Man, those Kraft employees have a really good shredder. Although I do enjoy Mexican blend cheese and once believed that I wasn't brand discerning, WOW the ultra-fine shred brings out a delicate depth to the flavor that takes it to a whole other level of deliciousness. Additionally, the mouthfeel is amazing. The fine shred also provides you complete control over the sprinkling density, allowing you to choose between thin and extremely thick densities. I'll continue to use the ultra-fine shred going forward.

Parmigiano Reggiano is one of my favorite flavors, and by golly, this Top Shelf has been just amazing. Each of us enjoys it and uses it as a special treat with practically any meal. Since Sargento cheeses were roughly twice as expensive as the regional store brand, we never really purchased them at the grocery store.This cheese was interestingly priced similarly to the nearby markets, and I was very lazy (I didn't want to shred my own cheese for tacos)—and it was great! It melts into a velvety-smooth, cheesy quesadilla that is the ideal taco topping. It kept for a long period in our refrigerator without acquiring a strange texture or fragrance. Unlike other less expensive choices, this cheese's caking agent was undetectable (and by that I mean, no weird residues on my finger, no lingering bits of white powder in the bottom of the bag).

Backstory! One Friday night, my bag was stolen. It contained everything. Since I HAVE to eat, I selected 3 bricks of Velveeta cheese and 24 boxes of Velveeta shells with cheese.I reasoned that if it was the typical pleasant postal carrier, everything would be fine because I would be able to explain when she arrived. I could just tell him, "Give me my mail, I definitely live here," if he was being mean once more......It worked; I received my mail. Overall, this mozzarella is decent, with a soft texture and a mild flavour. Although the shreds do tend to stay together, I appreciated that the cellulose wasn't overused (to prevent sticking). The product arrived in good condition, and the bag closes securely. In fact, the mozzarella has little moisture. I've discovered that it tastes better when it's served cold on salads rather than melted with warm pasta, pizza, grilled sandwiches, or other foods. It still melts reasonably well and becomes a touch "gooey," but lacks the elastic quality that makes melted mozzarella delectable.
