Are detergent pods better than detergent?

Are detergent pods worth it?

I don't know if detergent pods are worth it. I've never used one. I have used liquid detergent and powder detergent, and I like liquid detergent better. It's easier to measure, and I feel like it gets my clothes cleaner.

Are laundry pods hard on washing machines?

Laundry pods are a newer type of laundry detergent that has become popular in recent years. They are convenient and easy to use, but some people have wondered if they are hard on washing machines. Laundry pods are actually designed to be gentle on washing machines. They dissolve quickly and don't leave behind any residue that could clog or damage your machine. In fact, using a laundry pod can actually extend the life of your washing machine by helping to keep it clean and free of build-up.

Are washing pods better than powder?

There is no definitive answer to this question as it depends on personal preference. Tide PODS Laundry Detergent Liquid Pacs, Spring Meadow Scent, HE Compatible, 96 Count (Packaging May Vary) Review:

If you compare the price to that of liquid, I'm sure you'll question whether you actually save money. But it's true for me. I go through liquids so quickly that I think they are not truly functioning. Pods are practical. No more wasting detergent by over-measuring. The laundry smells fresh and wonderful! (The original is still my favorite)My rule of thumb is that it will work if there is one pod for no more than 10 shirts (a tiny load). If you put a lot, it won't work as well. For huge loads, it is suggested to use two pods, but I don't handle heavy loads. I keep it simple, separating the delicate from the bright hues. This guarantees that I always wear clean clothes and prevents things like pods from sticking to my clothes. Just my two cents!

Gain flings! Liquid Laundry Detergent Pacs, Original, 81 Count Review:

Gain Flings laundry detergent packs are the new standard for us. It was difficult for me to go from creating my own laundry detergent after doing so for at least ten years. After switching to gain, I instantly saw a significant improvement in our laundry. Overall, our clothing smells better and fresher. Our whites were whiter, our colors were brighter, our towels were softer. Amazing perfume that lingers for over a week! That there is no measuring or pouring is wonderful. Simply grab one (if it's a little load) or two (if it's a huge load) flings and throw them in the washer will do. Gain Flings has really impressed me, so I decided to subscribe and save! I'm so glad I switched from making my own laundry soap to using Gain Flings; I won't go back!Gain Flings laundry detergent packs come highly recommended. I'm going to keep buying them, for sure!* I sincerely hope you found this informational because, as an Amazon Prime member, I rely significantly on reviews to make wise decisions. Tide PODS Plus Downy 4 in 1 HE Turbo Laundry Detergent Pacs, April Fresh Scent, 61 Count Tub - Packaging May Vary Review:

I only use one product. I've tried a ton of different things that folks have recommended I try, but I keep going back to Tide Pods. Although liquid tide leaves a mess, these packets have served me well for many years. And since these even include the softener, I no longer need to purchase any more laundry supplies. One thing about tide that I've noticed and liked is that even though it suggests using two to three pods for many of my loads, I've never used more than one. My laundry ALWAYS comes out lovely, clean, and smelling wonderful, and since I do a lot of fishing, it's a quality I look for in a product.

Tide Free and Gentle Laundry Detergent Pods, 81 Count, Unscented and Hypoallergenic for Sensitive Skin Review:

Due to my incredibly sensitive skin, I have experienced numerous contact allergies. Before I discovered the problem, I was responding to several different home items including scented detergents, resulting in hives and rashes all over. When I was first told I had these conditions, I bought the holistic, super organic detergents right away, which dramatically improved my skin but did not do as much for my clothes. When I discovered that they offered a free and gentle version, I was intrigued to give it a try because I had always had fantastic success with conventional tide pods for washing clothes but was unable to use them on my skin. I'll admit that I had my doubts about the detergent's ability to effectively clean as well as how gentle it would be on my highly sensitive and allergic skin. But I gave it a shot because I believed that everything in my closet was fundamentally unwashed. In the beginning, I would wash my clothes as usual and then run an additional rinse cycle to make sure the detergent was well removed and wouldn't irritate my skin. It cleaned incredibly nicely and caused absolutely no reactions! Eventually, when my breakouts began to subside, I tried running a simple wash cycle, and once again, I was completely fine! I recently borrowed a friend's sweater, washed it in fragrant detergent, and ended up with a rash, so I can attest to the fact that a) my allergies are still there and b) this stuff is completely free of any harmful ingredients. It's fantastic to get a good wash and still be gentle on my skin for a clean freak like me!Amazon has been amazing with this product's pricing. You are paying more per count because it can be expensive in stores and difficult to find in bigger numbers. I subscribe and I'm extremely pleased with that. Additionally, Amazon occasionally offers discounts on it as well. Many thanks to tide for creating a fantastic product for those of us with allergies and sensitive skin!

