Recently, my friend spent over $100 on the Philips Hue LED light strip and hub. I was blown away by how stylish their home looked with it up above the cabinets in the kitchen. Before I discovered these, I was so near to paying that sum of money for a set of myself. It costs $20 and looks exactly as good as, if not superior than, Philips Hue LED strip. In under five minutes, I had them set up. Adhesive is durable and secure. With such a cheap alternative, I wasn't sure the smartphone app would truly work, but it does so flawlessly. There is only one issue with the remote, though. It must be fully visible from the direction of the control panel, which is connected to the lights. I can't use the actual remote to adjust settings because it's not in my line of sight because it's sitting on top of the cabinets. I had to get up on a chair to direct it at the control panel, but since the smartphone app has more functions and settings, I don't really care about the actual remote control. I intend to purchase more of these lights. In lieu of much more expensive solutions, I would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND these lights.

These are fantastic, and I got them to place in my gaming computer and behind my desk. I can use one strip on both items because it is so lengthy. Since they are long enough for both and extremely bright, I don't have to bother about synchronizing them. The entire space has a really good look, and they are unbeatable in terms of price. If the buttons on the strips are too far away, I can just use the remote to control them. There are several fascinating effects, but my favorite is the one where the colors cycle. I adore the way these lighting systems are made. I currently have a few, but I wanted an additional set for length (and because I lost one of the little 4 pin adaptors on an old set). They light up a range of hues beautifully and are incredibly robust. I typically leave mine set to fade or a solid hue. They can be programmed, however I'm not sure how. I primarily use them for amazing effects in my video projects. Although I've bought other kits with extra pin adaptors, this particular one came with mounting tabs. Wish they'd thrown that in with these, too. A further benefit is that although though many of the manufacturers vary, if you purchase many kits with the same style remote, they will all function together. I enjoy being able to use one remote and move about changing different settings, even though this may result in more than the one strand changing when you only intended for one to.

Much higher quality than the previous iteration. My 55" TV didn't quite match their "40-60" TV led strip," and it wasn't as brilliant as I had hoped it would be. This one is longer, brighter, and obviously better suited for bigger TVs. I had to cut off about 4 feet of extra LED strip because my 55-inch TV had a nearly bezel-less design, even though I positioned the strips about half an inch from the edge all around the edge of the TV. This would be ideal for a 60-inch and possibly a 65-inch as well. The positioning of the controller signal receiver, which is put very next to the led strip, is my sole criticism. I wish it were linked separately so I could set it apart from the led strip. Other than that, I don't have any problems, and I hope this device has a long life because I can't yet comment on it. decent productEdited 03/18/2019: This strip seemed to stick quite well when I first stuck it to the back of my TV. It began to lose its stickiness and began to slowly peel off after a few weeks. I just covered it with some sturdy transparent tape, which solved my issue. I'm maintaining the five stars because it's not a big concern to me. Although it still performs admirably, if the adhesive is a deal-breaker for you, this is not the product for you.

I've been using this for more than three weeks. Depending on my work schedule, I leave it on for five or more hours each day. No problems or burned-out LEDs since I've owned it.This product's quality is much higher than I had anticipated. It arrived well-packaged, in good condition, and with detailed instructions. Even the remote control for selecting colors included a plastic portion that could pull out to maintain the battery's charge.Although it has a slight texture, the strip I used to line the back of my desk is holding up nicely and hasn't peeled. Small lengths of back duct tape were used as supports, but the original self-adhesive is still holding.I STRONGLY suggest buying these lights. Using the remote, you may adjust the brightness settings and a wide spectrum of colors.

These light strips are very cool! I just received them today. I put them on the back of my 55" Samsung flatscreen right away. Installation went smoothly. We'll have to wait and see how long they remain on because the 3M backing really stuck firmly. I hope a very, very long time!After installation, I turned on the lights and connected to my house WiFi. Once you have downloaded the app, registered for an account, and paired your device. Additionally, I activated the Govee skill on my Alexa app, and it functions flawlessly. It works excellent. I tried the music mode and a few different options, adjusting brightness up and down.

The LED kit is excellent. The 16-foot version I had previously bought, which I used to backlight my bedhead, is exactly the same as this kit, just longer. Excellent value, quick setup, and easy installation (the adhesive strips are much stronger than those of other value brands). I made a border around my apartment's bay window using the extra length of the 32-foot kit, and I believe it looks fantastic (see photos). Although I haven't yet experimented with the remote's DIY settings, the built-in presets are already fantastic. Playing with these LEDs was a lot of fun, and I'm now planning future lighting ideas for my apartment. Don't be reluctant to take them!

Installing this lighting is quick and simple. Simply make sure you thoroughly clean the area, plan your endeavor, and only use the item once. I do advise positioning the object so that it can be concealed when not in use. If it is too obvious when it is not in use, it could appear a little "tacky." My stairs is quite ancient and becomes very gloomy at night. The final step at the bottom can be confusing because it appears to be a little shorter and can lead to tripping in the dark. The stairs is secure at night thanks to these lights. It also gives my century-old home a little "flavor"! I adore it.

These lights are seriously amazing! They were bought for my gaming setup. I had assumed I would need to purchase two or three sets of these little lights for my room, but one was enough to illuminate the entire space! Purple, red, green, or blue can all be made. You can adjust the lights' hues and brightness with the small remote that comes with them. The remote is functional; occasionally, a button needs to be pressed a bit harder than the others, but aside from that, everything is great. Setting up the lights is quite simple! It only requires that you peel back the tape from the back and adhere it to the desired surface. Make sure the area is thoroughly cleaned before installing the lights. The fact that the lights don't get too warm is a wonderful bonus. If you plan to cut the light strips to wrap them around a television or computer monitor, I advise buying the tiny L-shaped pin connectors because if you don't, the cut portions won't light up. To prevent tearing off whatever surface you are using, place the start of the LED strip closer to where you plan to plug it in. You don't need to spend over $100 on hue lighting when these work just as well, and you aren't paying for the brand name. These lights work wonderfully for the price.
