I've purchased a ton of wool blend assortments from two various businesses. I was astounded by the velvety feeling when I first opened this gift. Normally, I don't like the way felt feels, but this feels so good that I can't quit petting it. I must touch it every time I pass it. Another review I read claimed that the sheen rendered it "useless" There is a delicate sheen, which is true, but I think it's lovely and it's perfect for the baby activity book I'm producing. The hues are stunning! The strange thing is that I felt uneasy ordering from this firm, despite the fact that this particular item is genuinely remarkable. I ADORE HOW IT FELT! Fair enough, the drawback is that working with it is difficult due to how soft it is. Sulky Sticky Fabri Solvi is what I use to cut out pieces and transfer patterns. Although the Solvi may be dissolved in water, I don't want to repeatedly moisten the leftover parts to get rid of the excess Solvi once I cut a piece out. Smaller chunks of felt simply peel off when I try to remove the extra Solvi from the piece of felt that is still attached. Everything I've purchased from any vendor that is a wool blend felt is experiencing the same issue. I cannot express enough how highly I suggest this item. It has LUXURY!

Seeing the image of this item and learning that it was on sale made me even more delighted. Although I thought the non-sale price was a little excessive for this felt, I still wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. When I received the item, I saw that it was very different from the picture and that it was not as stated when measured. Mine was supposed to be 12 by 8 but is actually 6.75 by 10.75. I also only have 22 parts instead of the complete 28 pieces. I'll say that it was good in terms of durability but ok in terms of softness. I required sewable, long-lasting felt. Will I repurchase this? Though it's unlikely, I won't be returning this because the replacement felt wouldn't arrive in time. This review should be useful to others. I'm grateful.

fantastic stuff There are multiple shades of each color you could possibly need. I used a hot glue gun on numerous sheets and it worked beautifully because it was quite strong. The felt has a velvet-like texture, is sufficiently tight to prevent ruining or complicating your embroidery project, retains its shape even after being cut, and has just enough stretch to make it slightly larger in each direction. This is what I need from my craft supplies and the reason I use felt in the first place. Additionally, it is quite tolerant to needle holes. They will be apparent for a short while, but as you work, they will vanish.My neighborhood store raised the price of the felt I often purchase from $20 for a 10x14-inch sheet or $1.50 per yard to $60 for a sheet or $6 per yard. The felt is 1 cm thick and almost has the feel of thick flannel. I use it to create mug cozies by stitching thick craft foam to felt that has been embroided with a design. Finding an equal online worried me because inexpensive felt that costs $15 does not work for what I do because it has a rough texture and bleeds color when wet, staining the fabric. A mug cozy. for tea and coffee. They will get soaked. Additionally, they must be washable.I therefore feared that everything I found for a good price, especially through Amazon, would be repurposed junk. I was quite concerned when this material arrived because of how silky it was; I thought there was no way it could be sturdy enough to embroider or even sew. I worried that the stretching might cause it to unravel when sewing. It turns out that it is clearly strong enough. There is no freying, and no stray tindrils stick to my head, causing knots as I work or making it appear like grass is growing out of the holes. It stitches perfectly well without breaking.

Stronger adhesive backing than I anticipated, fun colours! My 11-month-old used these for a Halloween costume, and I was concerned that he may take them (I used the black to make snowman "buttons" to attach to his white romper). My spouse actually believed the felt buttons were part of the romper because it worked so well. My 11-month-old poked at them, but he was unable to remove them because they were firmly fixed in place. The other colours will definitely come in in for some fantastic creative projects, I'm sure of it. Fantastic product!
