been 9 years without gluten. This is the greatest pizza crust you can find. I had no clue that dough could rise in this manner without the gluten that is included in regular wheat dough. In comparison to the other 12 pizza brands and mixes I've tried for gluten-free pizzas, it has the yeasty dough-like flavor that I've never encountered. It's rather sticky, so you might want to roll it out with a rolling pin that has a ceramic coating and dusted with gluten-free flour. I'm going to get 24 containers of this dough because it's so excellent, just in case they stop producing it.The only alternative to this brand that comes near to being edible for pizza is freschetta, but for me, the flavor of having a good pizza again is worth cooking it every time now. There are no other GF brands that even come close, thus anyone who gave this product a rating of less than 4 stars must not be celiacs who can only eat GF foods.REMOVE THE CRUST FROM THE OVEN AFTER 15 MINUTES AND TOP WITH SAUCE AND CHEESE.
