Here are the advantages and disadvantages.Positives:It worked and I felt terrific after taking roughly 40 grams of carbohydrates with oat powder every hour. 5%–6% of carbs were diluted. I was able to limit my stops by simply refueling my bottles, eating a portion of a banana, and continuing on.It is quite affordable. Compared to perhaps $5 for 40g of carbs from energy bars, it costs about $0.50.Complex carbohydrates are what it is. I experienced neither highs nor lows. I was getting the appropriate amount of water and carbohydrates if I just took a big drink of water every five minutes.Negatives:It is a mess. The oats were kept in condiment containers, which was helpful for quantity control but a little messy to get into the bottle. I need to come up with a better method for putting the proper quantity into a bottle.Each drink required me to shake my bottle first. It takes a while for it to blend evenly.Don't even try this if you don't like oats. Actually, I didn't think it was as disgusting as it sounds, although oats do taste good in liquid form.

I was seeking for a low-carb cheesecake crust that I could include into my meals. The most well-liked online recipes call for almond or coconut flour for the crust, but the issue is that they still include some net carbohydrates. I've used around 8 pounds of this cassava flour, and TERRASOUL is the best! Otto's brand flavor is far outclassed by this one in terms of flavor! Overall, Terrasoul tastes better since it has a richer, more nutty flavor. Otto's cassava flour contains grit in every bag, and I feel like I'm eating little bits of sand after using it a few times. In the 8 pounds of Terrasoul I've used, this has NEVER happened! Furthermore, it's a better offer than Otto's! Otto's does not use organic cassava, although Terrasoul does. The only issue I've had with this brand is that occasionally, when I make tortillas, the dough is more moist than other times. When this occurs, I just keep adding flour in tiny amounts until I achieve the proper consistency. There are way too many blogs praising Otto's cassava flour, but they ought to give Terrasoul a shot.

Because it is organic and free of the top 8 allergies, I chose this product (no cross contamination issues). Cross contamination was a major problem because I'm allergic to the majority of the foods on the top 8 list. This item is top-notch. After a serious injury, I also just developed sensitivity to gluten and allergies to egg white, chicken, and turkey (my immune system is haywire). I've been making bread, cookies, and other baked items with this ingredient and rice flour. In general, this works excellent to bake delicious gluten-free dishes, though I've had to make a few recipe adjustments.
