For the Pentel Side FX pencils I have, these erasers are ideal. The only supplies you'll ever need to buy are lead and erasers because the pencils are such great quality (I've had them for approximately three years).The problem is that these erasers are absurdly pricey for some reason. One of those large pink erasers is roughly the size of six of these Pentel ones, and a 36-pack costs $15. The 36 pack on Amazon was about as cheap as I could find them, but it's just not a great deal.The erasers are excellent. It's good that they're soft and that they erase well. As an engineering student, I often utilize them at the pace of one per month or month and a half. I should be good to get through college with these 36!

Since I've used automatic pencils for a while, I like to have a separate erase that does not fit within the pencil. These go into a pencil-like container, which you fill with long erasures, and you rotate the small "clicker" on the side as you need to expose more erasure. I feel myself to have developed into quite a connoisseur of mechanical pencils and mechanical pencil accessories over the years as an illustrator who predominantly uses mechanical pencils. They suit both of the pencils I use, which are marked Pentel P207 (blue, 7mm lead) or P209, and are labeled "Sharp" on the packaging (but not on the pencil). There are no refills for these erasers nearby. I decided to take a risk on them despite the unfavorable reviews. For me, they have been operating perfectly. No smearing or mess issues, as other reviews said. They completely erase. I'm not trying to minimize the experiences in the other evaluations. Maybe there was a time when a poor batch of erasers was in use? Additionally, it can depend on what you are using the erasers for. These Zebra items are just used by me to jot down ideas and notes. I don't think these will work for you if you're planning to do drawings, create a design, or something similar. These erasers differ from the softer, putty-type erasers used by artists and drafters. Furthermore, it appears unlikely that these erasers will operate well with the kind of paper utilized in those kinds of jobs. These will work if all you need are some inexpensive, practical erasers that suit your shiny steel Zebra mechanical pencil because you'll be taking notes on regular writing paper.

The eraser that comes with the mechanical pencil, kuro toga roulette, won't last you more than a week at most. It's a good thing that these match the original pencil exactly. Consequently, there are 5 erasers in one tube. You merely need to remove the old one and put the new one on because two of them are already in the metal case. With the other two, though, you are unable to enjoy that. The old eraser must physically be removed from the metal case before the new one can be inserted. Since I'm still in school, I can say with perfect assurance that, depending on how much you erase, each tube of five erasers will last you between two and three weeks. However, I presently take English, Math, and History, all of which require a lot of eraser use. As I previously mentioned, a single tube lasts me around 2-3 weeks. I wholeheartedly endorse it.
