Caydo 9.4 inch Screen Printing Squeegee, 75 Durometer Wooden 4.3 inch Wide Review:

Such a great squeegee. Very effective and simple to clean. This is my fave out of a variety I have. Not cheap!

Speedball Fabric Squeegee 9 in. Review:

The rounded edges of this squeegee are why I like it. It certainly does assist in coating the fabric with an even layer of ink. Square edges are overly sharp and push the ink, resulting in uneven opacity. Only little logos and other items can be printed on it because the greatest size available is only 9".

INTBUYING Screen Printing Squeegee 13 inches Long Wooden Ink Scraper 75 Durometer 4 inches Wide Review:

Which squeegee to buy for screen printing, I wasn't sure. I made the decision to buy this one after doing extensive research online. Although I had never had an aluminum handle, I just couldn't imagine how comfy it would be to hold. It arrived as promised and functions flawlessly. I will be buying more of this size and a few in the other durometer sizes for other kinds of screen prints because I enjoyed the size.

Speedball Art Products SB4479 Red Baron Squeegee Dual Edged, 9-Inch, Fabric and Graphic, 9" Fabric & Graphic Blade Review:

When you are just getting started and want to explore, why spend so much money on screen printing? This is fantastic. Thus far, so good. I'll eventually upgrade to the wood ones, but for now, this is nice and the correct price for me.

Speedball 6-Inch Fabric Squeegee for Screen Printing Review:

I made the error of buying a squeegee that was a knockoff. Big error! Nothing (in my opinion) comes close to the components and quality of Speedball!

Speedball Nitrile Fabric Squeegee - 4492 Review:

It is beautifully constructed and effective for beginners who are just starting out with silk screening printing. Its blade has rounded edges and spreads too much for my purposes, unlike squeegees with crisp, square blades. The only four stars are three-stars because of this.

How much pressure do I need for screen printing?

Screen printing is a printing technique where a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil. A blade or squeegee is moved across the screen to fill the open mesh apertures with ink, and a reverse stroke then causes the screen to touch the substrate momentarily along a line of contact. This causes the ink to be transferred to the substrate.
