I contacted Xprite, and they immediately shipped me a new set. Now that the new set is spinning, I'll just acquire some excellent black spray paint because my wife really likes the covers. I'm not sure what procedure they use to coat these, but they ought to switch to a more effective one.

My mother's 1996 Buick Lesabre has LED lights all over the place that I added.The emergency flashers on the car were Wagner 552 flashers, while the turn signals were Wagner 323 flashers.Per side, there are two level bulbs (1157A and 194) on the side marker in front, two level bulbs (1157A and R) in the rear, and running and brake/signal lights.I didn't want to strewnly install resistors.Wagner 323 tin can was used as the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for the TS flasher. two contactsEven though they gave out signs that they may, none of the other 2-wire flashers really functioned. In any case, the flash cycle wasn't good.The CEC flasher with a separate ground wire worked when I turned the stalk in either direction, but it remained flashing constantly. Then, despite the fact that I had cancelled the turn signal, the Buick caution light illuminated. However, the Emergency Flasher (OEM Wagner 552 tin can flasher) was perfectly replaced with this flasher with ground lead. The 3-wire flasher does really generate a clicking noise.YAY! And thanks to 2-day shipping and Amazon Prime!Since I was feeling helpless to solve this problem, it wasn't until the last search that I honestly have no idea how I came on this SS flasher.



CEC Industries EF35L LED Flasher Review:


My 1994 LS400 (UCF10) has LED turn signals installed, but due to the abrupt drop in power consumption, they hyperflashed. Because I dislike substantially altering standard electronics, I decided against splicing in an in-line resistor and instead replaced the turn signal relay with an electronic one. It takes a little work, but it's worthwhile on the LS400. My LED turn signals no longer flash rapidly.The only little issue I've seen is that there is a SLIGHTLY LONGER initial "on" pulse when turning on the turn signal before the pulse frequency normalizes. It's barely noticeable, but maybe 3/4 of a second longer than the 1/2 second that the stock Toyota flasher relay produces. The blinker ends when it is cancelled. I haven't heard the flashing "clicks" that some claim to hear for a brief period of time after canceling.Overall, advised if you don't enjoy fiddling with standard electricals and are switching your blinkers to LEDs.

This is what I bought because it will fit into a system I'm installing on a Model T Ford. It satisfied my needs exactly. I required a third prong for "panel" light functionality and compatibility with LED turning lights. A single indication (reminder) light on your dashboard will receive a blinking 12v current from a "panel" light terminal on a flasher relay. It is not necessary to have two reminder lights (one for a right turn and another for a left turn) or connect diodes in order for the reminder light to function whether you are signaling a left or right turn. Since the turn signal won't turn off automatically in my instance, I merely needed a reminder.

My 1999 Jeep Cherokee Sport's turn signals weren't working, so I researched a lot of contradictory instructions for fixing them before deciding to attempt replacing the flasher relay. It merely took a few minutes to install this item, and it solved my problems. My Jeep's warning lights were in working order, but the turn signals weren't, and when I tried to use them, the old relay made a loud buzzing noise. I located the defective relay on the left side and installed it after removing the lower dash panel beneath the steering column and the metal shield below it. Turning on the turn signals made it simple to locate because it generated a loud buzzing noise. After replacing the old relay with the new one and applying some dielectric lubricant to its pins, the turn signals now function as intended without buzzing.

After reviewing reviews and watching videos, I changed my mind and bought this product instead of being cheap and buying one of those $20 brands. If you utilize the cigarette lighter approach, the installation procedure only requires a few minutes because it is essentially plug and play. With the fur approach, fewer wires are exposed because you only need to identify the proper fuse to put it into. Since the adhesive proved to be too weak, I used zip ties. Because the app only allows me to utilize solid and sound mode, I only wish it came with a remote. Looks great and fits perfectly on my 2004 Jeep TJ Rubicon. In comparison to rival items like Smittybilt or Rugged Ridge, the flat black textured metal appears to be much superior and more durable. It also looks beautiful and seems to be quite solid. I had to trim roughly a quarter of an inch off the plastic on my spare tire carrier, which wasn't a major difficulty, but anything larger than a 33-inch spare tire could cause problems. Despite this, I can still fully open my tailgate. The open bottom gives the impression that you do not need to remove the tail lights to install them, but this is untrue—you must unplug the lights in order to install them since the bottom bar is too narrow for the lights to fit through. (If they made the bottom bar somewhat larger, installation would be considerably simpler.) After the protection is on, you will need to purchase larger/longer hex screws to attach the light to the body; it would be helpful if these were supplied. My bars also appeared to be somewhat crooked and not straight, a minor flaw that is difficult to spot at first glance but which I would still love to be flawless. The plug on the driver's side is very simple to access and will only take a few minutes to install, but the plug on the passenger side will take much longer because it is much more difficult to access and is frequently wedged up in an area you can barely see. I needed extra long pliers to fish it out. In conclusion, I continue to believe that these are among the better rear light guards for the TJ.

purchased for a YJ because it can get very expensive to replace the tail light assembly every time I slide into a tree or back into something on the trail, and if they are damaged I can bend them out. The practicality is one thing, but they also look great and I can't image driving a jeep without them. The wiring can be tricky, especially if your vehicle has had shade tree wired a few times and no longer has connectors or the correct color wires, but it is possible. I do not advise changing them for installation on your Jeep because doing so could compromise the bracket's structural integrity.
