Pyrex was a topic we covered in chemistry class. I've been using pyrex ever since. Four pyrex cups were on sale, I saw. These cups are almost impossible to break. I already have a few because I've been using them since chemistry class. In the kitchen, the floors are tiled. My wife has dropped our cup multiple times without it breaking, so I'm not sure if it was just chance. She can be a little clumsy, but don't tell her I said that because I'll deny it. However, they perform well in both high and low temperatures. They can endure freezing in the freezer and boiling water. I ordered these, but one cup costs about $20. I was unable to refuse the opportunity to get four cups in varied sizes at such a reasonable cost. They actually are pyrex. Since she frequently breaks regular and measuring cups, my wife was overjoyed. I'm going to purchase a second set. I suggest this collection. It is well worth the cost. They are simple to wash. I cherish them.

Utilizing a product that is blatantly designed for brilliant usability (and I am always using a variety of Oxo's outstanding products!) is SO utterly SATISFYING!! The lines on the Oxo measuring cups are amazingly clear and readable, so I no longer have to stoop over and strain my eyes to read (the OTHER product's) _STUPIDLY_ illegible markings. How is it even POSSIBLE that the OTHER firms would create spouts that fail to pour without spilling? This is just another issue I've had with NON-Oxo measuring cups that boggles the mind with their IDIOCY. Permit me to provide the response to that query: They merely piece together something that SEEMS to be a measuring cup but is NOT a measuring cup; they DO NOT "create" them. That incident makes me think of a fantastic conversation that is said to have taken place when King Charles VII mockingly questioned Joan of Arc, "What do you call a baker who takes bread out of the oven before it is done?" Since I gradually grow used to the colors and don't need to read a spoon to determine its size, I actually adore this adorable measuring set and the colored handles. And I wanted metal because my plastic spoons tend to be staticky with some things, like yeast. U-Taste simply sent me the standard email from many sellers asking if I had received the spoons and whether I was satisfied with them. I replied by expressing that I was happy with them and asking if they knew about accuracy since a few of them were different from other spoons I had in my drawer. Not that they weren't correct; in fact, they might be off compared to the others. At least with the set I bought, I believe the manufacturer has addressed the issues with product quality. Even after numerous washing, the metal is of good quality and has not rusted. The cups and spoons have a moderate amount of weight to them; after all, this isn't a very costly Williams-Sonoma set. They are meant to endure longer and do add a little more style than the normal el-cheapo K-Mart sets. This set not only looks excellent but also functions well if your home is anything like mine, where visitors frequently gather in the kitchen while supper is being prepared. After reading some of the early reviews, I was hesitant to purchase this set, but I'm pleased I did because it's a quality item.

Wow, this package comes with a slew of various measurement cups. The ludicrous labels on a pair I got from BBB from more than ten years ago fell off, for the last few years the sizes were estimated. It's simpler when I have a group together, but it's difficult to know when I pull one out at random.I searched retail outlets for a replacement set, but no matter where I looked, I could never find the whole set I had previously. Never were the 2/3 and 3/4 sizes of cups, tsp, or Tbsp complete. They're all here, and then some. if I must say, too many. Haha.The only issue I have—which doesn't detract from the product or deduct any stars—is that the loop holding the cups and spoons together is not detachable. Nevertheless, I cut it off because I don't want them all glued together in the first place. Some do, although I don't.ADVANCE: I'm a moron. The clip CAN be removed. Looking at it, it doesn't appear to be what it is, yet you can rip it apart with a snap, but not in the way you might expect. Instead of pulling the pieces apart straight from one another, you pull them apart in a sideways motion. I'm at a loss for words, so just look at the picture.

I ADORE Pyrex. Nothing is as resistant to heat and cold, and this 2-cup measuring cup has such a wide range of uses. The red text (THE MEASUREMENTS) will vanish after so many trips to the dishwasher since I am NOT going to hand wash this. It is true. (You can see that some of the lower measurements on the one in the picture have disappeared; I purchased it five months ago.) I've used it so many times that I pretty much know where each measurement is, and I'll continue to use it long after it turns into a clear glass cup and is no longer considered to be a measuring device. These are simple measuring cups made of plastic. Except for the unique packaging they come in, I honestly can't think of anything that distinguishes them from other measuring cups. I showed a picture of the 4-cup with my matching-size Pyrex measuring cup. Vremi is tall and lean, whereas Pyrex is short and rounded. It didn't matter to me whether one or the other would fit better in your kitchen cabinet. They stack inside of one another, which is convenient because I don't really like giving each dish or cup its own space. They cannot be microwaved, cannot contain anything hotter than 175°F, and hand washing is "advised." Given how frequently my family uses them for baking and cooking, I consider all of these to be quite serious mistakes. They probably aren't the sturdiest items because the plastic yields when it is squeezed, but I also don't worry about them randomly breaking in half when using them. I like them, but overall, it's not my favorite set. I believe these would be an excellent alternative if a glass set is out of your price range or not your style.
