I want to be able to access the garbage cans and necessary tools on the far side of the garage while keeping the garage door closed because my garage is roughly 2.5 feet longer than my new automobile. Accordingly, I require around two feet to the rear of the vehicle, leaving six inches between the car's nose and the garage wall. I pull up to a flexible "Stop" stick, but it's a little flexible and could be a little off, which could have bad outcomes if it's a little too flexible. I ordered a heavy duty parking curb since it seemed like a decent option to provide my wife's brand-new Panamera a positive stop before crashing into the garage wall. It was delivered a few days later using Prime Shipping. As I laid it down in front of the car's tires and adjusted the distance to create a wheel stop at the same moment the front of the car meets the "Stop" stick, I observed that it was very solid and hefty. It performed flawlessly. Although I had intended to use double-sided tape, it holds itself in place just fine. Very wise investment to protect my marriage and probably my car.

I'm from Florida, where the sun is ruthless in its destruction of plastic. These sleeves for disabled parking permits are quite effective. The hook is simple to slip on and off over the rearview mirror, and the sleeve hook guards my state-issued parking permit hook from bending, twisting, or tearing. There is enough of room for the placard to go into the sleeve. The things were well-protected in the mail and were dispatched by the seller quite swiftly. These are the greatest protective sleeves I've ever had for my handicap parking permit placard. Previously, exposure to sunlight would cause the plastic sleeve to shrink and stick tightly to the placard, making it challenging to later remove the placard from the sleeve. With this product, I have no issues.

This is a great product, albeit one that is almost absurdly simple. Now that I can easily park my car in the ideal location to maximize the space surrounding it, I feel as though I have more space in my garage. Every time you park, you must maintain about the same head and body positions, but that is not difficult.This is why I didn't give it a perfect five stars:1) Mounting hardware must be included. And by hardware, I mean something that can be removed, preferably a command strip. For a little piece of plastic, I'm spending $7. Give me something to attach it to the wall at the very least.2) The plastic object costs $7. This doesn't need to be very strong, accurate, or well-made because it doesn't get much use. This might be worth $1 elsewhere, so why are we paying $6 for the ability to purchase it through Amazon? Although it's a fantastic product and it functions, if adult happy meals were available, I believe this would be the toy. I literally look at this every day, and it's far better than another flash drive. Someone should brand them and distribute them at conferences.3. It's somewhat compact. My mom would enjoy one of these, but I'm not sure she could use it in her oddly broad garage with a mounted one in a somewhat gloomy garage. Similar to that, I purchased one of these for my side of the garage, but it turns out that it is set up for both of our vehicles, allowing us to utilize it to place both vehicles in the most advantageous location. (The size of the cars is comparable. In my opinion, if you had two really distinct automobiles, this wouldn't work. However, if it were larger, it would be simpler to view from the garage's opposite side.

The answer to handicap parking permits is this! The majority of car mirrors are too thick to fit the DMV hanging section. The permit easily goes into the sleeve because it is soft. Both of our car windows may be easily and perfectly covered by the hanger on the sleeve. After a few years, I observe that the permits can no longer withstand the sun and start to crack and become brittle. The only option left is to tape them together. This manner, at least, it is a little more secure and will hold a taped-up permit together without concern that it may break apart more. We tuck the permit into the visor when not in use. When parked, it is so simple to simply hook the hanger over the mirror. WAY simpler than simply getting the permit!

These work great with my placards. I found just what I needed. I had handled my handicap placard so much that the letters were peeling. Because it would appear that it had been altered, I didn't want to apply tape or anything else. Then, when looking for something else, I just so happened to find these. They have significantly altered the situation. Clear plastic that is really practical and has a hook for hanging are included. The sign was thin before this sleeve, and if I drove with the windows down, I was concerned that it might simply fly away. It gains a little more weight and stability thanks to the plastic sleeve. I no longer worry about it taking off. The card slides in easily, zips up, and I never have to take it out of the sleeve once again. It is protected, dry, and tidy thanks to the plastic. It fits conveniently on the sun visor. Although it doesn't appear like it would tear easily, I'm glad it arrived in a package of 4.

This is working, but the reason I say it's not very durable is because I park in bright sunshine where I live, which somewhat warps the plastic. Tennis balls no longer need to be suspended from the ceiling by strings!These appear to be holding up perfectly well with the double-sided tape on the back. Time will tell, and if circumstances alter, I'll update this review.The floor is a mix of bare concrete and painted surface because this installation sits on a concrete floor that was coated decades ago.Installing is quite simple. My wife pulled into the garage, so I shut the door. The garage door was closed as I moved the car into the desired position. Just one AccuPark should be placed close to the driver's tire. Where I wanted it to be installed, I indicated the floor with a Sharpie. Had her reverse the vehicle. Installed the tape on the floor after removing the backing. Done!If the tape can withstand repeated bouncing from the vehicle, only time will tell. Right now, it appears to be quite sturdy. A fresh application of double-sided tape and reinstallation should work if it does come away. It won't persist indefinitely. I made sure to remind her that rolling up gradually until she only felt the car stop against it should help assure longevity. Parking sensor showed up promptly. The sensor is so light that it didn't need an anchor, and the plate used to secure it to the plaster ceiling of my garage only needed three screws. I used the open outlet slot where the garage door opener plugs in to insert the power adaptor. The hardest part of the installation was lining up the laser, which took around 15 minutes to complete. I appreciate the motion detector this sensor has so it won't be on constantly. Even during the day, I can clearly see the red laser light as I approach the garage. The power chord, which is at least 6 or 8 feet long, was more than long enough to reach the socket on my ceiling. Since my garage door wouldn't open to let my car in during a power outage, I decided not to use the sensor's additional 9V battery backup. The only drawback is that the power adapter's prongs were bent when it was delivered. With the help of needle nose pliers, I was able to bend them back, and the adaptor now functions properly. It's a top-notch item. Apart from the bent prongs, which I was able to readily replace, there have been no complaints or issues so yet.

These are fantastic! Both of them functioned flawlessly right out of the box. When you observe them swaying after making touch, that is the true sign that it is time to stop. However, the LED flashing lights are a delightful extra!Update: I still think these are brilliant years later. Reviewers who complain that they are too flimsy are either coming to a halt too soon or hoping to have a sturdy post dent their bumper. These are ideal since they move with a soft tap, letting you know just when to stop without causing harm to your car. If you don't bang into them, the base will hold them in place. After deciding where I wanted them, I marked a circle around the base on the garage floor with a black marker so that I could quickly check to see if they had moved and so that I could place them back in their proper location if I needed to temporarily move them out of the way.

I set it up the day after I got it. really simple task One was erected in my two-car garage. Decide where to screw it into the garage ceiling. I tried to position the laser just above the area on the automobile I intended to shoot it towards after reading other reviews that claimed the light was not bright enough. In an effort to make the laser as bright as possible, less space is given for it to travel. It was easy to make the electrical connections. Simply stripping the wires allowed me to insert the white wire into the white port with the two wires from the safety sensor already there and the black/white wire into the grey port using the same process. When you enter the garage, the safety sensors turn on, turning on the laser. For one minute, the laser is on so you can park. When the car was parked directly underneath the laser, it was the most difficult or time-consuming to adjust. After some hesitation, I finally climbed onto the top of my car to access the laser and correct the beam. Installation took roughly 30 to 40 minutes. It took me a little longer than it ought to have because I tend to be a perfectionist.I concur that the laser might be a little brighter, as have the majority of the other reviews. The laser also flashes. If it had been a steady beam, that would have been much better. I also provided a laser video. But for the time being, it appears to be effective. We'll see whether it persists.
