This phone charger is shipped in a usable state. This one has really pleased me. extremely durable and well-made. It works perfectly on my Samsung 10 phone, which I currently use.It comes with a cord for charging the battery pack and certain other phones, but since the battery pack's charge cord has a different end than my phone's, I have to connect my phone's charge cord to it. My second Anker PowerCore is this one. I adore knowing that wherever I am, all of my portable equipment can be readily recharged. When I am actively using my Galaxy phone, the battery life is restricted, and I recently found myself out and about without access to a charging station. I got a second one so I could keep one in my bag at all times. In order to never be without, I keep one of the PowerCores charged overnight. This new one is excellent for extended trips because it is a little bigger and heavier. This power bank doesn't let you down if you want assurance each time you leave the house. Due to its credit card size and little weight advantage over my iPhone 6, it is incredibly portable without being clumsy or cumbersome. When you click the power button, four blue leds flash to indicate how much power is still available (when it's dead, only one led will flash). With this power bank, you can only charge one device at a time, but I'm constantly amazed by how rapidly it charges my iPhone 6 (from 10% to nearly full takes about an hour). I've so far been able to charge my phone from almost empty to nearly full four times before I need to recharge the power bank. It includes a drawstring pouch and a usb cable for charging the power bank itself. I purchased the 1 foot "Double Braided Nylon Anker PowerLine Lightning Cable" since I detest carrying around the long original Apple lightning cable.The effectiveness of this power bank is what I adore most about it. HISTORY: I've given Anker products a number of reviews. Every thing I appear to have purchased from them has been well-built and has excellent features for the price. Additionally, Anker has top-notch customer service, and I've even seen their posts on Amazon helping people with their equipment. Anker's 15,000MAH battery, 5-port wall charger, 4-panel solar charger, and 4-port USB 3.0 data hub have all been evaluated. I'm going to examine the enormous 26,800MAH battery from Anker today.Packaging is one of the things about Anker that always strikes me as impressive—they don't try to spend a lot of money on expensive-looking packaging. Instead, they spend their money on useful packaging that safeguards the contents. The box opens out like a shell once the protective plastic covering it has been cut away with a knife. The battery is housed in a foam bag that sits atop a smaller box that also houses the charging connections and a protective mesh pouch with an elastic closing.This battery is enormous and weights 17 ounces or little more than a pound. The battery's measurements are as follows: 7 inches long, 3.1 inches broad, and 0.9 inches deep. This places the battery in the carrying case for the class of backpack or handbag. It's too huge to fit in a pocket and too big to wear on a fanny pack. People who might experience prolonged power outages are best suited for this type of battery. The greatest people for it are individuals who enjoy traveling or trekking. Anker does provide smaller batteries that are lighter and have less power, but are better suited for those who are often on the go and carry their devices in their pockets.The Hermit Shell casing is available separately from the battery but does not come with it. It's what I like to use for my charging wires.CABLES: Considering the amount you pay for this premium battery pack, the cables that come with the battery are of pretty poor quality. I do, however, usually take advice from others into consideration, especially when a large number of individuals concur. I therefore bought the twin set of the red braided wires from Anker together with the battery and case. These cables have made my life so much easier because they don't resist me as I uncoil them from their coiled form. I like that the cables have high-quality USB plugs on them and are tied together with Velcro when they are coiled. These cables are a fantastic investment because they will also speed up charging.QUALITY: This battery has numerous certifications and safety mechanisms that are built in to help prevent some inflammatory reactions, as demonstrated by a well-known phone manufacturer whose device was actually quite energised. The battery uses 8 Japanese Panasonic brand lithium 18650 cells and Japanese capacitors on the PCB board. These are the identical battery cells that are used in many of the modern notebook battery packs as well as many CREE LED torches. Plastic end caps are attached to an anodized aluminum shell that encloses the battery. I like aluminum because it adds durability and does a wonderful job of dissipating heat.This battery's capacity of 26,800 MAH, or 96 watt hours, places it slightly below the FFA's 100 watt maximum requirement for transporting a battery aboard a plane. According to what I've heard, China has tougher regulations and may still seize it. One cable can be used to charge the battery, but it can only deliver a 2-AMP charge, therefore doing so would take 14 hours. You may receive a 4-AMP charge by combining two of the suggested red braided cables, cutting the charge time in half to 7 hours. Since lithium batteries cannot be sent dead, the battery was already 75% charged when it left the factory, thus topping it off only took around an hour.The battery can only deliver 3-AMPS per port out of its maximum 6-AMPS output capacity. Even the most expensive tablets don't need more than that to charge; 3-AMPS is currently more than adequate for all USB devices. My Alcatel Android phone was charged eight times with this battery! My Dragontouch Android tablet can also be charged four times with it. You should be able to get a week's worth of use out of the battery on average.The majority of users will utilize these as battery chargers. However, did you realize that these can be utilized to increase power? For instance, the battery within my tablet isn't the best.

Following the update, read the original review.Update: The vendor sent me an arbitrary email a few days ago. My fitbit and bluetooth headphones wouldn't fully charge with the original battery I got (a few months ago), but it did perfectly charge my phone and bluetooth speaker. My Fitbit will charge for 30 seconds and then stop if I plug it in. My wireless headphones will stop working at about 90% if I plug them in. It kind of stinks. Pretty dissatisfied One of the ports no longer charges after a mere six months. To be honest, after reading various reviews, I was eager to use this charger. I purchased one for my pal and one for myself. I don't know how it's holding up or how frequently he uses it (I don't think it should matter about the ports; I can understand if the battery dies over time—hopefully not quickly). I generally use it on the weekends, but when I took it on another trip over the weekend, I discovered that it was missing a charging connector. Undoubtedly irritated!EDIT 11/08/16: The day after publishing this review, I received a call from their customer care department. Their team was really easy to work with and responded quickly. They've already sent out a replacement for the defective PowerCore 20100 I bought a few months ago within a day or two! If everything goes as planned, I'll update this review once more. Anker offers fantastic customer service!EDiT 2/16/17: Anker provides the best customer service around! However, the cable prevented the replacement from charging the PowerCore. They were glad to repair the defective wire supplied with the replacement PowerCore after being contacted by their customer support team one again. Excellent business that values its clients. I simply wish today's goods lasted longer, but I'll still buy from them in the future.

**Update 5/27/17** After previously reviewing this product, I'm going to revise my opinion, primarily due to the customer service I had. After I posted my review, the company got in touch with me since I was having problems with the plug overheating. They delivered on their promise to send me a replacement when they said they would! It came to me immediately and functioned flawlessly. It surprised me that they didn't even want the second one sent back. On my GS7, I used the new one last night, and it charged swiftly. I adore both this device and the company's customer support. I know I'll buy from them again, and I have a good feeling I won't be let down. I'm extremely grateful for your wonderful team.Since I just acquired it, I haven't had to use it, but it seems to be a well-made device. It came with a 75% charge, and it took around 4 hours to fully charge it. While charging, the adaptor I used felt a little warm to the touch, but I assume that is to be anticipated.
