I detest washing my brushes by hand because, no matter how hard I try to reshape them, it always makes the large, fluffy powder brushes feel harsher or matted. This is going to be your go-to product if you use makeup sponges to restore them to like-new condition. Before I bought this product, I tried to clean my sponge by using a solution of soap and brush cleanser, but it just didn't work. Even after "cleaning," it would still appear aged. I cut my half-clean beauty blender in half out of frustration (RIP). My one true love was destroyed, and I replaced him with a different beauty blender and a supplemental item called the solid blender cleanser. It's the perfect union. You dampen the product and your sponge, give them a brief swirl, force the product through the sponge, and then rinse them both off. Additionally, I always rinse the solid to remove any remaining makeup, then I leave the container open so it can dry off. In short, you require this. If you don't think you need it, you won't know you need it until your sponges are still dirty.

This brush pad cleaner does the job for the price of the product and its ease of use. I wasn't initially thrilled with the first item I ordered because there was a problem with the suction cup. I have used other blenders from various brands that are available at a wide range of price points, and this one meets all of my requirements. The distinctive form was the main selling factor for me; the flat portions evenly and successfully mix product across the forehead, the sides of the face, and other big areas, while the edges enable precise and faultless blending around the nose, eyes, and other facial features. It is too big, especially after becoming wet because it expands a lot and doesn't absorb the product, causing waste. The tiny two-piece holder does its job of giving the sponge a safe, hygienic location to be stored, dried, etc., but it appears pretty flimsy. For exhibition on a vanity, something a little more streamlined might be preferable.

It is very user-friendly and excellent at what it does. incredibly used and old brushes were thoroughly cleaned. With this and brush shampoo, I can wash brushes once a week in 5 to 10 minutes. When I used this, I realized how filthy my eye brushes were even though I had thought them to be clean. My only complaint is that it can be more difficult to clean a brush that "sucks up foundation." I once had an angled foundation brush that was about 6 years old, had been used occasionally, and had been cleaned about every 2 weeks while it was in use. However, it also got put away dirty and didn't get thoroughly cleaned. I don't really care because I didn't like that brush anyhow. I also have a spherical foundation brush with long bristles (approximately 1"), but it was difficult to clean because the foundation was embedded so deeply in the bristles. But I adore this and really suggest it to everyone!

This item is unquestionably a game-changer! Like many others, I absolutely HATE having to hand wash my brushes, so when I saw this product, I leaped at the chance to get it. It does function well, but I discovered that cleaning the smaller brushes was much simpler and more efficient than some of the larger, fluffier ones. For instance, the device was unable to fully clean my foundation brushes because they are frequently dirtier and caked with more substance due to my practically daily use. I ultimately had to scrub them even further by hand, after which I dried them using the apparatus. Additionally, although though utilizing this equipment saved time compared to cleaning each brush by hand, it did take some time to wash, dry, and then replace the connectors to accommodate the various brush handle sizes. Overall, excellent product that I would suggest.

Like everyone else, I was quite curious to see how well this brush cleaner would perform because cleaning cosmetic brushes is a time-consuming task. After reading both positive and negative reviews, I decided it would be worthwhile to give this a shot. I believed that being able to rinse the brush before drying it was something else that other people had also mentioned. Made logical to me, but I didn't like the thought of having to remove the used water and replace it with fresh water after each brush. In order to save my rinse water, I went to my neighborhood Dollar Tree and paid $1 (!) for a little, round glass bowl that is identical to the kit bowl. My brush is simply washed in the soapy water, moved to the rinse water, swished around to rinse, then spun dry. Wonderfully effective! I washed and dried all of my brushes in approximately 10 minutes without wasting any time or water. Here is a picture of my rinse bowl and the kit bowl. And, just in case the original bowl cracks, the rubber collar does fit on. In fact, I purchased two $1 dishes in case I damaged one. I adore this technique since the brushes fit the collars, the collars stayed on the electric handle, and even my large powder brush was able to spin dry while still being in place.

Because hand washing makeup brushes takes FOREVER, I had a stack that I hadn't cleaned in a while. So, in the hopes that it would live up to the hype, I ordered it. It does. With the handle attachments, I was able to clean the majority of my brushes in less time than it had previously taken me—over an hour. The 40 minutes naturally includes a learning curve, so the following time it should go even faster. Doesn't need a lot of water (unless you prefer cleaning up spills; if too much is applied, it will spill out) or brush cleaner. Removing the collar to clear out the bowl was the only "difficulty" I encountered with this unit. This is crucial because if it isn't taken off, water will flow all over the counter if it is poured out with the collar still on since it will become trapped beneath the collar. But I was able to get rid of it and clean the bowl with a little finesse (lol!)Brushes are definitely dried right away. The majority of them dried the first time. Only a few brushes with bristles that are more closely spaced require a second try. The brushes were completely clean and ready to use. The time and manual work that were saved were great value!
