Giro Bicycle Helmet Replacement Cloth Visor Review:

I believed the tiny black bits to be new velcro stickers that were supposed to hold the visor to the helmet. My helmet was losing some of the velcro stickers, so I figured this set would work perfectly! Those tiny pieces are additional foam, NOT stickers. The visor fits my Giro Reverb, is a little bit longer than the original, and the visor band is quite plush and pleasant.

OZ-USA Dark Smoke CW1 Shoei Helmet Visor Pinlock Qwest RF1100 X-12 RF XR X-Spirit 2 1100 CW-1 Tinted Review:

Okay, so I'm a pretty skeptic when it comes to Amazon purchases; I don't make impulsive purchases without first completing my homework. This was one of the products that made it through my critical evaluation. It seems to have mainly positive reviews and no one-star ratings (which can be an strong indicator of a poor quality product even if the average rating is good.) Because I selected the free economy shipping option, there was no shipping charge when I ordered it on December 30th, 2015, for $24.50 $1.84 tax. Despite saying it was supposed to arrive between January 7 and 12, it arrived today. Cool. Using Amazon, I discover that this occurs frequently. Anyway, I easily installed this aftermarket visor in place of the OEM Shoei transparent one that came with my RF-1000 Shoei helmet. Similar to how the OEM visors clicked in, this. The visor itself is of a decent caliber. It will probably scrape, but since the plastic is dark throughout rather than just being covered with a dark layer, it shouldn't matter too much. My helmet's visor fit perfectly; there was no light leakage even when it was fully lowered, and it felt really strong (like the OEM visor.) Overall, if this thing holds up, which I have a good feeling it will, I'll be delighted with it. Since original visors cost between two and three times as much, I believed the price was reasonable. You'll love this product, but watch out for the other colors it comes in (mirrored, iridescent, blue, etc.), as their coatings almost certainly will scratch and chip (which is why I went with this one rather than the mirrored visor which I thought looked better.)

Core Vintage Open Face Helmet Visor Peak (Black) Review:

For a little period of time, I must wear my prescription glasses. Because my glasses don't have transition lenses, when I wore my 3/4 helmet, the sun was burning my eyes. I bought this visor in two days after finding it.After riding for two days, I am VERY satisfied because they performed well! The modest amount of money was well spent because riding in the direct sunlight was SO much easier for my eyes!Be aware that the visor will cause the helmet to shake more than it did before. I was not surprised because I kind of anticipated that it would affect the helmet's aerodynamics. I had to maintain a speed of 70 mph or less to avoid having my glasses shaken out of place by the buffeting. This is just an FYI and not really a fault.

Bell 3-Snap Retro Visor, Black Review:

Scorpion Covert Sun Visor Street Motorcycle Helmet Accessories - Clear/One Size Review:

I am aware of how delicate silver sunvisors can be because I have owned a few of them. When I noticed the USPS tracking number on my transaction, I was horrified, but fortunately mine came undamaged. There is a good probability of obtaining a visor that has been damaged because of the poor packaging (crunchy plastic wrap for hanging in stores inside of a bubble envelope). But the visor is well-fitting and stylish. The only defect I noticed was at the top, which appeared to be a result of production, but it is little and hidden by the helmet. I anticipate that after a few large bugs and rocks, like any other silver finish, it will begin to chip, but I think it looks nicer than the black tint.

Bell ClickRelease Light Smoke Shield for Star, RS-1, Vortex, Qualifier and Revo - One Size Review:

My bike has a lot of gold accents, therefore I was seeking for an all-gold mirror shield. The image does not adequately capture it. A mirror shield, that is. It is impenetrable to vision. I've included a picture showing how it appears on my helmet. But this shield is in the middle of turquoise and gold. Although gold is always visible, turquoise is frequently the color of the sides and other regions. Despite not being a major fan of the chameleon hue, I enjoy the shield. No issues with fogging on colder days I haven't experienced any significant dings from handling or cleaning. I hand-wash it in warm water and dry it with a nice towel. In any case, you should treat shields gently because they are coated optical lenses and should be handled accordingly.Although dawn and sunset and brilliant sun benefit from the shield's obscurity, I wouldn't ride at night. After the sun had gone, I became a little lost and it was quite challenging to see.I have washed it four or five times and it has traveled about 1000 miles so far without the iridium coating chipping or scratching.Overall, it's a fantastic shield that looks well, is strong (for a coated shield), and performs well.

"The Original" Helmet Sunblocker for Arai Helmets Review:

I'm updating my prior evaluation. I had the idea to simply cut it to size. Obviously, no?I assumed scissors would function. It was laid out on paper and pressed board, and I used a utility knife to cut it. The cut appears to have a few little jagged edges, but they are too small for me to notice when wearing it. But in addition to making it fit properly, I also trimmed it a little shorter than *I* wanted. The result? On my Quantum X, I attached the strip to the inside of the clear SunShield protector. Yes, it now rests firmly on the fog lens, also known as a pillock, that you may purchase for the shield. As a result, when moving quickly, it does not readily be caught by the wind and flung onto the road like it did with the strip I added to the inside of the sun screen. Now that I have this strip and the sun shade, the sun is reduced while I ride in the sun. Happy traveling!
