Panasonic Portable AM/FM Radio with Great Reception, Led Tuning Indicator, Compact Size + 4 AA Batteries + HeroFiber Ultra Gentle Cleaning Cloth Review:

I purchased the portable radio after Hurricane Florence caused my other backup equipment to fail. Simply put, I'm astonished that they delivered it to me two days earlier than scheduled despite the fact that I'm surrounded by isolated and flooded communities, including Wilmington, North Carolina. I'll never understand how they achieved that! The radio was a welcome surprise in and of itself. I can easily pick up stations from both Wilmington and Myrtle Beach from where I live, which is halfway between them. Strong volume and better than expected station selectivity are both present. Recall that this radio costs $39; don't anticipate excellent sound. It works well for talking and providing weather updates, and it works well enough for music to be worthwhile. All things considered, I would endorse this product and appreciate the seller's customer service.

Avantree Portable FM Radio with Bluetooth Speaker and SD Card Player 3-In-1, MP3 Player with Headphones Socket, Auto Scan Save, LED Display, Rechargeable Battery Transistor Radio (No Am) - SP850 Review:

Note: To select the finest Bluetooth speaker with FM radio to give to my wife for Mother's Day in 2017, I evaluated over 8 different models. When I let my wife choose from the top four of the eight products I tested, she chose this one, which was her favorite, as the winner. I wasn't paid for writing this review. I purely wrote this as a recommendation for a fantastic product.[Review was last updated on May 20, 2018, or around a year after purchase.Update: Over the past year, the speaker has displayed excellent performance. It has largely been utilized as an FM radio both inside and outside. Since my home is in a Tucson suburb, we are close to nearby radio towers. We've never had to connect anything to the speaker in order to have better radio reception. All local stations are received in perfect clarity. Since the accompanying battery recently died, I noticed it has been just over a year since I bought this speaker, so I am updating this review. Since the battery is offered with a two-year warranty, I looked at Avantree's support website today to learn more. I was impressed. Their website is a clear indication of how seriously Avantree takes customer service. Since I work in IT and frequently purchase "cheap equipment from overseas" online, I believe it's important to note this. It's also unusual to find a good support site for a lesser-known company. I was able to make a warranty claim online, but I couldn't find a way to buy more replacement batteries from them directly. But given what I've observed thus far, I don't anticipate any problems with the warranty claim.]Positive: The power switch is located on the volume knob. There is no risk of the radio starting up to a loud sound; the radio can be adjusted so that it is both quiet enough for office use and loud enough for a warehouse; the headphone and AUX connectors are clearly indicated; and the radio has a high-quality build, fit, and finish. Product is well supported by the business website, which is located at https://support.avantree.com; rubberized texture feels great.PLUS a crystal-clear, readable digital display. The preset buttons on top let you type in a radio station or punch in a preset, best in class; the display is the nicest of all the radios this size that I tested; pairing the bluetooth speaker is simple because it identifies itself as "Avantree SP850" rather than "BT speaker" like so many cheaper speakers do.a common, removable rechargable li-ion battery (BL-5C) is used, which can be found in many places but is not currently offered for sale by Avantree from what I can tell. additionally, it does not lose memory or presets when battery is removed/swapped. additionally, when playing back MP3 from a microSD card, you can see the file name of the song in the display. If ID3 tags were supported, I missed it.Cons: Receiving calls while your phone is paired to this speaker can be a little confusing, so practice before you get an unexpected call while paired. The sound is not stereo, but it is still quite good.

PowerBear AM FM Portable Radio | Battery Operated, Long Range, Handheld Review:

I got this radio to listen to the broadcast at sporting events. I remember being utterly bored during a baseball game years ago. A similar-sized radio that belonged to my mother was available for short-term loan. What a distinction between viewing the game solely and while listening to the color commentary. I'm hoping this tiny radio works! The unit is rather lightweight even with batteries inside, and the whole quality seems to be of the highest caliber. Should be no problem to carry for a couple hours in a pocket. Your large smartphone weighs more, I'll wager!

