I've been purchasing quilling tools, a couple at a time, and this time I thought I'd try one of the sets. When I examined closely, I was relieved to realize that I had received a new curling coach, as opposed to the one I had previously, which had the same size holes for shaping loose coils. The supplied little scissors are excellent; they have sharp points, tips that close snugly for precise cutting, and a pleasant tight feel. Great colors are used in the sample papers. The quilling boards feature a huge working surface in the middle and a variety of shapes. The little glue bottle features a needle tip that is ideal for dotting tiny amounts of glue precisely where you want them. The tool with the split tip for rolling the paper is excellent and has a little ball tip for embossing on the other end. The pins are fine. The awl is like any other. I haven't used this angled tweezers yet because I already own one; I like the sort that crosses in the middle and closes when you push the center, so I doubt I'll use the one that came with this kit very often. Playing with all of my new "things" after opening the package was enjoyable. I'm not sure if purchasing them individually or as a kit resulted in the most financial savings, but I'm quite content with this kit.

everything you require to begin quilling paper. A nice collection of comparatively excellent quality, with which I'm quite pleased. My only gripe is that the glue bottle is a touch flimsy and challenging to fill. Additionally, it lacks a needle that would shut the aperture and allow jamming. But replacing that is reasonably affordable. And I really wish one of those circular rulers with different-sized circles was supplied. The circle sizes in this one are not that varied.

This is something that I have bought a few times and will continue to buy. I got it in 2 days because it is a Prime product for me, which is fantastic. As other reviewers have pointed out, the paper is a little bit thicker than other quilling paper I've tried, which sometimes result in a lumpy roll. I've discovered that if I run my thumbnail along the strip before rolling it, the paper will "soften," and the roll that results will be ideal. This is not a bothersome issue in my opinion, and I rather like the paper's current thickness. I find that it glues better and won't tear as easily. As seen, the colors are vivid. The lack of various hues in several of the colors is the reason I only gave 4 stars instead of 5. Particularly, there are just two tones of purple in the purple bundle. Black, white, and gray are the additional hues present in the package. But from the photographs, I was aware of this before I purchased. It would unquestionably receive five stars if there were more colours. Overall, I would definitely suggest this item and would keep purchasing it as needed. Quilling is incredibly addicting, so buyers careful!
