I paid two separate amounts for 24 of these regular-sized Pay Day candy bars, and I believe that paying more than two dollars each bar is excessive. Thanks to the quick arrival and free shipping with Amazon Prime, they were all in good condition when I received them. For my forthcoming 70th birthday on November 1st, I wanted to try them because they still taste just like they did when I was a kid. They are exactly how I remember them tasting and looking, with the exception of the price.

We used a different brand growing up, so I chose to give Ferrara a shot. The blue-colored boxes were arranged neatly when the top (a lift-up flap) was opened. Lemon, orange, and vanilla flavors are available. I consumed some vanilla. When the tiny box was opened, a sealed metallic bag containing the gift was within. The rice paper wafer was fresh, the nougat was sweet but not sickeningly so, and the almonds were roasted and crisp. It was a fair size for Torrone. Then, flashbacks from my early years began to surface. I was sitting at the large dining table, a credenza behind me, and I was gazing out the front window at a wintry day. The guys are watching the Christmas sports in the other room, the women are doing the dishes and cleaning up after a large feast, and I am sneaking the first tastes of Torrone and enjoying bite after bite of the delicate sweetness. This brand didn't fail because to Memories in a Box.

Since you're reading this, it's likely that many of you have already tried these candies and know what to anticipate. If not, I would advise you to avoid this specific treat if you have even the slightest intolerance to coconut. Having said that, if you enjoy coconut, then you should try these candies. The texture of the almonds within serves to beautifully balance the flaked coconut that is present throughout the middle and is encircled by a wonderful, deep layer of chocolate. Although [Almond Joy] has a better auditory ring to it, [Coconut Joy] is perhaps a more realistic name for this confection.Regarding the actual goods, the six-pack I received in the mail was actually fairly fresh. These candies were nearly perfect; there was none of the chalky-white film that you frequently get with many of the older candies that have been kept in storage containers. I like the bite-size candies just as much because, as one reviewer put it, they are already portioned out for you and you don't have to worry about unintentionally taking a bite off the edge of the full-size bars.Overall, the stuff was in fantastic shape and the shipping process was simple. The sweets last for a very long time, however if you don't want to share them with anyone, you might want to order/buy a smaller portion because else your candy might start to go bad. My family and I have already used up our first six bags, which lasted for almost two months. We will be placing another purchase.

One of the best treats you've ever eaten is this. We used to have the hard variety of this candy when I was a kid in Puerto Rico, and I absolutely adored it. I recently purchased this fantastic soft torrone, and it is the finest. In a self-contained box, each piece of candy is separately wrapped. The entire contents—all 18 pieces—were consumed by my fiance and her oldest kid in less than 15 minutes. Flat! I gave her another box, although I'm quite sure it's empty by this point. Okay, time to place another order. I'll purchase my own box this time, and I'll bury it. An absolute must for any candy enthusiast. Good value and quality!

I adore these candies so much that I may have been influenced by the music since I couldn't help but grab one or three every time I stood up. One delightful tiny candy bar combines chocolate, caramel, and pecans. Since I associate candy with something you can pop in your mouth, I don't enjoy calling them candies. Because they are larger, you can enjoy every bite. I heartily suggest these because they were incredibly fresh.

These candy bars were great. They haven't been around for a while. Then, when I found them in the checkout lane at Home Depot of all places, I purchased some. I got them from Amazon because I couldn't locate them anywhere else locally and didn't want to buy them in bulk from a home improvement store. Since some of the remarks weren't very favorable, I was worried that they might be old or outdated. They were, as far as I can tell, pretty fresh, and the expiration date was quite far off. If anyone is interested, these are also full size and gluten free. The only drawback is how rapidly they vanish. I'm back to placing new orders now.

Philadelphia Candies uses some seriously excellent chocolate! I've used a few of their items and absolutely adore them. Just a reminder that the caramel in these candies comes in two flavors: vanilla and butter rum. The more common caramel flavor that most people anticipate when eating a "turtle" is vanilla. Now that I've tried both, the vanilla caramel is clearly my favorite. Compared to vanilla caramel, the flavor of butter rum caramel is particularly distinctive. Old fashioned Big Hunk Candy Bars.

My grandfather would take me to the store when I was a little child visiting my grandparents in Texas, and I could choose any candy on the shelves—but just one. I consistently chose the Big Hunk. It was then, and it still is, my favorite. It is quite difficult to find Big Hunks in the Southeast; I'm not sure whether this candy manufacturer had the same absurd deal that Coors did back in the day. Every single one of them that I ordered was delicious and chewy without being overly hard. I purchased a case of them, and I have already consumed almost the entire box by myself. We both loved Big Hunk bars, but regrettably, my dad passed away just before I got my candy. I really wish he was here to assist me in eating them. My fondness (obsession) for Big Hunk candy bars is not shared by my hips or my belly.
To make penut clusters, first roast the peanuts in the oven at a low temperature until they are lightly browned. Then, let the peanuts cool before placing them in a food processor and pulsing until they are coarsely chopped. Next, melt some chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or in a double boiler on the stove. Once the chocolate is melted, add the chopped peanuts and stir until they are evenly coated. Finally, use a spoon or your hands to form the chocolate-coated peanuts into small clusters. Place the clusters on a sheet of wax paper or a silicone baking
