I've seen that some individuals are criticizing this product, arguing that it pales in comparison to 3M. Although 3M is excellent, we are all aware of its cost. I've decided to restore a 55-gallon acrylic aquarium that is severely scratched, which is something I've never done before. I learned from a YouTube lesson that scratches may be fixed using SANDPAPER, which startled me. Although that was incomprehensible to me (it appeared on YouTube! ), As a result, I purchased the wet/dry sandpaper and the 3-step Novus.Although it takes a while, using a palmsander made it go more quickly and maintained it "even." I started with 1000-grit paper, followed by 1500, 2000, and 2500 (spraying frequently with a water bottle). It looks 200% worse than when I started, and if I hadn't already practiced on a smaller scratched tank, I would be terrified right now! However, it is the sandpaper working as intended! And from here, the Novus will handle it. It has held up well even with all the wetness and palm sanding! It doesn't split apart or rip. The only reason you will eventually need a new piece is because the grit is beginning to go.This sandpaper is of the highest quality, has a wide range of grits, and has completely met and exceeded my expectations. My application is automotive urethane clear coat, which requires leveling and polishing because it is a very rough surface.I was seeking for something to take the place of the course slurries and the fine grit sheets.My 2000 paper is now useless because this P3000 foam pad performs well after 1500 grit paper but before 2000 grit.I begin using 3M super duty rubbing on a cutting pad powered by the PC DA after P3000.This process was proven to be the quickest way to move from scratch removal to polishing after trying many different alternatives.Other advantages: Tough. One pad lasted the duration of an automobile project.- Precise grit, as opposed to the 3M papers, which occasionally have coarse grains sneaking into a field of fine grit.- Uniform outcome, as opposed to the 3M papers, which I've discovered vary in grit over the width of the paper.

PRO: The product appears to be well-made and of excellent quality. On a 2012 Toyota Venza, I restored a headlamp by wetting one of each sheet.When used with water, the paper holds up well. I want to be able to utilize each sheet multiple times.CON: The sand paper sheets had terrible rolling on the ends. In an effort to flatten them, I had to stack them and place a hefty weight on top of them all night. Each sheet would take up a lot of room if it were rolled up, and I also need them to be flat so I can fold them in thirds and sand the headlamps.

I use them for simple tasks; I don't sure how they stack up against well-known brands, but they did a great job. However, I did some counting one day because I was bored and discovered that there were only 43 (including the ones I used). They are reasonably priced, but I don't like making mistakes like this.
