This Sukkah is incredibly nice! Excellent value and timely delivery! I was able to put the frame up myself (I am 5'6") because it was so simple to put together. Although it is quicker and easier to put up the tarp with assistance, it is certainly possible to do it alone. The necessity of door orientation and weight addition is discovered the hard way if you reside in an area subject to severe winds. Fortunately, no one was wounded because our Sukkah blew over before the holiday. To prevent it from blowing over again, we placed some sandbags and turned the entrance so that it faced our house. In order for the wind to flow through the Sukkah, I also made sure that the windows were on opposing walls. Since this was my first time erecting a sukkah, I credit this to growing pains. Also, despite being blown over, the frame and tarp were in good condition, so props to the maker for crafting such a tough product!Overall, I am quite pleased and enthusiastic about this product. The included puzzle was a hit with my kid, and the decorations, despite being quite thin, added a pleasant touch. I also adore that a stylish storage bag is included.This Sukkah is a fantastic beginner Sukkah, and I heartily endorse it!

fantastic pergola We purchased two. Thought it wouldn't be tall enough, but it is just right. The bolts and barrel nuts were my only significant problem. They have a black paint finish. You can't fully tighten most of them since there is still too much paint in the threads. I was able to fix each one of them using a tap and die kit. After that, assembling was simple. A 5/16 - 18 tap and die are required. It took about an hour and a half to complete them all, but assembly went smoothly. To erect it, you'll need a friend and two ladders. A nice cordless hammer drill is quite helpful. We didn't want the bench and table, so I didn't utilize them. The scrap will be used to create some planter boxes. Be aware that you can purchase this pergola on other websites for less money and with a similar barn stain finish as mine.

Definitely an improvement over the cheaper canopies I've bought over the years. Although only time will tell, from what I can tell, it is just what I was looking for. I appreciate that they offer replacement components in case I ever need them. When the time comes, I hope that will still be the case. Regarding the sand bags, I initially thought they would be useless, but not anymore. I went ahead and gave them a try, and I was extremely pleased with how well they performed. With strong winds, no canopy should be left up, but these seem to work up until the point where you should shut it down anyhow. There are no more strings to manage.

We utilized Amazon assembly because it was less expensive than any other option we considered. Although he performed a fantastic job, one of the posts was twisted, and when it was put together, you could see the curvature.It looks great and was the ideal size. To do the staining, we hired painters. Like some folks have done, I wasn't going to remove all the parts and stain them beforehand. I would run the risk of breaking a part and then being denied a replacement since I was the one who took it out. I bought a top shade from Amazon, and it worked flawlessly. Because the sun enters on one side in the morning and on the other in the afternoon, I also purchased rolling shutters from Home Depot to install on each end. They function flawlessly and are priced approximately $24.00 each. Fits two tiny end tables, a loveseat-size glider, two swivel patio chairs, and a great 8 x 10 outdoor carpeting. I had quotes between $5000 and $8000 to create a similar-sized free-standing patio, so I consider this to be a fantastic price. The total is below $2000.

This pergola was used on our front porch. assembly was simple. We did pay additional charges for stain in order to match our current fence, etc. We are overjoyed and it looks fantastic. It took my husband and a friend one and a half days to put together. We got another for the other side of the porch because we loved it so much. Additionally, I had called the lumber yard in our neighborhood to get prices for lumber based on this plan's packing list. In actuality, purchasing the kit was less expensive than purchasing raw lumber and performing all of the work on our own.

It has a lovely appearance and is a pleasure to sit beneath in the sunshine. Although it seems a touch flimsy, so far there have been no problems.Although the delivery box was in pristine shape with no significant dents or scratches, it did have some minor scratches from the factory.Ours is 89 inches tall at its tallest point, which is the top of the post cap.It is 108 inches one way and 106 inches the other from outside post to outside post. (We also measured from the posts' tops)The square post "feet" measure 6 inches.The actual posts measure 4 by 4 inches.Additionally, the top rails protrude 6 inches beyond the post's exterior.Hope this was useful.We've had it for two months and are still happy with it. Absolutely no problems at all! The rating is now being raised to five stars.

Our pergola was a Lowe's buy from roughly five years ago. Due to the fact that we would pull it down after the spring/summer season, the original canopy held up fairly well. After two years, the original straps broke, so we simply strung bungie cord through the fabric to keep it in place. Windstorms eventually caused it to tear, so we started looking for a replacement. Finding a fabric that was similar to the original proved to be somewhat challenging. I was very close to paying $119 for a cover like that for Garden Treasures pergolas. Following much investigation, I discovered that the $119 canopy with that specific sku number was more of a cloth than the more robust nylon type canopy that initially came with the pergola. I got in touch with the manufacturer, and they told me that this replacement didn't even have straps to fasten it. I refused to shell out that much cash for a lower-quality canopy top that we would have to replace in a year or two. People frequently complained about having to use a broom to push up water after every rain because that cloth didn't let water through.So I happened to find this product, but the price turned me away. After further investigation, it seems that the original canopy top, which lasted for approximately 6 years, was made of the same material. We finally went ahead and paid the extra money for this product because of the build quality last week, and we couldn't be happier that we did. Given that I invested so much money in the pergola, I do wish it were less expensive. Replacing them can be rather expensive. To reduce the cost of needing to repair the canopy in the future, we debated whether to just use that money to get a pergola with a sturdy metal roof.
