Exceptionally good item for the money. Don't expect stainless or high carbon steel for under $100; this is what it is, it works, and it's a steal. It is made of a light-duty cast metal chassis. If a client attempts to mount this on a handlebar that is larger or smaller than 7/8, I can see how they would run into problems "diameter; before ordering or installing, be sure to measure your mounting. Although the light steel construction can only bend so far before it breaks, once it is installed on a 7/8 "The bar remains stationary. Excellent for street use but might not hold up to abuse from off-road use. The seller's (or manufacturer's) attention to detail in wrapping the item for shipping left me quite satisfied; "thing could've shipped to the moon without a scratch." I originally bought this for a kit for an 80cc gas bike, but I changed my mind about the idea. You will need to create a new throttle cable to match if you plan to use it for a bike kit; otherwise, it appears to be an alternative.

They were a perfect fit for my 2004 300ex. The lever feels very comfortable, more like a street bike than an off-road vehicle. simply replace the lever with the original, or alter the clutch side to correspond. No issues with bleeding the brakes; instead of bench bleeding, I simply filled, pumped, loosened the bleeders, and bled each brake one at a time. I've read numerous reviews claiming that cheap quality caused individuals to strip the screws and bolts, but that is nonsense. The screws and nuts only need to be snugged up, not tightened as if they were holding something together that required a lot of torque. The people who stripped them are presumably the ones that believe you need to use a cheater bar or that everything needs to be grunted on. While out on the trails all weekend, mine never leaking or shifted.

I gambled that it would fit my Kawasaki KLR 250, and while I had to relocate the kill switch slightly to make it fit, it did the necessary function. It's beautifully constructed and has a larger reservoir than my old master cylinder, giving the calliper a little bit more power. To get the air out of the lines, I had to reverse bleed the fluid, which was rather effective. It was simpler to install than to rebuild and took around 10 minutes. I like how one day delivery worked!

Being alive right now is wonderful. Cheap parts and dirt bike vehicles. I had to mow lawns for weeks to acquire the damn component when I damaged a brake or clutch lever on my bultaco as a child. The nature of two-wheeled transportation dictates that if you ride these things correctly, you will use the brake levers. My street racebikes also broke a lot. So enjoy getting a brake and clutch unit that works well for the price of a small pizza. Sell your bike and resume playing video games if you're complaining.Doug S. and VA Aylett
