On a late Saturday night, I placed my order for a plaque, and 11 days later, it was delivered. That is an extremely quick turnaround and delivery, especially given the unique nature of the product.The personalization page where you enter your address should not be taken as gospel. On that customizing page, there are unattractive, narrow, square, block-like characters displayed in the lettering. Don't worry; the finished item you receive will seem like the full-bodied attractive typeface you see in the advertisement, not the "Customize Now" popup page.The plaque is undoubtedly made of metal, allegedly aluminum (which is fast and easy to cast). Instead of the dull thud of plastic, it has a pleasant ring to it when you tap it with your fingernails. I can validate the specifications stated in the advertisement: an oval that is precisely 12" wide by 6-3/4" tall and 21/64" thick at the border around the oval's perimeter. The casting has a great 3-dimensional appearance thanks to the inner portion being 1/8" recessed from the border. The plaque's recessed area is not smooth and level; rather, it has a "dimpled" appearance. I enjoy it!One crucial dimension is left out of the advertisement, thus I gambled on the character's height. I can confirm it at this time: 4" TALL NUMBERS! The plaque's purpose, which is to make it easily visible from the street, seems to be at this appropriate height. The fact that all the corners are polished suggests that some polishing was done after the casting was finished. Sharp edges will eventually cause paint to split and peel, thus rounded edges are better for painting longevity. I chose a black background with gold lettering, and it appears just like the advertisement. The finish appears to be a high-quality powder-coat and has a modest shine that is similar to semi-gloss paint. It includes two brass 1-1/2" wood screws with a body like a #6. I can install in wood because my wall is wood, but if you're going to install in brick or stucco, you should acquire some anchors that can take #6 screws. The two screw holes in the plaque have a diameter of 3/16".At first, I was hesitant to spend $40 on an address plaque for the house, but after realizing that it would be up there for a very long time and wanted something nice-looking, I agreed to part with the cash. I'm happy I did now that the stuff has arrived. A personalized metal plaque for $40? How can you possibly err?If you want to make a statement with your home, this very high quality metal Whitehall address plaque is well worth the cost.

The quality and finish are excellent. It seems sturdy, weighty, and like it will endure forever. looks amazing and has clearly visible numbers that are large and bold from the street.The plate's only defect is that one of the numbers is out of place. The second numeral "0" is tipped to the left in the image. The numerals appear to be hand-made or at least hand-arranged, and it's possible that someone did not align them up before creating the cast aluminum mold. I'm not coming back to save garbage. 1 star was subtracted for the incorrect number.

There are no issues with the plaque itself; it is well-made and has a great appearance. The stakes/installation are the problem. First, it's almost comical how the stakes, despite being robust, are only attached to the plaque by a single little bolt. Once in place, the arrangement might be thrown out of place with just a slight sideways motion. Second, despite having pointed ends, the stakes are allegedly not intended to be driven into the earth. It's not a good idea to dig holes and then backfill them with dirt to support something flat that will only go 8 to 9 inches into the ground. You might try making holes with a spike, cat's paw, or another object, inserting the stakes, then lightly tapping the whole thing with a rubber mallet. Although it doesn't alter the assembly's fundamental lateral instability, it worked for me. The plaque does, however, look nice, and I'm satisfied with that.

Really happy with the way this product looks and works. My flat has never had an address marker, which is odd because I routinely order food from other restaurants and Amazon. All of my deliveries have been delivered to my front door rather than being left by the mailboxes since I installed it there, and none of the delivery personnel have needed to call my cell phone to locate me. Success! It should impress my landlord because it appears to be much more expensive than it was. It's a pleasant little bonus that I was able to put some of the supplied numbers right by my front entrance because there were plenty of them.The only thing I have against this is that after approximately two weeks, I observed that some of the numbers were becoming looser all around. However, I live in Southern California, where it has been REALLY, REALLY HOT the past two weeks, with daily highs of over 100. Perhaps the adhesive felt the same way I did about that. Fortunately, I used double-sided outdoor mounting tape to install the plaque and still had extra to use on the numbers. If you live somewhere where the temperature is greater, it might be wise to start out using outdoor mounting tape to prevent any of the numbers from coming off if the glue melts.

Last week, I had to put my Chihuahua down, and it was really difficult for me. Although we interred him in my backyard, I wanted to have something to commemorate his passing. I searched at a ton of various items on Amazon before choosing this one since it's adorable, upbeat rather than dismal, affordable, Prime-eligible, and comes with a nice matching photo frame. I got the coordinating frame, put my dog's photo in it, and set it on my bedside. It's really tasty. I also bought a smaller frame from the same shop with the words "forever in my heart" engraved on the bottom for my mother-in-law, who was also very close to my dog. She loved it when I mailed it to her with a picture inside. I like how everything matches and is under $20. (You can view the frames if you look at the "associated items" at the bottom of this page.) Each piece is a lovely way to remember my pet.

I've been creating my own systems and parts, like the majority of you. Although I've found that to be entertaining, sometimes it's great to have something prepared. These are even better because they're simple, practical, and a decent size. Despite being in a plant, finished! Cut to fit, glue, staples, and duct tape are obsolete now! Don't laugh; you know it's true. Instead, put an end to that nonsense and purchase some of them.

This one features a great, long solar cell that can still charge the battery in dim light. The light was still on in the morning after I had charged it in filtered sunlight.I disagree with people who claim that it is difficult to peel off the admittedly thin numbers; in my opinion, it could not be simpler. And they are enormous! Therefore, at a distance of 20 yards, the person seeking to discover your house won't care how thick they are.Although the light is very bright, I purchased reflective tape and applied it to the panel before attaching the numbers as a precaution.A template for installation was created by placing a piece of masking tape over the back and drawing two dots in the mounting holes. It mounted in 15 minutes with ease.I also appreciate how simple it is to change (and subsequently enhance) the battery.

EXACTLY WHAT WE NEED. Not too huge nor too small in size. Writing has a nice style and is simple to read. Exact customization was required. I looked A LOT, yet VERY FEW personalized signs from other businesses provided the area I required to include 4 numbers AND a letter (and room for a street name to boot!). It also doesn't appear to be crowded. I like that it has sturdy stickers on the reverse to cling on our stucco. I heartily suggest this to anyone searching for a classy address sign. I've been looking for something like this solar-powered address plaque for a very long time. It arrived quickly. Before the sign ever arrived, the business sent me an email with mounting and assembly instructions. Simple to assemble. The numbers were fastened to the plate by my wife. It lit up once I installed the rechargeable batteries. On Friday morning last week, I finally had my home number in the front yard after setting the provided pole in the proper location and mounting the sign. It lit up last night. The number was visible to me even at a distance. I'll provide durability updates in the future. Here in Florida, the temperature is about to drop. I'm interested in how long the numbers will be attached. the duration of the light. how long a solar panel remains functional. If the material will hold up as is or if it will warp and crack in the hot Florida sun. Right now, I'm quite happy. Please take note that this was not a review sample. I bought this sign.
