I eat only vegan junk food. I'll be the first to say it. Being PURELY motivated by flavor sets me apart from other vegans who practice it for health-related reasons. These are really incredible. I would still purchase these even if I suddenly chose to resume eating animal products. Regular marshmallows can't compete with their exquisite vanilla flavor and denser, chewier texture. Although I am a confirmed purchaser, you can see that I was willing to pay the price even though it is a bad one for this goods. As they appear to fluctuate in size from extremely tiny to just below standard sized marshmallows, don't anticipate precise uniform shapes from these, but DO expect incredible flavor and texture from every bite! These are suitable for use in fudge, cocoa, crispy snacks, and campfires. They perform all of the functions of a typical boiled bone marshmallow and even more.

Yes, I must have been weak-willed or hungry when I purchased these. It takes up a lot of storage space to keep a pound of chewy marshmallows on hand at once. I follow a low-carb, low-sugar diet. We were going camping, and I was looking forward to roasting marshmallows. However, I wasn't sure I could participate given my dietary constraints. First of all, the package is more smaller than I anticipated. Second, when I open the bag, I find that the marshmallows are square and of a fair size. Not a problem... just a note. Compared to a real marshmallow's fluffy, sweet feel, this one is a little bit rougher. Third, I take one and it tastes great. Quite a bit like the genuine thing. Fourth, roasting It wasn't quite as well roasted as a typical marshmallow. It didn't really burn as a typical marshmallow would. Instead, it would light on fire but quickly extinguish. I simply put it in my mouth after getting it as warm as I could. This works well as a replacement for food limitations.
