The product was simple to use and provides reassurance that it will function properly after each usage. I used it in both machines this year. Although I haven't had it sitting long enough to tell if it's working or not, I believe it will keep the internal pump in good working order based on the label and what comes out of the sock when ruining the second bottle (there are no bubbles, just what appears to be DI water).

First off, let me clarify that I haven't actually utilised this stuff. Having said that, everything appears to be of a high standard. The micron size is labelled on the bags in addition to the colour coding. However, I am unable to independently confirm the accuracy of the micron sizes. The press appears to be reliable, although I should point out that the screw/bolt threads had started to rust where they had come into contact with the tap during storage. After realizing that having dry kindling nearby would make it easier for me to light fires in the metal fire pit we recently bought, I ordered this after deciding that an orange bucket with a lid from a nearby home improvement store would look quite unattractive on our new paver patio.Quick delivery of the item (thank you, Amazon Prime!) and literally more time was spent taking the parts out of the shipping box than it did putting them together to make the finished product. Prior to moving sufficiently out of the way to slide over the left hinge pin, the final stage (the left hinge tab) didn't seem to be cooperating. I was prepared to need a tool, like a screwdriver, to pry the tab into place, but I didn't.I put an old 3.5 gallon bucket for sticks, a smaller bucket for cardboard scraps, and an old plastic box for a lot of dryer lint we've been keeping for some reason inside the storage container. All of those things fit perfectly, and I anticipate that the storage container will keep them mostly dry. (As an aside, I put an old 5-gallon bucket in there at first (and it looked to fit great), but I discovered I didn't have that many sticks, so I switched it out for the 3.5-gallon bucket. If you're wondering whether a typical 5-gallon bucket will fit, I indicate that.)When placing my order, I was unaware of the latch that makes the lid/seat snap close. This should prevent it from being blown open and, ideally, prevent curious creatures from looking inside.It was inexpensive, aesthetically pleasing (far more so than an orange bucket), incredibly simple to put together, and it appears to be suitable for our purposes at the moment. (Some of the provided flyers highlighted further products sold by this manufacturer; I gave my wife those to look at in case she wanted to purchase any additional, related products.)

I hurried home last week to test it out after receiving it. I created the freezing fog that is advised for this device using ice from my freezer. Kind of strange how this transpired, but I followed the instructions and filled the container with the liquid and ice before turning it on. After what seemed like an eternity, but was probably only five days, nothing happened. I was anxious and prepared to call Amazon when it turned one. Boy, let me tell you, my kitchen area filled and two feet high and spread throughout my house in a few minutes, including all four of its 1489 square feet. It ran two 1:30 second runs in about four minutes, and my house was about a foot think.. so I was happy just what I wanted for my 80-foot drive way for the annual holloween hunt. And let me tell you, that might not have been the best decision because I couldn't see and smoke was pouring out of the doors and a few windows, setting off all of my smoke alarms. As I went around turning off the alarms, I heard the fire department leaving the station, which is about two blocks away, and two of my neighbors running into my house, jumping over the back fence, and freaking me out by yelling, "My name, my son's name, you guys in here! Om Then, they start screaming to their wives, "OMG, phone 911 and tell them it was a false alarm," and then, "By the way, fire fighters are running up my driveway and yanking hoses off their vehicles," because they are not happy about this! They had to roll their hoses back up, I'm sure, for that reason. I have a 1000 watt and a 400 watt fog maker, but they only produce airborne fog, not the kind that stays on the floor until you kick it up! I can't predict how long this unit will last or whether there will be problems in a few months, but I can tell you right now that this machine kicks but! Worth every penny I spent, and I hope years of enjoyment follow.

These bags perform as promised! :) I've already used them six times. Using a beater from a mixer in an electric drill has proven to be the most effective method for stirring the frozen fluid. The single beater stirs quite well and doesn't tend to grip the bag very often. Additionally, it has rounded edges on all areas that could possibly come into contact with the bag.Through EstarHydro, I got my set of 8 one-gallon bags. When I first started using them, I didn't see that one of the stirring implements had a point at the end when I began stirring. I rounded the end as soon as I realized it had happened, but I subsequently discovered that doing so had caused me to puncture the bottom of the 220 micron bag. I emailed EstarHydro to inquire about the cost of replacing my broken bag. I admitted my error and assured them that there was no issue with the product.In his response to my mail, Dean from EstarHydro promised to send me a replacement. I replied by reassuring him that it was my own fault, not a problem with the goods or service, and that I would happily pay for a replacement. The second time Dean responded, it was to let me know he had shipped a replacement. Four working days later, it came!I appreciate you, EstarHydro. I bought this ice maker on June 20, 2018. Since I first plugged it in, it has been operating continuously. Every day, it produces ice, and it has never broken down.The only drawback I can think of with this ice maker is how loudly it beeps. When the water is finished or the ice basket is full, the device beeps. There is no way to stop this.We have a two level house, so I don't use the sleep timer to switch the ice machine on and off. You will hear the beeping if the timer doesn't go off if your bedroom is next to the kitchen.The ice basket is merely an insulated storage space; it is NOT a freezer. The melted ice drips back into the water reservoir where it can be refrozen.The ice does arrive "moist." The heating components that enable the ice to fall from the freeze poles are to blame for this. In order for the ice to fall into the bin, every electric ice maker includes heating.1) Use the inexpensive but functional tiny scoop that comes with the machine to take ice from the ice basket inside.2) Pour the ice into a pointless, perpetually broken freezer door ice maker that is no longer functional.3. You can put it in a freezer bag or freeze it.You must break up the ice once it freezes if you drop it into an ice maker or bag it. Simple to disassemble and not a big hassle.Despite having three various ice makers throughout the years, this one has consistently produced more ice and done it more quickly.I exclusively drink bottled water. Oh my God! This Halloween, I was operating a haunted house, and I wanted to make sure we had the correct equipment to create the atmosphere (and cover) that we required. BOY, did this equipment deliver. When combined with high-quality fog juice (we chose Froggy's Swamp) and a decent amount of dry ice that fits comfortably in the front chamber, this bad boy can be configured to pump out an amazing ground fog that will roll a continual ground cover for about six hours. We actually got fog that traveled up and down the street, and I have enough swamp juice to last two more Halloweens! Hollywood-level fog was created by running a series of LED blacklight strips underneath the spot where the fog began to roll downward. We heard nothing but admiration for the occasion and wonder at the fog, which really pulled the haunted home as a whole together. Cleaning is straightforward, and despite the controls' short cords, they are incredibly easy to use. On our dry run, we experimented with intervals and dry ice levels. The amount and sort of fog this machine will produce may actually be customized.
