I came across this while actually hunting for another product to buy. I had my mind blown. As absurd as it may sound, I never considered that there might be a place other than the second soap dish area in my shower where I could store a razor. And it was unpleasant to store the razor in the region of the soap dish. I believed that the razor was more prone to mold (even if I dried up the water, the condensation stays around that area). I adore the way these hooks look and how strong they are. These were a fantastic compromise for me because I originally got them to display my hats on the wall without making holes in the wall or using something that would eventually leave an indentation where the hat would sit. I was aware that once installed, things were not detachable before I made the purchase. I regret not having properly measured and planned how I wanted the hats to be arranged or even which wall I wanted them to be on. I had them moving up and down along the edge of the mirror at first, but I eventually hated the positioning. Even though I knew they couldn't be taken off, I did it anyway. The stickiness caused the paint and several layers of the wall torn off as a result. I was able to remove the wall residue from the hooks' backing and hang them over the dresser (I had 3 still unopened I was able to use, so ultimately only used 2 of the 5 I had on the first wall). I still need to repair the areas where the hooks were (I Photoshopped the image merely to publish it on my IG), but I'm glad because I much prefer to fix patches than holes. They were still quite sticky when they were placed on the other wall for the second time, and it worked perfectly. To replace two of the six used hooks, I do intend to purchase a new pack. Be wise and make sure you know exactly where you want them if you intend to utilize these.

I hang my backpack on this hook and place it behind a closet door. Even though the backpack occasionally weighs up to 20 pounds, the hook doesn't appear to flex at all. Anyone else out there get brilliant ideas in the shower? If so, how do you recall the specifics of your solution without having at least some of it go down the drain with the water? So my stepson and daughter-in-law bought me some weatherproof notepads, a waterproof pen, and a super strong hook to put in the shower, and they took care of this problem for me. I moved after that and dropped the hook! I had budgeted $20 to $30 for a replacement, but as always, Amazon came to my rescue. I looked for the ideal replacement for a longer period of time than I would have anticipated, and I am extremely happy with my decision. Now that my notepad and pen are back where they belong, I also hung hand towels from my mirror's second hook as a bonus. The hold is really powerful. I attempted to remove it once it was locked in place but was unsuccessful. Read the description of non-smooth surfaces carefully. These hooks need a completely flat surface in order to function. They can't be applied to a typical wall.
