Gorilla Heavy Duty Packing Tape with Dispenser for Moving, Shipping and Storage, 1.88" x 25 yd, Clear, (Pack of 1) Review:

I spend 60% of my packing time trying to remove the sticky end of the packing tape roll. It aggravates the whole process and drives me insane. This tape is much thicker than any other I've used, so it holds firmly in the dispenser, never clings back to the roll, cuts easily, and only needs one swipe to hold even the heaviest boxes. It is without a doubt the best. will cost you much less in time and frustration than it does. Absolutely worthwhile! I won't ever purchase another brand.

Scotch Heavy Duty Shipping Packaging Tape, 6 Rolls with Dispenser, Clear, 1.88 inches x 800 inches, 1.5 inch Core, Great for Packing, Shipping & Moving (142-6) Review:

This is a solid product that is quite standard. Just remember that the picture doesn't really make it obvious that they are the SMALL rolls (or estimating how much 800 inches is in your head). The little rolls (22 yard) and the large rolls are seen side by side in the image I posted (56 yard). With 30 to 40 boxes that I packed and frequently taped with three strips on each side (due to some boxes being used or weak), this 6-pack lasted through two home transfers. There were still two rolls available. So, if you're using them for moving, that's roughly how long you can anticipate them to last. I consider that a decent offer. There is absolutely no problem with the tape quality. These cost twice as much when purchased separately from one another in a drugstore. The "noise free" ones from Amazon are fantastic; I've just tested them. At the opposite link, they are (a little more expensive, but if you hate the tape screech noise... check it out). 1.88 in x 38.2 yd (3450S-RD) of Scotch Sure Start Shipping Packaging Tape with Refillable Dispenser (These are 38.2 yard on the larger roll - just less tape than the normal large roll).Update 2017: I recently relocated. I utilized all six rolls out of my 20 boxes. They moved pretty quickly. Here, something was altered. These have far less tape than they did in 2015, when I completed two moves and still had tape to spare (and used more boxes). Although I haven't looked at prices, I think the larger rolls might be preferable.

Scotch Tough Grip Moving Packaging Tape, 1.88 in. x 22.2 yd, 1.5 in Core, 6 Rolls with Dispenser per Pack, Tough grip on all box types including boxes made with 100% recycled fibers(150-6) Review:

If you're preparing to move, you need to use this tape. It is thicker than others, sticks well, is simple to apply, and won't waste much when it folds over on itself, etc. This Scotch tape is far superior to the roll we received from U-Haul, which they claimed was intended for packing and shipping. The U-haul tape was extremely thin, prone to wrinkles, and difficult to apply (and thus I wasted more).

Scotch Heavy Duty Shipping Packaging Tape, 2 x 800 - Clear (3 Tapes) (1, Clear) Review:

In the Amazon era, shipping tape is a must, but groceries and drugstores mark it up. Guess where I bought it as I avoid department stores thanks to a particular online retailer? I went with the least expensive option, which consists of three rolls and dispensers. It works wonderfully for moving, packing, and yes, returning products to Amazon because it sticks to boxes.Even when we take care, we have all battled when the tape sticks to the roll.Since I can remember, Scotch Packaging tape has had this annoying issue, and they still haven't repaired it.I just have that one criticism, which is the reason I gave this video four rather than five stars.

Scotch Sure Start Shipping Packaging Tape, 1.88 x 38.2 Yards, 2 Rolls and 1 Dispenser (3450S-2-1RD) Review:

Just an FYI in case it matters to anyone:The rolls/dispenser included in the two-pack, which neatly fits in the palm of your hand, are actually the small diameter rolls included with the large diameter. Of course, it may not matter to anyone, but with this kind of dispenser, the rolls are a little difficult to handle. For whatever reason, the tape strip doesn't remain up by the serrated teeth as it should, thus it keeps flopping down and sticking to itself or the dispenser's edges. The tiny, palm-sized dispensers, on the other hand, are entirely fluid and simple to use.

