My 7-year-old daughter's older brother bought this for her. The instruction book and all the pieces were present, ready for assembly as shown. A really adorable tiny LEGO set. This was a good little "introduction" set of LEGOs for her because she doesn't have the enormous collection that my son does. I wouldn't really suggest this for anyone under the age of 6-7 because there are a lot of quite small parts. The minor finishing touches, including the golden pieces for the carriage, Cinderella's hair, and her cat, were all extremely adorable. The blocks were all vividly coloured. Wonderful bday present.

Although it's not really their fault, I'm going to quit buying themed Lego kits because as soon as you lose one piece or the instruction booklet, these are practically useless. And each time, that takes place. These are fantastic if you have older children who are responsible and always put their toys safely back where they belong. Or, you could use super glue to assemble them so that none of the pieces fall apart. However, if your children are anything like mine, you no longer have a backhoe and a dump truck; instead, you have a collection of random Lego pieces that will never again assemble into a truck. However, you are the expert on your children, so these may be perfect for you. This truck set was gorgeous for about 13.5 minutes. For approximately 6.5 of those minutes, we had a ton of fun scooping and dumping stuff. Before assembly, I would really think about using super glue...

I bought my two-year-old these magnet tiles a month ago for Christmas. I thought this would be a fantastic addition to our building toys because she likes to build, stack, and destroy things. When we first opened the box and saw these high-quality tiles, I was quite surprised! There are four huge squares and twenty-four little squares inside.Eighteen little equilateral trianglesA total of 8 right trianglesSix substantial isosceles trianglesThis 60 piece set is the ideal size for our 2-year-old to play with and has allowed us to make a number of patterns. She has been able to build designs by simply connecting and separating the magnetic tiles with ease. Since all of the magnets are completely encased in the plastic shells, there are no exposed parts that I am concerned she might ingest. For the past month, my family has played with these magnetic tiles every day, if not more than once, and they have held up well to a toddler throwing them around. They don't appear to nick readily or lose their color. The pieces of this set are packaged in a strong cardboard box that may be used to store them conveniently.I can see why this toy has received so many nominations for prizes. It may teach young children about forms, colors, and spatial principles for constructing and is a great start to STEM programs. While playing with these, my child learns cause and effect relationships and problem-solving techniques, even though our towers aren't always structurally sound. As an adult, I've come to like designing houses and other structures using these Picasso tiles. I am quite pleased with my purchase and intend to acquire a second set in the future to expand our collection!

The 484 Legos included in this package are diverse. They are put into this yellow plastic bin after being divided into bags. It would definitely fill up one fifth of the bin after the bags are opened. Do not expect this container to be completely filled; that would cost hundreds of dollars. If you required storage, the bin would be ideal. To set up paper plates or silverware for their Lego-themed birthday party, I want to save it.This classic set makes me long for the storage boxes I used to have as a kid. I love Lego in general, and I really love their kits since they let my two young children, ages 5 and 3, build cool trains, automobiles, and other playthings. As youngsters dive in, these vintage kits let their imaginations soar.There were 35 colors in this collection. I liked the variety of pieces, including those with smooth finishes, ramps, dot pieces, and grated bits. It included a variety of small and medium-sized hubs and wheels. Train wheels can be made even without tires. Numerous little black windows without shutters or panes were present. and the one tiny window with an arch that is shown on the front. The smooth dot eyeballs are another option. The largest base plate in this kit was 8x16 in size. Additionally, there is a brick separator, a really interesting tool that saves you from having to use your teeth.We are currently purchasing these classic sets to add to my children's stockpile of free building materials. This medium set appeals to me because of the variety it offers. According to what I've read, buying Lego shouldn't cost more than 10 cents (accounting for differences in variety of sizes). Given that this kit has a $30 suggested retail price, it offers a terrific value and variety.Additionally, I suggest the $20 Lego Classic Bright Box. It was primarily made of building bricks, didn't have wheels or windows, but had wonderful colors.Buy it if you're just starting out with Legos. Buy it if you need a present for a Lego enthusiast. Purchase it if you wish to expand your or your child's collection. More Legos are always a good idea, especially since they foster your child's creativity and keep them occupied for hours!

My son adores anything with wheels, but he appears to have a special affinity for trains. We decided to attempt this for him for Easter because I love Legos. He quickly warmed up to it and continues to use it now (which, two months later for a 1-year-old is amazing). It is ideal for him to assemble as best he can with the fewest pieces possible so that it still seems finished. He can get to know Woody and Buzz before he is old enough to enjoy the movies, and I think that is wonderful. The characters don't really stay tied to the pieces, which is my sole criticism. It would be wonderful if their feet were a tiny bit smaller and more securely locked on. A wonderful package overall.

If you want to build up some of your fundamental blocks, this is a terrific beginner Lego Duplo kit.With my son, who is 20 months old, this set has been a tremendous hit. Since he is too young for traditional Legos, we adore Lego Duplo. He is developing his problem-solving, creativity, and fine motor skills. He is having trouble separating the flat blocks right now, but it will pass. As a family, we like making Lego models.Some claim that off-brand blocks are just as good or even better options and cost less, but I strongly disagree. My son was given a set of off-brand toys, but he never shows any interest in playing with them. Lego Duplo are superior to conventional Legos in quality, considerably easier to construct with, and more aesthetically beautiful.I appreciate you creating this item.

This was a hit with our 3-year-old son ( 3 months) for Easter. Because he had never completed a "large kid lego kit," he needed a little assistance in order to understand the visual instructions. Although there aren't many stages, these are a wonderful intermediate step because they involve patience, attention to detail, and spatial 3D awareness. Excellent set for him to express his creativity. The only drawback is that there are numerous small parts; thus far, we have lost one flame and the money piece. Additionally, we'll need to exercise extra caution once his baby sibling starts to crawl because they pose a serious choking hazard.

College student and Lego enthusiast here. I purchased this set for my 4-year-old nephew, and he adores it to pieces. The construction is easy and uncomplicated, but surprisingly features some cool touches, such as Lego's recreation of matchbox automobiles, which are amusingly accurate and straightforward to assemble. With assistance, it took my nephew around 30 minutes to construct (and after building it he then broke it all up.) He seems to particularly enjoy the fire pieces and the motorcycle, which rides well on most surfaces. One wonderful feature of this kit is that all of the components with designs are printed rather than being adhered with stickers.Regarding the figures, Duke Caboom (who is currently the only one offered in this set) includes an extra hairpiece for when he's not wearing his helmet as well as a spongy soft cape that doesn't crinkle when bent (a issue with certain Lego capes that get played with too much). While the majority of Woody is really well made (his boots are molded in two colors, as well as his hat/hair piece, his torso is very well detailed, and his head has two expressions with distinct emotions), Woody's face doesn't even remotely resemble the Woody from the movie that we know and love. Given that my nephew is four years old and was content to have the set to assemble and destroy, it is evident that this is not something that concerned him. I highly suggest this set, hands down.

This baseplate and I have a love-hate relationship...The green color is different from the previous green LEGO baseplate. View photos. In my first illustration, the new green is on the left and the old green is on the right. If you already own a number of the prior green LEGO baseplates, comparing the new to the old will leave you quickly unsatisfied.Overall, LEGO quality is always of the highest caliber. Without a doubt, this baseplate will perform all the functions you would anticipate from a baseplate. Furthermore, you won't notice the difference in hue if you don't own any of the earlier green baseplates.
