For a while now, I've been hunting for a set of stainless steel steamer pots. In order for this evaluation to be accurate, I have now used it numerous times. I'm 70 years old and have a gas range. After numerous steamings, the bottom of the pot has NO flame or heat markings. I don't have any heat or flame stains on the bottom of the pot. I noticed stains/marks on the bottom of the pot after the first use, so I heated some water and white vinegar in a warm environment to remove them. No scouring pads were used... I now use it in this manner every third time... The other times, I just washed it... Always emerges... I steam my frozen chicken and vegetables. I get roasted chicken, chop it up, and freeze it. My chicken is juicy after using this steamer... Even after steaming, my potatoes are excellent. On low heat, I steam my vegetables and other items until I can push down on them with a wooden spoon and they separate. I'm going to stop using my microwave now. Lid, strainer, and lid all always clean up after themselves. So I'm pleased with this purchase. The handle is welded on, not riveted on, by the way.

I own high-end cookware from Caphalon, All Clad, Staub, Le Creuset, and other brands, but I always seem to lean toward the RR pots. They clean up easily and cook wonderfully. It's quick and simple to make pasta whenever I want it, and the draining lid means a bit less mess.It is the ideal length for spaghetti or linguini from the supermarket. Pasta was something I rarely prepared before discovering Fasta Pasta, but now I make it frequently.The Fasta Pasta is simple, quick, and accurate (it has one or two serving size measuring holes on top), all qualities I value. The bottom line for me is that ever since I changed the timings for my microwave, my outcomes have consistently been superb. My expectations are still exceeded by Fasta Pasta!When using Fasta Pasta, I discovered that there was far less water to drain when finished than when using a pot on the stove. When completed, there is very little extra water needed because the water measurements are rather accurate. Added benefit for me.A TIP: As you dump the pasta from the Fasta Pasta, rinse and rapidly wash the lid and bottom to save time. The spaghetti residue has started to attach to the plastic much more since I let it sit till after dinner. As a result, cleaning the Fasta Pasta was made much simpler.

This accomplishes my goals perfectly. Last night, we prepared a casserole in the instant pot. I combined all the ingredients in the insert pan, added 1 cup of water, a wire trivet, and used the sling to drop the steamer pan into the inner pot of the Instant Pot. Then I cooked. The slingsteamer pan was then removed from the IP and placed on the silicon trivet. The Instant Pot only has to be washed, dried, and finished. After the meal, the Aozita pan washed up like new. The best thing is that I vacuum-sealed the frozen casserole after removing it from the second steamer pan and freezing half of the uncooked casserole for another time. Because it was frozen in the pan I intend to cook it in, I am confident that the frozen half will fit. These pans are well-made and of high quality. They did not leave any stains after cooking, and the casserole did not cling at all when they were lightly coated in oil before use. Add hot water and Dawn to the pan, scrub with a dishcloth, and pat dry. Couldn't have asked for more. The meatloaf with ranch potatoes is a favorite of ours. It might be difficult before this. Put the potatoes in the bottom pan and the meatloaf on top to cook. This product meets my standards for quality and is more affordable than some others I've seen. Aozita 6/8 qt. Picking up this basic set is fantastic. It essentially has everything that is required.This fits wonderfully in the 6 quart instant pot pair that I have. I showed by adding images. Keep in mind that the other pieces are stacked on top of the trivet/egg holder.When the inner pot is still hot, the silicone mits will be excellent for removing these items or the entire inner pot. I don't like how huge and wide the thumb area is. It doesn't hurt, but things does make it a little tougher to grasp.Tongs are nicely substantial in weight. Works well for removing food from the pot while maintaining a firm grasp.When cooking hard boiled (or soft boiled eggs—yum!) eggs, the egg holder is fantastic. It can store seven eggs, but I can stack more between if I need more.The blue silicone baby food container is gorgeous. I only know them in that way. I used to prepare and freeze a lot of them when I made baby food. I wouldn't have sold them all at a garage sale if I had realized that I would require one for my Instant Pot a few years later. Haha. However, this is ideal for creating mouthwatering egg bits. Eggs, other ingredients, and steam are scrambled. You won't ever need to purchase another from the coffee shop. Excellent to prepare in ahead for a fast bite when traveling.:)It's cool to use a spring form pan; it's great for preparing cheesecakes and lasagnas. Although I haven't used it yet, it appears to be quite strong and has tight bottom edges. It appears to be a much better fit for the 6 qt than the one I had earlier, and it will be much simpler to take off. large plusGreat steamer basket. It performs as promised and has plenty of depth to hold a lot of vegetables.For convenient storage, the silicone tray and egg trivet stack well next to the steamer. Additionally, the springform was packaged in a lovely box that I want to save for storage to prevent bending.So far, I heartily endorse this set. Almost everything you require is there.I'll keep using these to see how they hold up. And if necessary, revise this evaluation.

