On a vacation to Europe, I only used these to stop my shoes from rubbing the back of my heels, and they were a total success! First and foremost, the quantity pricing is a fantastic deal!In contrast to a pack of three sheets I purchased from a drugstore, this pack not only contains a huge amount more for the price, but it also adheres considerably better. In fact, it almost sticks too well because it takes some effort to remove it after a hike and a lot of adhesive remained on my feet (if there was a 4 1/2 star rating, I would have given it that because it was just slightly less sticky but still managed to cling well and resist falling off with sweat).My feet were nicely protected by this moleskin from two days of hiking, and it even helped to heal a bandaged blister from an earlier hike (when I didn't have these).My only small quibble was that it could be a little too sticky, but the drugstore pack I bought wasn't sticky enough and wiped off easily, so more sticky is preferable to less!

The pre-cut versions of this Molefoam seem to stay on worse and last shorter, thus it is wiser to purchase these that you can cut to size and shape. Always "round or curve" the edges of whatever shape or size that you cut out of the pad. When corners are left with a 90 degree angle, socks are more likely to snag on the pad and need to be folded or peeled before the day is over.

I bought them to stop my Tieks ballerina flats from having a "toe bump" look, and the thicker material definitely accomplished the goal more successfully than moleskin had in earlier attempts. In particular, if your shoes are a little loose and you want to tighten them up, I advise applying this molefoam (I am taking off one star because I am the exact size that I wear, so my shoes are now a little bit tight). These maintain the cleanliness of your toe box and do not curl like moleskin.

(1) REALLY Stays: I've never found tape that sticks well enough to keep my feet safe while wearing heels all day long! Other comparable products frequently came off after a few hours, especially if I perspired at all. However, this tape can adhere to any surface.(2) THICK: This product is thick enough to prevent blisters on your feet while remaining thin enough to allow for proper shoe fitment. Given that it fills in the additional space in your shoe, I find that it actually makes my heels fit better.* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *CONS: (1) CUT TO SIZE: The main drawback of this product is that adhesive strips must be cut to size. However, not having precut strips is slightly advantageous if you need to apply the tape in several different locations because you can be sure to get the size just right.(2) COLOR: The tape has a brown color. Therefore, if you have fair skin, you must be careful where you lay the tape to prevent it from sticking out of your shoes.All in all, this is a fantastic product, and I will definitely be getting more of it. It's the only sticky tape I've ever discovered that genuinely adheres to my feet firmly enough to keep me free of cuts and blisters. This moleskin is nice. I've never purchased a roll before because I need to cover a larger area than can be accommodated by individual sheets. In the heat or when I perspire, my new AFO adheres to my leg. The ideal answer is a moleskin. The inside of this AFO need more product to be covered because it is wider than my prior ones. This works good and adheres to the plastic really well. addresses the sweat problem and prevents the plastic from rubbing against my calf. I really wish the peel-off paper had a tiny edge that protrudes outside the moleskin so that it could be peeled without rupturing the moleskin's fabric. But in my opinion, that is the only drawback.