Tide PODS Laundry Detergent Liquid Pacs, Clean Breeze Scent, HE Compatible, 96 Count (Packaging May Vary) Review:

The same price as at the shop, but with the convenience of home delivery. I wind up throwing these new childproof tops into my old container because they are terrible (and the previous ones weren't great either). For those of us without young children and whose teenagers are old enough to stop from eating Tide Pods, create a standard cap (the new, even worse, cap came out after that became a thing). Talk about lowering your standards to suit the majority. The rest of us could live without these annoyances that were brought about by a small group of idiots. In fact, the reason I take the time to evaluate items when I can is because I find other honest evaluations beneficial and am sick of all the bogus reviews that have ruined this site. I am not a false profile, and I have not received anything for any reviews. Please take the time to give my review a helpful rating if you found it to be such, not so I may benefit from it but so that others can read honest reviews. Thank you, and happy buying!

Tide PODS 3 in 1 HE Turbo Laundry Detergent Pacs, Spring Meadow Scent, 81 Count Tub - Packaging May Vary Review:

I love using pod detergents so much. These Tide products are just as reliable as they have always been. The main benefit I've always experienced from using this is that I don't need a lot of detergent. I rarely use more than one pod unless the load is quite large (then 2). Long-term savings come from reduced mess and no waste. Some reviews may say that they do not disintegrate. People don't follow instructions, which is why. You will have that problem if you wear this on top of or in the mixture with other clothing. Before adding your items, put the pod in the washing. They will always disintegrate if you adhere to that one straightforward guideline. I have used hundreds of these pods in my front-loading, high-efficiency washer, and every single one of them has always dissolved when placed in first.

all Mighty Pacs Laundry Detergent, Free Clear for Sensitive Skin, 67 Count, 2 Tubs, 134 Total Loads Review:

Instead of using the Tide dye/fragrance-free pods, I choose to test these. Although I had no issues with Tide, I was constantly seeking for methods to cut costs on the unavoidable evils of cleaning products. The Tide pods are milk-colored; these are beer- or perhaps urine-colored. What matters most are the pods' outcomes. I don't often use only cold water. Most other items should be washed in hot water with a cold rinse, save for business-casual attire. The pods so always totally melt for me. They never failed to melt or clump or stick to garments, and that has never been a problem for me. The cleansing power of the pods is excellent, and I haven't noticed any color fading or dulling that some powerful detergents cause. I'm extremely pleased with these, and compared to Tide pods, I get around 2.5 more cleaning months per purchase based on pricing and quantity.

Affresh W10549846 Washing Machine Cleaner, 5 Tablets, White, 5 Count Review:

Cleaning your washing machine, dishwasher, and other appliances can be difficult. I've used their items with generally positive results. The fact is, you must maintain it and use caution when using your front-loading washer. My biggest error was closing the door after the load was finished, which led to some moldy/disgusting smelling experiences with a front-load washer. While using affresh every 1-2 months, you should actually leave the door open to let the interior of the washer dry out so it doesn't grow moldy and smelly. Before using affresh, if you can, thoroughly hand-clean your machine's door seal and other areas. For a machine that has already been neglected, this substance serves more as maintenance than as a last resort. You'll have a really clean washing machine if you clean it yourself first, leave the door open when your load is finished to let it air dry, and use this product frequently.

Tide PODS Laundry Detergent Liquid Pacs, Original Scent, HE Compatible, 96 Count (Packaging May Vary) Review:

Purchasing Tide pods is equivalent to purchasing laundry detergent but not water. In contrast to conventional liquid detergents that are created with a water base, the pods are highly concentrated detergent, color protector, and stain remover in tiny pouches. Why spend money on water when you can already pay for it in another way? These pods offer a thorough cleaning and have the distinctive Tide original aroma. A container of 72ct. costs $20–$24 at the neighborhood grocery store in the northeastern United States. Unbeatable deal on this 96-count package when using the $3 voucher from Amazon; get it delivered rather than pick it up to receive 24 more pods! That is eight very huge loads!MAKE SURE YOU USE THEM APPROPRIATELY; Start the water, drop the pods in it whichever many are necessary for your load, and let them settle there for a while before loading!Do not eat, even if it should go without saying.