Pocket Small Radio by Flyoukki, Personal Mini AM FM Portable Digital Tuning Transistor Radios with Best Reception, Earphones, Lanyard and Rechargeable Battery for Walking Jogging Exercising (Black) Review:

I needed a cheap AM/FM radio, primarily so I could listen to baseball games when I was out walking. It has to be cheap, draw in my local stations, and have a compact form factor. The size of this Flyoukki is comparable to a stack of 50 business cards. My baseball games are received perfectly. Amazon has a few cheaper options, however none of them appeared to be able to complete the task as well as this one. To prevent the headphones from coming unplugged at the plug, the earphone jack is located at the top of the radio. Additionally, I've used it at home with an outdated pair of PC speakers (containing their own on-board amplifier). The only area in which I would give this item a failing grade is in terms of usability, and neither of those issues really bother me. 1) The AM/FM key enters an automatic radio station storage mode if you lightly press it but hold it down for too long. As a result, you can end up with many preset stations that you do not enjoy. 2) I do not find manually storing preset stations to be intuitive. I have the most success after reading the instruction handbook again. I'd suggest this radio for your needs if neither of these two issues matters to you.

RadioShack AM/FM Stereo Headset Radio Review:

I had a set until they "broke," or stopped working. I had been seeking for these for a very long time before settling on one of those small radios with headphones. The cord hanging down bothered me, and if I tried to move around the yard, it would get in the way. I'm really appreciative of the person who advised me to search online since I was likely to locate them. I'm so happy I did and that you did. For everyone who wishes to conduct any activity without a cord coming in the way, I have thoroughly enjoyed them once more and heartily suggest them.

AM FM Radio Portable – Best Reception Transistor Radio/Longest Lasting Battery Operated Radio (2AA) / FM AM Pocket Radio. Mono Headphone Socket, by Vondior (Black) Review:

I'll admit it: I'm a radio nerd. I used to drift off to sleep with a transistor radio under my pillow because the conversation from all around the nation enthralled me. Since then, I guess, radios are produced more affordably. Never saw one with a reception as good as these older versions. I've tried radios that advertised having more crystals, more diodes, or more of whatever it is that allows a radio to receive signals clearly from a distance. I am unimpressed. prior to this one. I reside in a remote area. a true dead zone that mountains have obstructed. No radio, no cell phone service. Nothing. More stations are picked up by the Vondior than I ever imagined. Amazing response for such a small package.

Digital AM FM Portable Pocket Radio with Alarm Clock- Best Reception and Longest Lasting. AM FM Compact Radio Player Operated by 2 AAA Battery, Stereo Headphone Socket (Black), by Vondior Review:

Because I pinched a nerve in my neck, which limits how much I can lift, my wife and I strive to travel as lightly as possible. We were seeking for a decent, lightweight radio that would yet provide strong reception and be loud enough for us to hear the news and music close up while at the beach. Well, this product was everything we had hoped for. This radio is not for you if you're hoping for deep bass and all the other features of a bigger radio. But now that my wife and I are retired, it doesn't need to sound the way we had anticipated when we were younger. Any of the features are functional, and as with all electronics, you must experiment with them to gain experience. A "beep" or the radio turning on might serve as the alarm, and both are effective. The guidelines are clear even though some of the language is off, but you can still figure it out without too much difficulty. Scan stations automatically and save them, or manually. In case you misplace the original, I'd recommend making a copy of the instructions. We might only sometimes use this radio, and at our age, I doubt I could remember the manual without a reminder. We endorse this item. On something that fits in your shirt pocket, there are many pleasant features.

Horologe Portable Pocket Handy AM/FM Radio-Battery Operated, Sleep Timer, Preset, Earphone Jack, Powered by 2 AAA Batteries …, Black with Earphone Review:

Oh man. I adore this item! The best value I've ever come across. I don't like the following things about radio listening on my phone: 1-I can't listen to baseball without purchasing a plan from Major League Baseball. 2: Data are used. Important information This utilizes the good ol' airways!Regarding the item that the photo might not make entirely apparent. It's compact. a bit shallower, narrower, and taller than a deck of cards. Therefore, it VERY simply fits in a pocket. Since it just requires two AAA batteries, it is also quite lightweight. It's a fantastic small gadget for the price.

JESSON Personal AM FM Pocket Radio Portable Digital Tuning Stereo Radio with Earphone and Rechargeable Battery for Walk Review:

The battery life seems to be enough. I spend roughly 6 hours a day using mine. I can go two days without being charged. Although sluggish charging is typical for small LI batteries,This radio needs to be charged right away after opening. If you don't, the battery life will suffer.Additionally, you'll discover that after roughly 3–4 charges, battery capacity will increase. I used it for a few hours before charging it three times.Am receives as well as my previous Sony Walkman.I found programming to be simple. The lock out function is great. Due to its compact size, I keep this radio in my front left pocket. The audio jack and plug could be damaged if your jeans are too tight. hahahaaMy radio has been here for a week.JT
