Whether you cruise with Royal Caribbean or Carnival, purchase these. These larger ones will easily accommodate the smaller tags for Royal. Are you genuinely bothered by the extra room on the sides? I don't. If so, get the smaller ones but be aware that you can't use them with the larger tags (and most cruise lines use the bigger tag). I would rather have the bigger ones' "universal" use than go out and get two different sets.So, as soon as I received these, I checked to make sure there were no issues. All of my tags had bottom and side seals, functional zip lock closures, and properly closed and threaded steal loops. They don't appear like they will disintegrate because the plastic seems really thick. Although I have already printed and inserted my Royal Caribbean tags, I haven't utilized them yet. However, I will soon. Although I am aware that some people have complained that the metal grommets have come out, I am optimistic that won't happen. I want to strengthen the area with transparent packing tape if they do come off.I purchased these because, during our "land portion" of my most recent cruise, when my luggage was handled numerous times, I had to reinforce the luggage tags since they were ripping. To grab tape or a stapler from the front desk, go to the room, fix it, and then go back to the front desk to return the things is a pain. Additionally, who wants to travel with tape and/or a stapler? I don't need any more stuff; I already have enough to carry, thank you. These are worth the expenditure if you cruise frequently (I love to cruise, but my husband does not). In reality, these are a good complement and reasonably priced if you know someone who is taking a cruise and you want to give them something other than the complimentary bottle of champagne.

These baggage tags are fantastic! We needed them since we are a family of Cruise fans, and the fact that John Heald's name was on the advertisement photo showed us that the vendor too loves the cruises and is concerned about them. They are beautifully built and designed, and they came quite quickly. There was still space on the folded paper after printing the luggage tag, folding it, and slipping it inside the plastic. Oh, and another thing: once our item was dispatched, we received a sweet, customized email with the order details. In two weeks, when we embark on our cruise, I will post an update on how they handle the luggage and images.

These cruise tag holders were just delivered to me in preparation for our upcoming Royal Caribbean cruise. Although I wasn't sure I needed them, I'm so glad I did. Paper tags looked so ugly when they were taped or stapled to our bags, and I was sick of it. They're excellent. With a hole at the top to insert the tag, the vinyl is thick enough to withstand rigorous handling. You don't have to undo the entire holder to remove or insert the tag because of the ziplock's excellent, tight hold and ability to prevent the tags from becoming wet or damaged. The clear vinyl makes it simple to see the tags. I customized each holder with our names using my Silhouette vinyl cutter. There was no peeling or slide of the names off the vinyl. Not sure if I did that to make them appear cute or so we could readily recognize our luggage in the sea of other suitcases, but I also tied matching ribbon through the grommet. In any case, the metal cable was prevented from slipping through thanks to that method. I don't believe the metal cable could ever rip off a luggage handle because it is so sturdy. The screwing mechanism can be a little tricky because the threads need to be perfectly aligned for it to catch. Since they are hard to detach, I advise against screwing them on too tightly until you are ready because these tags aren't going anywhere. I thought these baggage tags were a terrific purchase all around and would definitely suggest them. They are excellent value at roughly $1.50 per tag, and shipment was really quick. You look more like an experienced cruiser now that your tags aren't taped on! Although they are reusable, I wish I had found them sooner for our previous cruises.

Very good product quality.For two reasons, I was a little worried about acquiring these tags. 1) According to some reviews, the rubber material is translucent, making it possible for your personal information to be seen; however, this wasn't the case with the ones I received. 2) Defective metal loops were mentioned in several reviews. They were all of extremely high quality, and I also received an extra, which I thought was a great touch.It was mentioned in some reviews that it was challenging to match the name on the card with the visible area in the window. I did this to make it simpler: I took off the plastic cover. On the card, trace the window area with a pencil. You will be able to place all of your information in the appropriate spot when you pull the card out to write on it since you will know the area that will be visible. The pencil mark can then be removed before being reinserted into the rubber tag.

Although I haven't used it yet, the identification pocket appears to be roomy enough to fit a typical business ID badge.Very happy!The disadvantage? Your address doesn't have much room on the Identification label. They had some black rubber marking on the front when they arrived, which I believe was caused by them touching up against other tags. I can only think of one method to stop this: individually bag the tags in plastic or cellophane. However, there really is no need because a luggage tag would be used more frequently and the rubber was simple to remove.I, for one, value it when a producer avoids producing more garbage, and such bags would only add to the waste.

The cable is tight and nice and sturdy yet very light. My company emailed me label insert printing templates.One thing to keep in mind is that neither the inkjet ink nor the holder are water-proof if you're printing labels on one. The rain would get sucked into the label of your luggage if it were to sit in the rain for a while (say, on the aircraft ramp while being loaded), and the ink would probably smear to the point of being unreadable. This can be substantially avoided by wrapping the label with clear tape after printing it and before placing it in the holder.
