These are incredibly lovely. Having stated that, there is NO OBVIOUS method to determine the location of the beginning of this string. I stopped up attempting to pinpoint the beginning after spending more than an hour doing so, cut it, and lost around 2 feet in the process. Although I am aware that they were probably created in the "C" country, you'd think the tape would have been placed at the beginning rather than in the middle of the imitation pearls. But they look nice.

However, I can tell you what I do know: this is by far the best, most amazing item I have ever ordered for no reason at all for under $10, like ever.