Grizzly Brand Clear Packing Tape Refill Rolls for Shipping, Moving, Packaging - True 2 inch x 65 Yards, 2.8mil Thick, 12 Rolls Review:

Every day, I ship and package. I've used tape from a variety of brands. I'm an expert on tape. The tape's advantages are:Clear tape that displays labels clearly for scannersThe glue appears to be pretty robust.Excellent value per square footThe thickness of this tape is suitable for little, light parcels, but I wouldn't feel comfortable sending out bulky packages with it. Not ideal is 2.8 million. 3.1 is significantly superior. The tape has a faint odor. I've used other brands that don't smell (they'll be noted below).Duck's HP260, the Mercedes Benz of clear tape, was all I had left. Of all the tapes I've used, that one has the best adherence, thickness, and smell. Sparco Sealing Tape Heavy Duty was a terrific tape that I also purchased from Amazon (search for "60041" on Amazon). Although it isn't quite as nice as Duck's tape, that is close. That tape is less expensive than those ones. The packing tape from Scotch is probably comparable to this Grizzly brand tape. I'll use this tape once again, but only in particular circumstances. I'll feel better at ease utilizing a different tape for packages that are heavy or contain important (high cost) products. After my Sparco ran out, I immediately installed this tape on my tape dispenser and noticed an immediate difference in thickness. I felt a little let down. I was at fault for not noticing that this tape wasn't as thick as the Sparco, not the Grizzly Brand or the Amazon listing. My own user error!

Duck HD Clear Heavy Duty Packing Tape Refill, 6 Rolls, 1.88 Inch x 54.6 Yard, (441962) Review:

This tape will be helpful to a large number of people. Because this tape is 2.6 mil thick, it is superior than products like the U Line 2.0 mil tape. Additionally, it will be far superior to the budget-friendly or basic Duck shipping tape options as well as the basic inexpensive tape provided by some industrial providers. If you are accustomed to the Duck EZ Start tape, which is typically purchased at stores like Wal-Mart, this product falls short. The ez start is equally powerful but isn't as noisy or grabby, and it comes off smoothly. It's also simpler to choose how much tape you want to pull off. I would also argue that 3M shipping tape is superior to this HD material, but 3M is incredibly pricey.Additionally, the 109 yard rolls of this will only fit a tape "gun" style dispenser, not the plastic style dispensers that come with some 3M or Duck tape combo sets. Just be aware that is the only sort of dispenser that the large rolls are compatible with. If you are using one of those, it's not a big concern, and the 109 yards are a better value, plus less needing to change rolls of tape in the middle of what you are doing.

Scotch Heavy Duty Shipping Packaging Tape, 1" Core, 1.88" x 19.4 yd, (142-700-H) Review:

When something regularly works, you simply keep using it. rearranging it repeatedly. Pulling from the roll is simple. Always swift and clean, the cut. The sticking power is excellent. You could manage it, though not with ease, if necessary. This packaging tape works well for boxes and any other outgoing mail you may have. Excellent! Five Stars! Update (11 November 2019) (11 November 2019) I recently received more tape, and it's ideal for what I'm doing with it.

PERFECTAPE Heavy Duty Packing Tape 6 Rolls, Total 360Y, Clear, 2.7 mil, 1.88 inch x 60 Yards, Ultra Strong, Refill for Packaging and Shipping Review:

It's tape. Since Amazon cared to ask me to write a review (presumably automatically), I suppose it's only fair to inform you that this is nice, conventional transparent packaging tape. In order to seal my packages and keep them closed in the event of hard handling, it creates a sturdy layer. I use largely used Amazon boxes, and it adheres well on them:-). I appreciate that this seller provides the diameter of the roll because I own a straightforward red plastic manual dispenser with a cutting edge rather than a fancy tape gun. These fit my inexpensive dispenser just well. I can write on it using a sharpie. I'm at a loss for what else to say. A tape is a tape. This cassette is in perfect condition. The tape is excellent! I can think of one caution, though. I was intending to send part of this to my sister in Florida while I was purchasing it. Don't send this many rolls of tape to your sister in Florida, she advised, claiming that she doesn't need this much at once and that (any) tape simply doesn't last well in the heat and humidity of Florida. Have I rambled on too long? Thank you to Amazon for requesting my review. with tape.
