This mix is fantastic, and I'm so glad I found it.Since I follow a ketogenic (low carb) diet, mixed cocktails like these have been off-limits for some time. Because Bloody Marys are made with tomatoes and are high in potassium, I haven't had one in years ( I limit my potassium intake ). I came upon Zing Zang and decided to give it a shot. This shocked me because I was expecting something decent or somewhat similar to what I remembered. It's fantastic! Since it's the real deal, I keep some in my car and inquire about the available mixes whenever we visit a restaurant. Because I paid $4.99 for it, I was going to give this product three stars. Only in our neighbourhood supermarkets could I find the Jose Cuervo brand. So I placed my Amazon order. Before placing my order, I should have done a little more exploring. The only store open when I was out of town was a Walmart, and they had it for $1.50! However, I had already ordered from Amazon. This salt is excellent for margaritas! The flakes are not too coarse or too fine, similar to Jose Cuervo brand. I usually add two teaspoons of sugar and thoroughly combine it. The rim won't be as salty as a result. Numerous people have complimented me. Try it out once or twice.

I adore using this material and have made many bags out of it. In order to prevent the food from freezing too hard, I prepare two bags and place them in our side-by-side freezer. However, I reverse the order of the ingredients because I've discovered that the sugar dissolves more readily if I add warm water to the bag first (up to a little over the circle for the Triple-Sec), really let the sugar dissolve, then add the 2 1/2 cups of alcohol and top it off with the remaining water to the last line. We also like to add one drop of green food coloring to the mixture to give it a more limey appearance. (Our opinion is that adding more than one drop of food coloring gives it a Kool-Aid appearance.) I've made the real blender margarita a lot, but if someone wants more, I have to go back to the kitchen. Just a little extra would be wonderful!

This is about as excellent as it gets for a low-card cocktail mixer. It was great fun for me! My only complaint is that it's a little too sweet for me given the sweeteners used. But after I added a little lemon juice, it was just fine. If you want to branch out from a vodka soda, I would certainly recommend it! With that, there is no contest!
