All is well thus far! A very good Carhart work coat was "given" to my husband last Christmas. Anyway, they deducted the cost of the coat from his bonus check. Since he's moved on to bigger and better things, I'm utilising these to remove the jacket's beautifully embroidered company logo. The seam rippers are sharp and working well, and I adore the tiny scissors. A fresh American flag patch will easily cover the minor damage, despite the slow progress. Compared to what I would prefer, I am far more familiar with this. I don't seem to sew as much as I tear stitches. The only thing I don't like about it is that the cap doesn't fit on the back like a pen does, which causes me to keep losing it or having the kids conceal it from me. This is a backup ripper that I have since I lost the one I usually use and couldn't find. Fortunately, it appeared before this did. Although two days for shipment is pretty speedy, it's not always fast enough!

I used to own a different type of seam ripper from a different brand; it had a red handle and was made entirely of plastic. Unfortunately, I misplaced it. To hem my child's pants for a wedding, I had to get a new one. Like most tips, this one also works. It makes delicate thread cuts. I didn't detect any glaring differences between the new tip and my previous one. The rubber grip and handle are what I like best. It actually does make it more bearable to handle, giving you the impression that you have greater control. Another benefit is that it comes with a cap to protect the tip. The cap clips onto the end when in use, making it impossible to lose and giving you the option of making the handle longer. Overall, the material appears to be well-made and really durable. It worked excellent when I recently used it to split up the seams on the back pockets of my new pair of pants.

I had high expectations for them, and I was not let down. I put them all to use! Each and every one of them. They all gave excellent performances... I'll admit that I had some concerns about whether they would be sharp, but I'm glad to report that they are. They were purchased expressly for ripping out mistakes in needlework. It is as dull as it gets and was awful to use when I got one with some floss. It's being replaced by one of these, but where it goes, it's going to be gloomy and lonely. Which color will it be? that begins to kill with its tiny blade... LOLI'll add at least one to my sewing supplies as well. A seam ripper is a necessity whenever you sew; it never fails. I'm happy I got these! The cost was justified by them.Additionally, I purchased them so that I could share them with some young cousins whom I intend to teach embroidery to. They're excellent. I mostly needed the seam ripper and thread snips, but for the price, I didn't mind getting a third pair of scissors. In the end, I suppose I received fabric shears rather than detail scissors. They have a flat side and are very huge. What's more of a benefit, in my opinion? Although the seam ripper is fairly huge and doesn't fit in the tiny drawer of my sewing machine, it is comfortable, sharp, and performs beautifully. I'm not bothered in the least. Those thread snips are razor-sharp. They once dropped off my table and landed tip-first on my wood floor, going quite a distance for something so light. When using your fingertips, be careful! The fabric shears haven't been used yet, but I'm confident in their quality. Since I lack any details, I am unable to remark. But I'm sure they're also crisp and pleasant!