I always cook from scratch because my family has a lot of health and food difficulties. To cook well, you must have a quality set of pots and pans. Because stainless steel looks great, doesn't impart any unpleasant flavors, and doesn't leech harmful chemicals, I like it. Additionally, stainless steel is easier to clean than most other finishes. Two 8 quart (2 gallon) stock pots and three distinct 5 gallon stock pots are part of my wonderful set of 18/8 stainless steel pots and pans. However, I didn't have anything in between the 2 gallon and 5 gallon stock pots until I bought the Cuisinart 77-412 Chef's Classic Stainless 4 Piece 12-Quart Pasta/Steamer Set. Every time I made something like chili or chicken and dumplings, I either had to use my 2 gallon stock pot and risk the food boiling over, or I had to use my 5 gallon stock pot and either create a massive batch or utilize my pot inefficiently. To my assortment of pots and pans, the Cuisinart 12 quart (3 gallon) stock pot has been a much-needed addition.INCLUDED IN THE BOX: One 12-quart (3-gallon) stock pot with a stainless steel top and mirror finish 18/8 stainless insert for pasta and steaming.WHAT I LIKE: This set's entirety can fit in my dishwasher! I detest washing pots by hand because I believe they don't become as clean as when they're in the dishwasher.The size of this pot is ideal for chili. On days when I don't have time to cook or don't feel like cooking, chili freezes nicely and also gets great the next day. I want to make enough chili if I'm going to the work of making it, so that it will be worth my time. Additionally, whenever I soak beans overnight, I always find that there are more beans than I anticipated. I could never seem to make the under 2 gallons of chili required to use my smaller stock pots, but it is so much simpler to cook chili in this 3 gallon pot than it ever was in a 5 gallon stock pot.For boiling whole chickens and other items I want to remove from the cooking liquid, the pasta insert works great. When I make a lot of my own pasta, it is also fantastic. I enjoy hosting parties, and this pot is the ideal size for preparing a substantial meal.I use this pot a lot for all-day cooking, and it has never heated up unevenly or caused me any problems. Cooking is evenly spread since the pan's bottom is properly heated.This pot's depth doesn't make stirring the contents too challenging. Even when fully loaded, it is not too hefty to travel around.What I don't like about this pan is that I prefer clear lids over the metal one. I got this pot, which I love in many aspects, primarily because I wanted a pasta pot with an integrated strainer. Unfortunately, because of its poor design, when it is boiling, water almost always spits out around the edge between the main pot and the strainer. The issue appears to be that the strainer does not extend all the way into the pot, leaving a few inches of water at the bottom that cannot be used to cook the pasta. It's not a major concern, but if I want to cook a lot of pasta, I need a lot of water, so I end up needing to overfill the pot in order to have enough pasta for the water.I gave it four stars anyway because I use it for so many things, especially soup. It is substantial and large enough for me to make almost anything without worrying about overfilling it.



Cooks Standard Classic 4-Piece 12 Quart Pasta Pot Cooker Steamer Multipots, Stainless Steel Review:


I adore everything about this amazing pasta/steamer pot made of stainless steel. The pasta insert fits deeply into the pot to hold plenty of water to cook more than a pound of pasta. It is very well crafted and of sturdy build. If the insert is not overfilled, water does not boil over the sides; this is beneficial. The steamer insert is a good size and fit.Due to the fact that the pasta inserts in my other two tri-ply stainless steel pasta pots or multi-cook pots were too high to hold a pound of pasta, I had to return them. They cost four times as much as this Cook's Standard Classic, most likely because they were entirely tri-ply. How frequently does this occur? The better product costs less.This 12 qt pot is fully functioning, nicely made, and appealing in my opinion. Exceptional pasta maker! I'm grateful.

Due to their comments, I nearly decided against making a purchase, but I guessed right that the overwhelming majority of 5 star ratings couldn't all be wrong. The cause of lid complaints is user error. As soon as my pot was delivered, I made sure the lid fit. The area was actually very small, and aligning the locking tabs required some effort. I kept locking and unlocking the lid and let it remain locked all night. Short version: I've used the pot three times, and each time the lid is simpler to lock and requires less force to align. When working with hot liquids, it seems sense that you wouldn't want a loose-fitting lid. It lines up properly after a few usage, so there is absolutely no problem. Just required a short break-in period. amazing pot. I intend to use it for a very long time.



Cuisinart 755-26GD Chef's Classic Stainless 5-1/2-Quart Multi-Purpose Pot with Glass Cover Review:


This pan has served me well for the past four years that I have owned it. Its 5.5 litre size is a good medium-to-large size for spaghetti, soups, and other foods. Since the pot is made of stainless steel, it is safe for most dishes, including acidic ones like tomato sauces that cast iron may become metallic-tasting. Cuisinart asserts that the pot's bottom has an aluminum core to uniformly transmit heat (covered in stainless steel, of course, so that only stainless contacts the food), which is good because the majority of reputable chefs advise using stainless steel pots with aluminum or copper cores. The only thing I have to complain about is how light the pot feels overall and how thin the edges are. I believe that if the sides were a little thicker, the heat might be dispersed a little more evenly. For example, if you are boiling water and some of it seeps up the sides of the pot above the general water level, it will quickly sizzle and evaporate. Similarly, if you are sautéing food, try not to let it touch the sides unless the food is well coated in oil or the pot is. Having said that, this is a reasonably cheap pot, so I wouldn't anticipate much more. If you prefer thicker sides, Cuisinart (as well as other manufacturers, I'm sure) does provide ones with thicker sides and an aluminum core for improved heat distribution.All things considered, this is not a bad pot because it is reasonably priced and has held up nicely. The sides of the pot are a little thin, so if that is a concern for you, you might want to choose something that is a little higher quality. The bottom of the pot is very good.
