It would have been helpful to have instructions when putting a liner for the first time. The sides have some wrinkles, but the bottom has no trouble with them. I'm sure that was my installation mistake rather than the fault of the liner, but like I mentioned, I had kind of anticipated some instructions. holding water and appears fantastic (minus the couple of wrinkles of course)

My above-ground pool has a significant tear. I already had the adhesive, so I could swiftly mend our pool. Although it claims to be possible to patch while submerged, we had already drained the pool before the patch was given. However, it was very effective, and we were able to immediately replenish the pool and begin using it. Although the design doesn't match the pattern of our pool, I didn't think it was important.

I was able to fasten the bead that had come away from my inground pool liner with the use of the bead lock.The bead lock is fantastic for fastening it so that it doesn't come loose again, but you still have to get the bead back into the track.The most challenging aspect of the procedure, in my opinion, was getting the liner bead back into the track. I pushed it back into the track with a short flat head screwdriver after pulling it up and managed to get it back in with some perseverance. Don't risk tearing the vinyl liner. Perhaps something made of plastic or wood would be safer, but the plastic tool I used did not perform as well as I had hoped. I was able to put it in with just the proper amount of force with the screwdriver, but I had to be careful to only push on the thick bead to prevent tearing the liner. The bead lock can be placed into the track to secure the bead after it has been inserted. I have enough of space to use for my pool each year with 120ft in the roll.

I repaired a huge fracture on the side of my white fiberglass bathtub using the entire large patch square because the crack was causing significant water leakage if the tub was filled over a certain level. The patch is unattractive, as numerous other buyers have pointed out. Since I'm utilizing the entire patch, it's a big square object that is kind of murky/dark beige or tan in color. However, I don't care because the patch is working well thus far. I tried a lot of other sticky, white liquid things in the past, but they all failed miserably.

I was previously aware that it wasn't very thick because I had read reviews for similar goods. If that's important to you, save yourself some bother and avoid ordering this. That seems to be a typical complaint. Despite this, I concur with other evaluations that it fulfills the other promises made:1) It is sturdy enough to guard against rocks, woody weeds, and stray nut shells without damaging the pool liner (we have a lot of nut trees nearby).2) It is minimally oversized and cut to fit our pool.3. Unexpectedly for such a thin felt, the inside of the liner feels a touch softer when you walk in the filled pool.There are also different liners available. In the end, we chose this one because it was cheaper and black. I'm happy we bought this. I've included some images so you can see how it appeared when it was unfurled, in the Amazon package, and with the usage instructions.Three months later, in August, an update: I'm very happy we purchased this. It has significantly altered how the pool floor feels. The edges don't yet show any indications of erosion, but I'll be curious to see how they look after the pool is removed in a few months.

I must say that I adore this product. It protects the bottom of the pool liner just as I had anticipated it would.This is not a "pad" that will soften and ease the bottom liner of your pool. It is only around 1/8" thick and not made to give the bottom of your pool a cushioned sensation. Its purpose is to stop grass, rocks, roots, or other items from piercing the pool's bottom and causing leaks. It excels at this!Although my pool has a 26' diameter, I got the 28' pad so that I could have a little extra space to hang around.I removed the dirt and grass, mixed in some sand to create a supple base, and then put in this liner. Before installing the pool, I first installed the tarp/liner that was included.This cloth is incredibly durable; you can hardly cut it and cannot even rip it. I'm sure that nothing will poke through my pool's bottom and cause a leak.

As advised, I laid it flat in the sun for a few hours to straighten it out. I then asked my 9-year-old grandchild to put it under the ladder while she was swimming in the pool. Just that easy. The ladder is kept in place by its weight. Yes, the corners will lift if there is a lot of movement in the pool creating waves, but they will quickly return to their original positions once the water is calm.
