When looking on Amazon for presents for my five-year-old, I came upon this toy.I got it for my daughter as one of her birthday presents since I believed she would like and appreciate it.Although she had never used anything like before—the closest thing she had was her trampoline—she quickly learned how to operate it.She hops so cutely, and the squeak it produces makes me grin. It's a terrific physical activity for kids indoors or outside, it's soft enough to use without shoes, and it's the perfect size for her.This specific one has an LED light on the tip between the handle bars that, based on ours, only illuminates when the handle is dropped to the ground. I believe it is supposed to turn on when you jump.Additionally, I noted that it has uneven bungee cords; I'm not sure if this was by purpose or not.However, there haven't been any significant issues thus far, and it works nicely. The happiness of my daughter is very essential.

My six-year-old daughter like this pogo stick because it is a terrific first one.I carefully studied some of the product's bad reviews before buying the stick, and as a mechanical engineer, I can share the following findings after using it for a few weeks:1. The top hard rubber center cap is screwed on and should be difficult to remove unless it takes a heavy knock. Before letting my daughter use the pogo stick, I always check to make sure the cap is still in place and instruct her to cease using it immediately if it seems to have come off.2. Some reviewers claim the stick is inappropriate for younger children. My daughter, who weighs about 45 lbs, can utilize the stick without any trouble. In fact, if she jumps sharply, the spring will bottom out. The description's weight range of 40 to 80 pounds is reasonable, if perhaps overly optimistic on the higher end; at this weight, the spring is expected to bottom out significantly.Therefore, the youngsters are presumably new to pogo jumping when some reviewers complain about tiny kids not being able to utilize the stick. When the spring of the stick does not compress after being lifted and balanced on by the parents, they deduce that the children are too young for the stick.What they might not understand is that a static load of 40 or 50 lbs should not, or should only very slightly, compress the spring. This was a present for my 4-year-birthday. old's She struggled to get her balance on her first or second attempts, but once she did, she was fine. It does squeak when you jump, but I don't mind. We allowed our 8-year-old daughter to purchase this pogo stick with the money she had earned after reading numerous reviews and contrasting various models, sizes, and brands. She weighs 60 pounds but is about as tall as most 9- to 10-year-olds. She enjoys it! The spring wasn't stiff at all, and she had no trouble breaking it in. She bottoms out on it quickly, so we wonder if we shouldn't have gone up a size.The major drawback is that the paint job has already started to fade after she's just had it for a week. Unless you are simultaneously using the GPS, a powerful CPU, a bright screen, and a USB peripheral, it ought to be sufficient.It is heavy, which is why it is so stable. This is not cheap plastic; it is more like a solid slab of metal.Since the angle is only a few degrees (approximately 5) from vertical, a high desk is preferable to a table. It functions fine if you have a bluetooth keyboard and mouse (particularly with Dex), but I wish it could be adjusted like the keyboard case or was at least 20 degrees higher.There are ways around the hidden USB power connection, which would worry about a cord trip but is small.Images: A thin, solid circuit board is attached to a flexible one. It must be seated to charge because there are two switches that connect to the circular buttons on either side, but I've taped those switches to "on." These switches are linked to a chip that permits the 5V from the USB C connector to pass. Although there are resistors on the flex board that I think are to identify it to the tablet as a charging dock, no data lines pass through. The two dock-holding magnets, as well as two additional magnets on the end that connect to magnets in my S6, were all cemented into the dock.
