Fantastic product! The Walgreens urinal design contains "reinforcing ridges" that properly lend to sealing the bag in the urinal. We use these bags as a liner with their basic plastic portable urinals. When placed, the bag fits reasonably snugly on the plastic urinal, preventing it from coming loose. Additionally, since we fold the bag over the rim of the plastic urinal, it provides a smooth rim with no potential "sharp" edges. This enables multiple uses, prevents potential leakage due to the absorbant pad if urinal is not oriented properly during use (especially when lying in a bed), is incredibly easy to clean up, and allows for multiple uses. I regret that though this is a convenient option, it can be fairly expensive; I wish the urinal bags were a little more cost-effective.

Absolutely does not leak, which is, in my opinion, of the utmost importance. It is large, holding at least a full day's worth of urination, and is around a half gallon (.79 Gal) (depending on your bladder). A large mouth, which is crucial! A screw-down cap is also crucial. A little-known fact: After each visit, spritz a multi-surface disinfectant inside. It makes a difference since it reduces the stench when you clean it and when you lift the lid. After using it for a day or two straight, I also spray it with a mixture of water and Dawn dish soap (2 tablespoons in a quart spray bottle of water). This makes cleaning up much simpler. The grip also makes it very convenient to hold while urinating. I'm purchasing a second one of this great product for my car because it is so good. I struggle with the unexpected urge to urinate at age 67. The greatest bottle I've discovered is this one.

Because my brother-in-law uses a wheelchair and finds it challenging to use the restroom when he has to go #1, I purchased this device for him. Although I dislike the lids, I did enjoy how thick these products were. If you drop the urinal, you can expect to have a lot of cleaning to perform because the lids not only leak but also don't seal the urinal tightly. The handles are the second thing I didn't like about them; they do a good job of holding them in place, but I had hoped that there would be more room between the urinal and the handle so that they could hang safely from his hospital bed.

When we lost our nightly caretaker, I purchased this item for my injured husband (totally paralyzed on left side, partial brain damage).
