All-Clad 6212 SS Copper Core Stainless Steel Saucier Pan Cookware, 2-Quart, Copper Review:

This product is of the highest caliber available from American manufacturing. For great cooking outcomes, it has 5 layers of metal, the innermost layer being copper. Cleaning is simple, and the flawless, shining finish looks brand new after drying. is ideal for sauces due to the curvature of the inside bottom.

Enameled 2-In-1 Cast Iron Multi-Cooker – Heavy Duty 3.2 Quart Skillet and Lid Set, Versatile Healthy Design, Non-Stick Kitchen Cookware, Use As Dutch Oven Frying Pan (Blue) Review:

I used it to make some quesadillas, which was a pretty unimpressive first use, but it will definitely get lots of use! It's really heavy, which is fantastic for durability and preventing it from being thrown around like cheap cookware. This is not at all fragile cookware. Together, the two pieces form a fantastic Dutch oven with enormous capacity. It's good to know that the nonstick surface is indeed nonstick. These will also be used a lot as frying pans and saucepans. Happy with this purchase a lot.

All-Clad 4211 Stainless Steel Tri-Ply Bonded Dishwasher Safe Saucier Pan / Cookware, 1-Quart, Silver - 8701004436 Review:

The pan warms quickly and uniformly. No matter how long I boil the contents of the pan, the handle remains chilly. It cleans up splendidly. A wonderful new All-Clad piece for my collection. I adore the dimension, which is ideal for my morning oatmeal and sauces. If it is not correctly set on the burner's irons, it will tip over when empty. However, I discover that most little pans will do that, especially if they have a sturdy, log-like handle like this one does. One issue I experienced with this specific pan was that one of the rivets had a jagged edge. It snagged my flesh when I ran my finger over it, cutting me slightly. I requested my husband to smooth it out/file it down a little bit rather than going through the inconvenience of an online return or exchange. This method worked for us, but you couldn't use it if you had the necessary equipment. I will state that this is not a common issue with All-Clad pots and pans, and I have never had this issue previously. Before taking it home, I would have checked it out if I were purchasing this from a store. But since online purchases deny you that luxury, incidents like this will occasionally occur.

Non Stick Skillet Frying Pan: Premium 10 Inch Aluminum Fry Pans with Glass Lid & Stainless Steel Handle - Non-Stick Sauté Surface Great for Egg or Omelette Cooking - Dishwasher & Oven Safe Review:

In contrast to my Revereware stainless steel skillet, which I used to cook eggs and pancakes in, this one didn't require me to add any oil before cooking.I suppose that no poisons are emitted from the aluminum in this pan because it is enclosed by further layers of metal. (About a year ago, I read on the CDC website that there is conflicting evidence linking aluminum to the development of Alzheimer's disease. I try to stay away from aluminum whenever I can, as long as there is a chance that it might have any impact. This skillet is dishwasher safe, which I appreciate, but hand washing it will definitely keep it in better shape for longer. I regret spending at least several hours trying to select the perfect skillet, and it's a little embarrassing. I found information regarding handles breaking or feeling excessively hot, warping, food adhering, and chemical scents. One of my children says I "need to get a life" with that kind of reading, which is funny!I've saved money and avoided any problems stated in reviews whenever I've spent a lot of time reading reviews for various items I've purchased in what I like to refer to as Amazon Hell. Just purchase this skillet if you want to escape Amazon Hell. Most likely, you'll enjoy it!

MICHELANGELO 3 Quart Saucepan with Lid, Ultra Nonstick Coppper Sauce Pan with Lid, Small Pot with Lid, Ceramic Nonstick Saucepan 3 quart, Small Sauce Pot, Copper Pot 3 Qt, Ceramic Sauce Pan 3 Quart Review:

My old 3-quart Teflon-coated pot was no longer functional since it had become too pitted and scratched by people throwing metal cutlery in the sink with it. I've been wanting to try one of these red copper pans for a while, and this one sounded really good. This pot works perfectly and is so far quite non-stick. It worked excellent for cooking grits, oatmeal, and poached eggs, and none of them stuck. Great product, always simple to clean up.

Enameled Cast Iron 2-In-1 Multi-Cooker, AIDEA 2-Quart Skillet and Lid Set, Cast Iron Saucepan - Non-Stick Anti-Rust Ceramic Dutch Oven Pot Frying Pan for Chef Kitchen Restaurant -Red Review:

I needed to purchase durable induction-ready cookware because I recently upgraded to an induction stove. (At first, I got a cheap "copper" nonstick set, but that dreck quickly developed scratches and peeling paint, so I am changing pieces as the cheap stuff wears out.)Now, I adore Le Creuset's enameled cast iron cookware, but their price tag of over $100 per item is out of my price range, so I looked for alternatives.I was ecstatic to see the price of this AIDEA Enameled Cast-Iron Combo Multi-Cooker - 2-Quart 2-in-1 Pot and Pan Set, Ceramic Cast Iron Saucepan and Skillet Set. So, in the hopes that the quality wouldn't let me down, I bought it. When it comes to cast iron, BEST purchase ever! The pot keeps its heat and distributes it evenly while still being sensitive enough for induction cooking. Cleaning it is also simple. The skillet/lid is the ideal size for frying eggs for breakfast, and when only a little layer of butter is added, NOTHING STICKS. (It is so non-stick that it can be easily cleaned.) So far in my kitchen, I believe this to be one of the best and most useful tools for the money.

