These were purchased for use in the hunter's ring for horse competitions. I like that the bottom has a thicker elastic to properly hold them in place. Even though the mesh is strong, your hair can still be seen through it. My only criticism of them is that there are still two knots in them (which are not visible in the photo), but I didn't find that this hampered the comfort at all. Decent price and a good product. The "medium brown" that I requested is more of a brunette shade. Not what I anticipated, but it functions.

... after years of looking for a suitable hairnet. I like to wear a net over my shoulder-length, moderately curly hair at night (and after washing). These nets are flawless in every way! The elastic holds well without squeezing, pinching, or falling off. They are thin yet incredibly durable. Both my mother and I consistently use them.I've already bought these twice and would do so again! I heartily endorse these nets.

I adore these black hairnet hats. I bought them so I wouldn't have to constantly yank my hair out of my face while baking and cooking at home. In addition, it's sanitary so there won't be any problems about hair getting into the meal when it's being prepared. The elasticized hairnet head covers are quite sturdy and of excellent quality. I heartily endorse this item.

This hair net works well for preparing food. The thick band that holds all the hair in place is something I appreciate, however it rips extremely easily. Almost anything you stretch open for the first time and put on will rip as soon as you do. I had hoped to use 1 more than a few times, but the fact that it tore suggests that won't be the case. They are excellent other from that problem.

24" is genuinely soft and lightweight, making it ideal for longer hair and beards, both of which I have. Other nets are too restrictive or have a stiff band. While I used different nets on my beard, I got cuts on my ears and the area behind my nose, which is difficult when I'm working 8 hour hours without a break. I hardly even notice they are there because they are so soft and breathable and do a terrific job!

These hair nets were purchased by me as a theater costumer for a Mary Poppins play. Our Mary had to wear a wig because she is naturally blond.We discovered during dress rehearsals that no matter how much gel or hairspray we used, the amount of dancing she had to do would consistently cause the wig to pop out of the hairpins. Mary needed to look "practically perfect," therefore we had to come up with a plan.I purchased these and actually stitched them into the wig because I recalled how beautiful my grandmother's hair looked in a hair net. I had to snip off each hairnet after two performances and restyle the wig. This was not a result of the hair net's lack of resilience, but rather the weight of the hair. The best part is that the updo stayed in place even as hair started to come out thanks to the hearing that prevented flyaways and kept it looking good.I would say that I put a lot of stress on them, and they did a great job of holding up. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, and we'll also use them to store wigs.

They're excellent. They accomplish their goals. These hairnets work for me when I put up my quite long, thick hair. I don't mind that they are not the "invisible" variety. The forehead knot is simply not something I wear.

Did you know that, on average, 8 spiders are consumed by people throughout their lifetime? It is real. No spiders can get through this, which helps avoid that. To prevent earwigs from building nests in my ears and producing eggs, I had to supplement with a hair net. A child who went to sleep one night and felt strange the next day was someone my cousin's girlfriend knew. He freaked out a few days later, they committed him because they thought he was crazy, he screamed, and then earwigs started coming out of his nose. It became out that they had entered his ear and sinuses, placed eggs there, and subsequently the eggs had hatched and the babies had emerged. We routinely request these, and our food service crew prefers this form of beard net above all others. They claim that these beard nets are adaptable, and they particularly like the color. In comparison to other styles, the beard net is less obvious and heavy. I would suggest this to someone who has to wear a facial hair net. We have workers with very light facial hair and others with thick beards. All facial hair patterns are covered by this bread net. The fact that the staff may pull this style up over their nose for maximum facial hair confinement is another reason why they prefer it. This type of wear allows for easy breathing.

I bought this hair net to cover my vintage mesh hair rollers at night to keep them in place. I had tried the thin hair nets from Walmart, but I was unable to take them off without ripping a hole in them due to the rollers' adhering to the hair net. The mesh rollers adhere to the Ovation Deluxe hair net, which is substantially thicker and holds the rollers in place. Despite this, the hair net may be removed without tearing a hole in it. Very satisfied!
