Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Oat Bran, 16 Ounce (Pack of 4) Review:

I'll start with the value. A four-pack from Amazon costs nearly half as much as one from a retailer. If you like the product, I wholeheartedly suggest it. To make sure you enjoy it, you might want to purchase a single bag at the store. The product itself is excellent right now. My wife and daughter cannot have gluten. I consumed wheat, gluten, and other things. Despite that, I believe this product to be similar to a gluten-containing steel cut oat. The cook time is quite quick. 2 minutes on, 2 minutes off the stove. Although I haven't tried it, I believe that would also work. The consistency of the oatbran is good. It's not too thick or too soupy. We had maple syrup and fresh fruit. My toddler daughter enjoys making it (she fills the pot with water) and typically consumes the entire bowl (it helps to hide some blueberries in it).

Bob's Red Mill Oat Bran Hot Cereal, 18 Ounce (Pack of 4) Review:

I've only ever consumed this brand of oat bran, and I think it's very delicious. I cook it with 1% milk for a delicious breakfast, but I also use it to bake cookies with milk, butter, chocolate chips, sweetener (I use erythitol, xylitol, and stevia, but you could use sugar), and erythitol, xylitol, and stevia. There are additional methods to consume it. And I add some oat fiber for a meal that is insanely high in fiber. In addition to being a wonderful addition to flour when making bread, muffins, and pancakes, oat bran is also good when soaked in buttermilk first. The taste, which gives all kinds of savory and sweet foods a toasty, nutty flavor, is far more important to me than the fiber.I'll eventually test other oat bran products, but since Bob's Red Mill oat bran is so delicious, I'm not in a rush to do so.

Bobs Red Mill Oat Bran GF, 18 Ounce (Pack of 2) Review:

My doctor informed me that I had high cholesterol. He recommended Lipitor, but I figured I would change my diet instead. I was told that Oat Bran is preferable to Oat Meal. The reviews of this brand on Amazon convinced me to purchase it. Every morning, I have been making an Oat Bran breakfast, and I enjoy it. I reheat the Oat Bran in the microwave with the advised amount of water. Although I enjoy the consistency, other people might find it a touch pasty. With walnuts, almonds, flax seed, raisins, and dates, I flavor the oat bran. I count the servings and find that there are roughly 350 calories. I typically have breakfast at 6 am and don't feel hungry again until close to noon. I also had a wonderful morning. The Oat Bran digests without any issues for me. I'm quite happy with it.

Bob's Red Mill Organic High Fiber Oat Bran Hot Cereal, 18-ounce (Pack of 4) Review:

By accident, I placed this order. For whatever reason, I believed I was receiving my usual Steel Cut Oats. When I realized my error, I was dissatisfied. AFTER THAT I did it. I adore this cereal wholeheartedly. My morning ritual has changed as a result. I microwaved the necessary quantity along with some water, and it was ready in under two minutes. I combine it with almond milk (cow's milk is my favorite, but it doesn't love me back) ( ) I add some stevia sweetener to the mixture to make it sweeter. Considering how sweet stevia is, you don't need much of it. This produces a satisfyingly thick "shake." Simple to consume while driving to work. Additionally, I have incorporated a number of add-ins, and it keeps getting better. I also included raisins, cranberries, almonds, flax seed, and cherry juice concentrate, just to name a few. But I adore the texture and flavor regardless of what I do or do not add. The error was the best one I've ever made. I'm grateful to the universe for this happy accident. Oh yes, that makes me think of the times I was young and had Cream of Wheat "shakes" for breakfast from my mother. Since I am no longer able to consume wheat, I am overjoyed to have discovered this product. YAY!In July 2016, I will add more details.Never once have I grown bored or tired with this product!I've been blending with rolled oats.I fill a bowl with rolled oats, oat bran, walnuts, raisins, and pure vanilla extract. 3 minutes in the microwave Use raw honey or stevia to add sweetness. No milk and no almond milk. I add water if it's too thick. I really like this.

Medley Hills Farm Oat Bran 2 lbs Review:

We consume bread that I create, and I constantly work to improve it for us. All of my breads contain oat bran. When toasted, it adds a delightful delicate crispness. Additionally, unlike other proteins, it is high in protein and does not make the bread hard. I've discovered that this oat bran tastes the finest. I can add a generous teaspoon to my Greek yoghurt or even puddings to enjoy the toothsome texture and gently sweet flavor. My husband appreciates the regulating effect and adds it to his food every day. In addition, comparing items is a wonderful value. I heartily urge you to sample some Medley Hills Farm oat bran and discover a whole new world of flavor.

One 18 oz Bob's Red Mill Oat Bran Cereal Review:

This cereal is great. In comparison to everything else, the nutritional value is A , and I came up with a way to make it taste fantastic. I garnish it with some berries and vanilla Greek yoghurt. YUMMY

Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Oat Flour, 22-ounce (Pack of 4) Review:

This flour is great for everybody, including those with Celiac disease. It is guaranteed to be gluten-free and won't increase your ttG. Avenin in oats only causes a reaction in.07% of celiacs. Where people claim to react to oats or have other causes for sensitivity, I am confident that there is still cross contamination from undesignated facilities. Any recipe that calls for wheat or other flour can be used with this flour. 1 1/3 cups of oat flour to 1 cup of wheat is about the ratio. For the consistency you require, experiment. Like wheat flour, it will also absorb a little more liquid. For every 3 cups of oat flour, you MUST add 1/2 to 3/4 tsp of xantham gum as a binder. Investigate how much "stickiness" your recipe need. I could go on and on about how excellent oat flour is for pancakes, waffles, shortcake, cookies, etc. A starchy flour, such as sweet rice, brown rice, or others, is required for breads, although that is outside the purview of this review. Again, simply use xantham gum as a substitute as directed above, and you won't be dissatisfied. Save your time and money by avoiding the pricey, fragile, and tasteless breads and cookies at the shop. I'm grateful to Bob's Red Mill.

Be Still Farms Organic Oat Bran (5lb) Organic Wheat Bran Bulk aka Salvado De Avena Organico - Grind into Oat Bran Powder - Gluten Free Oat Bran Organic - Gluten Free Bran - Non-GMO Snack - Vegan Food Review:

This oat bran is great. I studied numerous reviews of both this product and a few others before making the purchase. The only thing that raised a red flag for me was another customer's complaint that they received one pound and a half rather than two. Anyway, I made the decision to try it. Even before I opened the package after receiving it, I weighed it. As you can see in the picture, it weighs slightly more than 2 pounds, which equals 2 pounds of goods once the packing weight is subtracted. Excellent product! Though not the cheapest, this one is excellent. As a component of my diet for heart health, I take it every morning. Recently, my wife, who is fighting cancer, was unable to eat much due to excruciating colics. She begged me to try this oat bran, and after eating it, she felt better in her bowels. She now requests that I make it for her every morning. And even though fighting cancer has severely cut into our budget, I'll absolutely repurchase this item, perhaps in a 5 lb bag so that it costs $5 per lb rather than $8. Now, for those people who complain that they discovered bugs in a bag of this product, I can assure you that there are no bugs in it when it is first delivered. However, if the product is not stored properly or for an extended period of time, bugs may appear. But hey, if bugs like to eat it, it must be a good product. However, make sure to properly seal it if you don't want to share it with pests. It will be safe if you preserve it for a time, pour it all into an airtight container, and add an oxygen absorber. However, if you consume it quickly, there won't be any issues. I hope it is useful to readers who are trying to decide what to buy. Best wishes and God's blessings to Be Still Farms.
