot yet. I'm hoping one of them can make duplicates of the key.

Shed Door T-Handle Lock Kit - Chrome - 5-1/2" Stem, Includes 2 Keys, 2 Screws, Square Bit, Allen Wrench, Shed Lock, Barn Door Lock, Playhouse Lock & Chicken Coop Lock (Chrome Finish) Review:

The lock on my shed broke and stopped working. This item was easy for me to locate on Amazon, and it had quick shipping and was decently priced when compared to nearby shops. In the worst case scenario, I concluded, I could return it and get something else if it didn't work. In comparison to the one that came with the shed, it was simpler to install and is of higher quality. I'd unquestionably suggest it and make another purchase.

Shed T-handle Lock Set Black 6 1/2" Review:

When we had a break-in attempt last year, the thieves tried to get into both the window of our storage room that is attached to the house as well as our shed, so I had to have this updated. The dogs of the neighbors chased him/them away. Before I needed to obtain something from there later in the day, I was unaware of the shed. The key wouldn't turn, and I noticed that the key hole now contained what appeared to be a loose bit of metal. Due to the corrugated walls of our shed, only this sort of handle will function. No lock is likely completely burglar-proof, but it's comforting to know that our belongings were safe thanks to this lock, guardian angels, and barking dogs.

Doors & Door Hardware 5-1/2" Black L Handle Door Lock Set - For shed, gate, playhouse and more Review:

Excellent for my shed. The lock stick is a little bit longer than I had anticipated, but it still accomplishes its goal. On the other side, it can be exceedingly challenging to insert the key into the keyhole most of the time. It comes with square tip screws, which I think is wonderful because most people don't have specialized screwdrivers with them when they go robbing, so it provides a little extra security.
