We required these bags so that we could bag up some earrings, necklaces, buttons, beads, and other small goods in preparation for a garage sale. I'm delighted Amazon has these ziplock bags. Believe me, they are of excellent quality.I made the decision to use ziplock bags to keep some of my electronic parts. I needed something thick and strong enough to withstand the metal leads in my components that can eventually deteriorate thin plastic bags, which is why I needed it. These ziplock bags met those specifications. Although I would want even thicker bags to ensure that they won't tear, for the time being, this is what we have.The size was exactly what I anticipated.I carefully considered which size would fit my ring binder the best before making the purchase to avoid unpleasant surprises. safer to be safe than sorry. For my purposes, the 2" by 3" size was adequate. However, as I have explained, I keep my electronic parts in them. For delicate components, they don't offer electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection. In the future, I hope this company produces ESD ziplock bags in the similar size. What a great idea!The zips are quite strong. They were a little difficult to open at first, which bothered me, but now I love how sturdy they are. By doing that, water won't harm my electronic components. However, I had to trim off approximately a third of the flaps to make them fit neatly in my ring binder, which is why they appear shorter in the photographs I shared. But it's not a big issue.The only problem with this product is that, as other reviewers have previously said, some of the tabs for opening the bags weren't present in all of them (by the way, to open the bags, one of the tabs is somewhat shorter than the other, I presume to aid in opening). However, since I already indicated that I had to trim the flaps, it wasn't much of a problem for me.In one of the photographs, I compare this bag to a 2x2 bag I purchased from another vendor that this firm doesn't carry (at least, not at the moment I checked). I made this purely to aid in your decision to purchase such a little size. What drew me to this bundle was the vast selection for the price. If you plan to bag a variety of things, this is a wonderful beginner set. These "plastic" bags are of excellent quality. They are not what I would call "poly" bags; to me, those have a crisper or crinklier feel than these do. They cannot be resealed, which is the reason for the 4-star rating. There is no turning back after the paper has been removed from the glue and positioned. It cannot in any way be moved. If you have to rip or cut the bag to go back inside it again, the bag is wasted.Overall, I appreciate this set's diversity for the price and would buy it again. The bags are of excellent quality, however I wish they could be sealed again.

They were smaller than I had anticipated, but my error. I changed the size of my cookies to suit the bag, which improved the texture of the cookies a little. Unlike those Wilton treat bags, which I now regret purchasing, I adore how clear this bag is. But I adore these! If they are tearing, either you are being too hard, or the treat or item is either too big, tall, or thick. Use bags that are at least an inch wider and/or taller than the treats or other items you are wrapping. I hope you appreciate these as much as I do. I've got maybe 8 or 10 boxes of them. Overall, they offer amazing value ( I sell ice). The only problem I ever had was that every box had a piece of plastic that wasn't completely stamped out for the tie string, which occasionally slipped into the bag when I placed ice in it and had to be dug out. Additionally, the bags here lately smell very nasty! It smells bad, but I'm not sure how to put it into words. smells up my entire freezer that holds ice.

The 2 inch size of these sturdy packets allows for a sizable quantity of pills and tablets and they seal excellently. They are helping me prepare for a 10-day trip where I will need to take 6 medications in the morning and 2 at night. Therefore, I take each dose in two packets every day. These are convenient because they don't take up as much room as pill boxes. I chopped the handle off a plastic gallon milk bottle to aid in inserting the pills. I cut the handle end of the bottle far enough into the bottle to create a funnel, and it fits nicely. I used this funnel to sift the daily amounts before quickly placing them in the packages.