Pre-Seasoned Cast Iron Skillet 3-Piece Chef Set (8-Inch, 10-Inch, 12-Inch) Oven Safe Cookware - 3 Heat-Resistant Holders - Indoor & Outdoor Use - Grill, StoveTop, Black Review:

I was astonished by how inexpensive these cast iron skillets were. I can still clearly recall spending a significant portion of my income to purchase my first, big cast iron skillet about ten years ago! So it goes without saying that I had my doubts about how well these three skillets would function and hold up over time. I've received a lot of pleasant surprises.Strength 5/5These have withstood the test of time after a few weeks of heavy use. They haven't yet begun to rust or flake on me, even though I admit I haven't been fantastic at taking care of them. For years, my other one has been acting in that way. They are a fantastic medium weight that is neither too light nor too heavy. They will last for a very long time, in my opinion.Flexibility 5/5When I'm cooking, I love having a choice of multiple skillet sizes. I hardly knew there was another option because I was so used to heating up a large skillet every night only to fry up some tofu or tempeh. One of the reasons I adore these skillets so much is their adaptable size. They genuinely make every effort to accommodate me. These are excellent for times when you don't have a lot to create, even though I still use my huge skillet for larger items I'm cooking (and you should too).Cleanup Is Simple 5/5Because of their smaller size and pre-seasoned coating, these skillets are easy to clean. A sponge easily removes oil and grease. I suggest you search for instructions on how to properly clean a cast iron pan because I didn't know how to do it before.

Calphalon Signature 1 Quart Sauce Pan|Hard Anodized Nonstick Pot with Lid, Black Review:

I adore these pans. We have three more. Heavy! However, I would choose durability above light weight. Very simple to clean, and contrary to what one reviewer claimed, the handle doesn't get hot. It might get hot if you are using several burners and one of them is under the handle, but it is user mistake.Additionally, the coat's exceptional rate of wear warrants replacement with a new one. I have four of these pans, as I previously stated, and there have been no issues with the coating scratching or pulling off. Again, that sounds like user mistake, or perhaps it's because we take good care of our pans. Only hand wash, use a light scrub pad for cleaning (nothing adheres, you never need anything harder), and only silicone and wood utensils; no metal. Who cares how it is touted, physics dictates that if you use an abrasive object, such as a metal utensil or Scotch Green pad, you will ultimately scratch through the surface.Anyway, the major purpose of this review is to draw attention to a bothersome design defect in the 2QT pan's lid. Water gets trapped behind the little lip that is part of the underneath edge's design. It's just bad design that I have to wait at least a day for it to dry on the drying rack rather than being able to hand dry. Unfortunately, Calphalon outsources its customer service, so I had little chance of receiving a response when I contacted them about it. They did give me a replacement lid, but it had the same problem. As a result, I now simply switch out the lids; yes, it's foolish, but I can't return it and I don't believe they make an other kind of glass lid. For a reference, see the image.

Ultimate Pre-Seasoned 2-In-1 Cast Iron Multi-Cooker – Heavy Duty 3 Quart Skillet and Lid Set, Versatile Healthy Design, Non-Stick Kitchen Cookware, Use As Dutch Oven Frying Pan (Pre-Seasoned) Review:

I bought this after learning that I had low iron levels and that cooking in a cast iron pan was a good way to add iron to your diet. It couldn't hurt, I reasoned. I frequently prepare vegetarian chili, and I generally use a copper kettle to cook it. Every time I make it, the chili ends up on the pot charred, making a tremendous mess. By boiling, scraping, and adding baking soda and vinegar, I have to go to a lot of trouble to clean.I used the cast iron pot to cook my chili, and I was astonished to find no sticking and a simple cleanup. Even now, I use the skillet's cover to reheat the chili. I'm really glad I bought this.

Farberware 21666 Dishwasher Safe Nonstick Sauce Pan/Saucepan/Saucier, 1 Quart, Silver Review:

Since so many are now sets, it took a lot of searching to find a nonstick saute pan. My own was damaged by aging and someone who neglected to observe what they were cooking and burnt little finish there was. I've been using this one nearly every day for the past two months and found it to be excellent. My culinary utensils don't go in the dishwasher. Even if hand washing them could take a few minutes, the finish will stay longer when used with the appropriate equipment.
